Great selection, very well organized for a thrift store. Very clothing heavy. Not too many books or appliances available. Customer service was not rude, but wasn’t warm and bubbly. They were efficient in helping the very long check out line move decently fast. Only MasterCard and Visa accepted here, for anyone looking to use an AmEx or Discover card. Great place to shop for a bargain!

I always love looking at family thrift and this one is quite big I got a lot of cute tops. The only bad thing I sadly have to say about it is the girl that was working there was very rude to both me and my husband we had gone in right off the bus and my husband bring a quite large bag for whatever we may buy and she had wanted us to leave it up front and we couldn't (it had my SSN card and some other very important papers in since we had just left the DMV from getting my new id) so we told her no and she kinda followed/stalked us the whole time. So I would have stayed longer. But that's not it when we checked out she wanted to look threw the bag and I don't speak Spanish and didn't know that's what she wanted to do so I sat there holding up the line while needing to pay till a lady behind me said that she had wanted to go threw my bag. I might have let her if she spoke English but she hadn't. So it was a bit stressful

had an AWESOME selection in the woman selection. I'm kind of a "thrift enthusiast" if you will, and some thrift stores have a lot of clothes that are more than gently used lol but this place I noticed wasn't really like that. they also had a lot of name brand and designer clothes that were in like new condition. I also found a hershel supply co backpack that is like brand new for $20! loved this place! will definitely be back

Nice large Family Thrift Store on South Wayside Drive @ Polk Street. They have a large selection of clothing for all members of the family. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. If you take the time, you can find some real bargains. If an item doesn't sell within a certain amount of time, they cut the price by 50%. If it doesn't sell at half price, they reduce it another 50%. You can end up with a good apparel item for less than $2. I bought a like new long sleeve Ralph Lauren button down oxford shirt for about $6. Brand new the shirt sells for about $60 - $80 retail. The store is well staffed with friendly associates.

I was able to shop for clothes to wear to work at my new office job. Some of the clothes still had price tags on them from when they were purchased new. Awesome selection of casual and dressy casual clothes and very nice home goods.

It was clean and friendly. It's too bad that they don't have at least a person to check the fitting rooms. A lot of people take too many garments and leave them behind in a mess at the fitting room. They could use other cashier too. Item are too pricey. Over all its ok!

Not as crowded as I've seen it, customers all polite, friendly and helpful too... The only thing I did not understand was the pricing because I went on Thursday and not everything I bought was $2.00 like the website says but otherwise employees friendly and seemed to be available to help customers...

Great store for clothing: well-organized and well-stocked. They don't have much in the way of housewares but I did find a few things (but then I have odd taste!). My best finds were three Ralph Lauren button-up, long-sleeve shirts for my nephew...sizes 2T and 3T. They had originally been $5 each, which is pretty reasonable anyway; but they had been marked down to $2.75 each! That's remarkable. And they were in perfect condition. It's also clean and brightly lit. No complaints.

Best selection of cloths for men I've seen by far. Not trashy stuff either. Nike, ecko, polo, adidas etc I've discovered here. Most is very lightly used. The only thing that blows about this place is the check out line... Shoot me now. When your standing there with 4 shirts behind like 35 Mexican ladies with cartfulls....

Found very high quality skirts, a dress, and two band shirts all under $20 dollars. It's one of my favorite parts of houston due to the almost overwhelming Latino American population, and the staff and customers certainly reflected it. Even on your way in there is a vendor selling tradition Latino American foods from his cart. The place is wonderful.

Love it! Great finds if you're looking for clothes. Everything is color coordinated and separated in sections. A lot of in style pieces! Prices are reasonable. The dressing rooms could be better..

I jus left maybe 5 min ago....There was a line n two cashier's...The older lady asked the younger looking one for change cuz she was low n couldn't proceed taking care of us the other refused to give her change...older lady politely asked her y she treating that way...The other said she should have own change n she should call someone to bring her some...All she wanted was change... I saw older lady call someone of higher authority (I'm assuming) n explain... Lady was sweet she jus wanted to get us out.... it's hard to find ppl who want to work n help other's n when u find them other's want to give u grief...

Love shopping at thrifts!! And this chain of thrift stores is my favorite. The only complaint is you can have both aggressive employees and customers. My worst experience was a freak whom looked up my skirt as well other women's.

Regarding the store, everything is very good, a wide variety, reasonable prices, but there is an elderly lady who behaves obnoxious, rude, mistreats customers and other employees, the cashiers get more nervous with her screams, poor thing must have a life very unhappy and hate his job for those he behaves like that.
