Store is clean, lots of variety in clothing and books , limited on other items. “New 2 You “ has more variety . Some new items are available, not sure if they are a bargain price. If you look hard enough you can find brand new items for a great price. All clothing items are in very good condition.

This store seemed to have a lot of new items that in my opinion were overpriced for the quality of the items. I wish now that I had taken some pictures. Most of the new items I saw were Christmas decor.

I had the best experience going here my first time, it was actually my first time ever thrift shopping and I fight the urge to come here everyday because they have amazing cloths and items ( p.s thanks to the cashier for taking off $3 because I didn’t have it)

Overall shopping experience was fine. When I went to checkout, the assistant manager, Jenn, was very standoffish. She didn’t greet me and I was the first to say hello. She slowly and glumly typed in my items and bagged them sloppily. She whispered and asked if I had a rewards. Didn’t say have a good day. I could normally write this off for just having a bad day, but she was very chipper and lively with the customer before me, who was a white woman. Being a young Black woman, I was not surprised at all, but she could’ve done better to hide her prejudice. Do better, Jenn.

I've gotten my favorite finds from this Goodwill. This beautiful desk from the 1920's and the Dining chair you see with it on the picture. Both for under $30!!

Lots of great product selection. Great customer service. Prices are a little higher than other locations on dress shirts and short sleeve shirts for women.

The place mainly consists of clothing, but you can easily find more things you may be looking for. I got a really cute flower vase and the cashier was very nice while I was checking out. I noticed that they had a small section dedicated to dog accessories and treats, but they didn't have anything for cats.

I've gotten a really nice variety of clothing from this location. However, housewares and furniture typically feel picked over and rough looking. The store is also housed in a huge space, so I can imagine it would be hard to keep it "full" looking even in such a prime location. Staff is always very friendly and the prices are fair.

This store is big and cleaner then some other locations in Grand Rapids and seems to have higher standards in what they put out on the floor. If you rely on public transportation there's two different buses that stop right in front of it. I find are a little steep but as I said the itens they put out are gently used.

Like any other goodwill. Not a lot of people, not a lot of weird stuff, but some banger outfits. The was only one employee when I was there, but that's all you need really. Service wasn't rude or sniffing or anything.

The lady crammed a nice pair of pants in the bag. That did not impress me. My family was being kind to get me more clothes,that actually fit right on me. If your having a bad day. Please do not take it out on your customers.

Usually pretty clean place. Its not set up the same way other goodwills are set up, so it takes a second to figure out where stuff is. Usually can find some stuff there, found a few shirts all stainded up tho. Should check out the stuff before putting it out. Only reason why i gave 4 stars was cuz of the stained up clothes

The store is large, which is nice, and I like most of the prices, but as it's a resale store on the cheap side, so there's no "atmosphere" aspect, just a warehouse of deals.

Like most Goodwill stores, clothes were not in the correct place. Found a lot of girl clothes in the boys section. But it was quite clean and not cramped.
