The store is extremely organized and clean. The guy who checked me out showed me like 7 different purses I wanted to see. I apologized for having to ask so many times and he proceeded to explain to not apologize and it’s his job. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. The young girls up front were so kind as well. The older lady who helped me with the boots was very helpful as well. Prices are phenomenal.

This store is the cleanest and well organized, used clothing business I have ever visited. There is such high end merchandise and it's hard to believe much of it was previously owned. There is a wide variety of styles and sizes from which to choose. It is now my go=to location to shop before Dillard's, Macy's or Kohls when I am in search of fashion. Obviously, it receives my endorsement and recommendation. It's well worth the visit and I guarantee you will return often.

Incredible experience. 10000xs better than Plato closet from the clothing options & to the sale aspect. I didn’t get a lot of cash for my name brand stuff but they have an aisle dedicated to free people (winner) & the staff were fresh breaths of air. Shop here!

My favorite one so far. They have great selections, and a little more selections than I was expecting to find for shoe size 10 and plus sized clothes (although I hope you get more!). The ladies at the front were lovely and so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back there very soon!

Went in to sell … Got a few bucks off of a t-shirt. Unfortunately they didn’t need pants or long sleeves since they were preparing for summer, but that’s understandable. Went in to buy … When I went into buy 10/10 experience. All of the staff was kind and the shelf’s were stocked to the brim. Dressing rooms were clean. All clothes I tried on had no stains or imperfections. I even saw a couple items that still had the original tag. Overall 10/10

What a great selection of products! Every time I go in it’s very clean and I always get greeted at the door. They are so kind. When I try items on they do a great job of putting clothes back out on the floor so the put back rack doesn’t get overloaded with items. Prices are great and a terrific atmosphere.

This store was super nice and organized but my experience with one of the employees was the worst I've ever had with an employee! I was looking at the leggings while my mom was in another aisle and then I went to go find her but then before I turned around this employee came up to me and was like ," No ma'am, no ma'am were closed." In the rudest voice. Then I said sorry I didn't know because I didn't know. And then I went to go get my mom, and tell her it was time to go but she blocked my path and asked," do you have anything in your clothes?" I was horrified and confused that she was thinking I stole something!!! I was in gym shorts and a t-shirt! So I told her no after patting my clothes to show her I had nothing. But then she was like " are you sure?" Starring me down like I was a criminal. And i nodded because I was scared and confused about what was happening and why. So finally she moved. Once we left the store I began to cry and I told my mom what happened. It was the most terrifying and disgusting experience I had EVER had with an employee. It's safe to say I don't plan on going back after that night.

Usually when you think thrift store you don't think of clean, eco conscious, well designed, rewards program, extremely organized, brand name items and welcoming staff.
