I found a top that I liked but it was not tagged. I asked the man behind the counter how much it was. He told me $8. When I went to purchase the item from another male cashier, he told me it was $10. When I questioned it, he said it was a boutique item and those started at $10. I purchased the item but I don't forsee myself returning to this location. They are responsible for tagging items appropriately and seem to just make up whatever they price they want at the point of sale. Additionally, while a woman cashier was asking every customer for their phone number, the cashier I dealt with did not ask me.

Nice goodwill items change daily. Lots of different categories of items for purchase. Workers are pleasant. Store is pretty clean.You can find brand new items at times. And if you're patience some cool eclectic items.items have color tags. 50% discount based on a tag color rotation once a week. For example Quite offen I have found very good condition name brand (Carhartt) shirts and pants for a couple of dollars

They have a surprisingly small selection of everything compared to the Norwich and Groton sites. However it's very clean and bright in here. Great customer service!

Many great things today however checking out was not a pleasant experience. I purchased well over $100 worth of items and the checkout woman was not nice and she was being extremely bossy and fresh to me. Perhaps a bit more training in customer service would help. GG

Love this place! They have a wide variety of things and you can always find hidden gems here. The staff is always friendly and they’re prices are reasonable! Highly recommend!

Best employees, and always clean. But the prices are too high and I always end up leaving empty handed. Not worth the drive anymore. I’ve actually never found a gem here except for some great books. I wonder if there are just resellers who come and take all the goodies in the morning but I don’t think they do. Maybe Goodwill send their good stuff elsewhere? I have no clue but I never find anything vintage that I like here. As for modern items there are plenty of things. The prices for clothes are also a bit high but that’s over all in all the goodwill stores. But they’ve done a great job with the employees they have chosen to work here.

Lot of women's stuff along with house wear. Limited clothing for men. Very popular with women. Judging from the people in the store.

I came upon this store by accident and was extremely impressed. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and selection. I would have absolutely given this store 5 stars however, I purchased 3 items that were nonfunctional. The beverage fridge won't get cold, the brand new target desk still in box with no matching screws, and a new mattress that sinks in. I wish they had took the time to see if the items were able to be sold.

Glastonbury is a fairly wealthy town, and Goodwills in towns like this generally contain some excellent finds. Not as much available for men, but I’ve gotten some great clothes there! Well set up and organized, clean.

Small store compared to my usually place in my town. And everything that I was interested was 10 dls and no the color of the week. I bought for 4 items and the total was 29.76 dls. Over price on my own opinion.. Fitting rooms are not open as today. The place is clean and the clothes are not with that peculiar aroma of a second hand store. I didn't find anything with the wow factor tought. The workers are helpful people.

HUGE selection. Very very friendly service, they recognize me and say hello every time I'm in. It seems to have a lot of Target surplus among antiques which I love. Great place for people who love to do digging. Prices are reasonable, but I always go on Sunday for half-price items. A lot of other people seem to like it too because it's usually fairly busy while I'm there.

The Goodwill in Glastonbury has a wonderful selection of clothing at amazing prices. I even found clothes with the original tags that had never been washed or worn. Everything was 50% off. The staff was efficient and pleasant. Thanks Goodwill!

Goodwill is in Glastonbury and is my favorite store amazing but true they have some really beautiful stuff and pictures of my house with just shock you because coffee table in my living room was $10 okay that was grateful for you guys convenia Seresto moron recorded improved ability to work and an improved finding Perfect it was scratched up and what not I used a little bit of sandpaper and some colored Old English and cleaned it right up it's like brand new

Someone wrote that there was a rude employee. I have never met one in this store. They are helpful and fun. The reviewer also said the store was under construction and really crowded. It is still under construction, but I have also noticed that there are more people there. I look forward to the completion of the construction, but I will still go once or twice each week. And always round up.

Tonight there was a girl working to organize the shelves. It was the best job I've seen done in there in all my time shopping. She should get an award. Also the girl cashing out was very nice

I love the place but wish the books were arranged better. Hardcover/Soft cover/ Fiction /Nonfiction/Children. Also, miss the lady with the dress in the foyer who wore that week's sale color.
