Good selection for clothes, but I really wish they had full size shopping carts. Walkways are a bit narrow in between racks as well, but the full size/length carts would be co much more convenient for bigger shopping days. Their home goods section was a bit light the day I was there, but I will go back in a few weeks - hopefully I just went in an off day for that stuff.

Aisles need to be a bit wider as very near impossible to get around 1 person, forget if they have a cart. That said, store is clean and organized and staff was kind and friendly.

Great find, and at a fantastic price! Land''s End down parka, (which I know retails over $100, bc I shop Land's End.) Only $15, my lucky day! Friendly cashiers and nice selection here. Good parking lot.

I liked the fact that they followed the guide line rules of social distancing, masks, very pleasant and professional. It was very clean and had everything one may have been looking for. It's also located in the plaza with other stores if you needed them.

I was in the store a few weekends ago. I was with my soon to be 97 year old mom. She was looking for something specific and a member of the staff (Lisa) asked my mom if she needed help. My mom smiled and told Lisa what she was looking for. Lisa showed my mom where it could be located....and helped bring the item to the cashier up front. My mom was so grateful. Just wanted you to know that the customer service Lisa provided was invaluable.

Hands down the best Goodwill in Greater Hartford area. It beats Avon Manchester Newington in price and selection. I shop regularly for home goods, shoes and clothes. It never fails when I'm in the Rocky Hill store. I leave with bags of great items. The other Goodwill's are overpriced and with their location you would think they'd have better selection-NOT! Stick with Goodwill in Rocky Hill.

You could always find some good used stuff it's almost like brand new sometimes most of the time some knick knacks it's a good place to go

Good store could have a little more convenient features like on furniture since not everyone has a pick up truck they can offer a 7 day grace pick up and since everything in the store is a donation I do not see why the issue in return if something is not what you expected or maybe did not fit u or the gifted person other than that is a nice store goo Goodwill.....😁

Most things are good but they overprice things they put in the display case. Some stuff over the going ebay rate. Other than that, no issues.
