Despite the location, they have a pretty good selection to go through! I prefer Style Encore vs Plato’s closet. Oh and today was their $5 clearance special! I was able to grab some super cute clothes! I like going here at least once a month to see what new stuff they have.

Friendly staff and clean organized store. Women's wasn't as stocked as Men's inventory but still had good finds. The clearance section was an added bonus as many others don't have a discounted section at all.

All employees are very nice and greet customers and the store organizes very well.👍 Manager Gabby handles business very professionally 😁 I wish the store need better light than now, feel like little dark inside . Overall very good to sell your items or buy.

Very clean and well stocked my only complaint was they had people inside and maybe 10 people waiting outside but didn't open until after 1030 for some reason. And when they opened the door no apology or anything.

Well for the younger gals with the smaller body frames it's a great place to find clothes. Me as an older thicker woman not so much as far as my size. But the other accessories like, shoes, purses, jewelry and stuff like that was fun. Don't get me wrong they do have a little bigger sizes or woman sizes too just check back. As am sure the inventory changes. But great place to check out for sure. Positive vibes there for sure Am looking for more casual Friday professional attire.

I can't say enough about the wide range of clothing that was in very good shape. The customer service was excellent, but there was one small problem. When I got home I received two articles of clothing that I didn't pick out. I can see where this is also a mistake of mine, but I'm not sure why any of these clothes were mixed up with mine. They were all in the same pile so no other clothing should have been in there. I thought the bill was a little expensive because I bought a lot of stuff on clearance. Where I thought I would have spent about $40 I ended up spending 57. It just sucks because all sales are final and I cannot return these items. I will have to give them away which is a shame because they are very cute articles of clothing, but I don't wear an extra small. I guess there's nothing that could be done about this, because I don't live in the area, and I just got all the way home which is in the Heights. Anyway, everything else was amazing I loved it and wish I lived closer, but I really just am a little infuriated with the charges made that I wasn't aware of, on clothes I didn't pick out.

They do not provide a bag for there customers to carry there food out the door after they purchase there items. What has the in person experience for people who come into the store come to. Its almost as if we want be treated as the in person people that want to see try on and experience the feel of what the clothes fit and feel but the customer that wants to just buy it on line gets a reward of a bag and no other store Ive been too requires a bag less experience forced by there operations managers comptrollers vice presidents and presidents in an attempt to save a few dollars at the expense of there customers getting there item dirty. wet and cheapness of this clothing line given there are hundreds if not thousands of other different ways this clothing store to save money. I would want my customers branding my store and advertising my product thru the customer carrying the merchants name number. My store will be state of the art. Brand new and giving to a fault. Remember what goes around comes around both good and bad.

They were looking for workout gear and I had a bunch of good stuff. They bought 80% and gave me a good price. The staff was friendly. Don't listen to half the comments on here. If you have old, dirty, ghetto clothes, they don't want them and I don't blame them. If you buy nice things and take care of them, you can get a good chunk of change for your unused clothes.

4 stars Only because of service. Great service by Vick. This guy took my clothes at 4 and the store closed at 7. The other coworkers did not want to take them in because it was “too late” and were being unpleasant about it, as if they didn’t want to be there. Vick was very generous and kind enough to take our clothes regardless of the other girl’s attitude. All in all he was very nice and we appreciate his service. Thanks Vick!!

I just came from this Plato's closet. All the employees seem to be very nice. Their customer service was awesome Erica the manager was great and very helpful. Plato's closet is known to always have tons of clothes and I did not find the store dirty at all. I came in to browse didn't find anything in specific that I was looking for. They have a lot of awesome brands of clothing and can't wait to my daughter gets a little bit older so I can take her shopping at Plato's closet.

Visited iRise iRise was Fun, Adventurous, and Exhilarating! Numerous Activities and attractions. The Snack Bar was an added plus. Really enjoyed ourselves. The price for unlimited jump was competitive and reasonable compared to other places.

Prices are comparable to a department store. Quality of items range from poor to brand new, so you have to dig. The store was clean. The young lady who rang me up seemed bored and disengaged. My daughter likes to paint/redesign her denim. So I was glad to find a few pair of jeans less than 10$. We couldn't find a denim jacket less than 20$.

The closet had a nice selection of clothes. Though I feel dwarfed by the tall employees. This sends pain through my overall experience via my inferiority complex. The cashier counter's floor is either lifted to be five inches taller than the rest of the store, or I'm just really short. I think I'm just too short.

I worked at this location for well over a year, and I consistently was greeted with managers that excelled at leading their employees, as well bringing us together as a close-knit “family” of sorts. I came to Plato’s Closet expecting to work for only a few months, and yet here I am, writing this after working my way up through the ranks of promotions. I’m leaving this job with many fond memories, and many coworkers (both past and present) that I consider to be my friend. Thank you for everything!

This place is pretty cool, it has a bit of everything when it comes to shopping for clothes and shoes. Its been a little hidden gem for me. I have a weird size 35w 33h depends on the designer. I often find something that catches my eye and have to have. I hope whoever reads this will stop by and find this to be their little hidden spot as it is for me..

I am going to have to give them 3 out of 5 stars for now; 1 star for the organization, 1 star for the friendly staff and 1 star for the great prices on shoes! I got a pair of Bebe shoes for $16; less than 50% off the retail price new. I also got a few dresses for about $8-15 each. The blouse and top selections need to be expanded larger than the t-shirt selection since more people tend to look for dressier tops than tees (theirs of which takes up an entire wall vs. 2 racks of tops). You can get a pair of jeans for less than $20. Tip: If you see a stain, missing button, strap, etc. they will discount up to 20% if you mention it! This place beats driving all the way to Buffalo Exchange if you live in NW Houston.

The employees at this store were decent, but all very young. They refused to make an offer on a coach purse that I was trying to sell that happened to be in great condition, because they said " it was too small".. go figure....

I've been going here for several years now, I always find something cute, I also go to other locations, but so far this is my favorite... I understand young people work here but they have to start somewhere, in my personal experience I had no problems, and by shopping resale it helps the environment!

I like the store and buying items is with their prices is reasonable. But when you're trying to sell them clothes they get way too picky and won't take any perfectly good clothing, just because that employee doesn't like it.

Plato's Closet in Willowbrook is just minutes away and the store is LITERALLY packed with gently used fashions that are up to date.....they have a COLOSSAL selection of Designer Jeans!!!!! Check it out, you'll be glad that you did!
