Today I went into the thrift store it was decent however I think some people might take advantage of this thrift store. Because of how it is run and by who works there. It is not a lot of staff members There to help the workers that might have a disability. Instead of taking advantage of the people that work there. Guide them on how to do it the right. way.

The store could be organized a little bit better. Some racks were so packed that you could barely look at the clothes, while others were not even full. I found great designer pieces here though! Great finds here!!

This place was plentiful in almost whatever your thrifty heart desires(with an open mind and accepting heart). Was actually almost impressed by the diversity of selection of clothing, furniture, and houseware stuff they had for such a small store. Prices were very good and VERY affordable. Given all that good stuff it is however disorganized or messy in some parts this is to be anticipated though. Great experience and will come back again!

Great service here fabulous discounts and ample opportunities to find nostalgia from back when gasoline was a nickel and a dance a dime. Archeological artifacts can be found here to understand the mystery of DVDS... WHO are they , where did they go, how do they work. Maybe, just maybe, you might find a floppy disk with an explanation for the roles Nicholss Cage accepts and a code map to the Hidden National Treasure of Columbus America!!!

I’m obsessed with this store. I get so many A++ nice things here. The clientele is sketchy sometimes and it isn’t the cleanest or most organized, but like—new with tags Madewell, Rothy’s handbag, Oscar De La Renta, Betsey Johnson, Michael Kors, Patagonia—can’t argue with it! But please don’t come here bc it is my fav store lol

We went to have a mat cut for an odd sized piece of art. The frame had been bought second hand at a thrift store and so we brought both pieces in for the mat to be measured and cut. We received incredible service and the staff was all incredibly friendly. The job was done well and quickly. I can not recommend them enough!

Just not the best Goodwill. I did see some good items, but there is a ton of broken furniture and unusable items which need to be cleared out. The back of the store is really hard to navigate with people coming out of the back room and the books being there. They're just want enough to make it work the trip for me and it read the first Goodwill that didn't ask me to round up and they seemed a little astonished that I would ask to.

It was clean, brightly lit. There are fitting rooms. They have a lot of cool things, a good book selection, lots of home goods. And the prices are great. This is the only Good Will I've been to where everything in a category is one set price, which I love. Women's shoes: $3.99, dresses: $4.99, ect. You don't have to worry if the thing you love is going to be more expensive than the rest of the rack. Also the employees were super helpful. One came to unlock the fitting room for me, one helped me with the prices on books, and the cashier was very nice and lowered the price on a jacket, which had been misshelved. Didn't give me a hard time about it, just fixed it. And he technically didn't have to, so it was really nice of him. Highly recommend this location.

It's a pretty small store and mostly clothes. The book section used to be bigger but they cut it back. Anything they think is decent they put in the silent auction so you're less likely to get lucky with a good score at this goodwill. Friendly staff and okay pricing.

I typically find good stuff at this location. However, their pricing strategy makes zero sense and it's hard going through racks because they cram way too much on one rack. However, their employees are SO nice and professional, and could do way better.

Just your average thrift store. Good prices, but I wish clothes were sorted more accurately for sizes and it's a bit disorganized. For example, hats and scarves are kept in like three different places and there are like six or seven small racks and bins for purses and wallets. Decent selection of furniture and housewares though.

Overall I'll say it's a better place than rag-o-rama. Cheaper, more things. It take some time but possible to find some really good deal. Especially appreciate the cook tools region, quite a lot of things in good condition and low price, saved me tones.

Store is clean and well organized. They have a little of everything. Bought a barely used keurig coffee machine for $6.99 and it works perfectly. They have a lot of new halloween costumes and decor as well.

Friendly staff. Inventory is always odd because of its proximity to campus. Usually has some cheap furniture for dorm/apartments. Always has a large collection of OSU sport, university, and college wear.

Fun place, interesting selection. My friend is a thrifter I am not... yet I usually always buy something whenever I get dragged along for the ride. Very nice people and a place I have recommended others go visit if their in a pinch. Again I'll say I'm not a thrifter but I almost always buy something when I visit.

I've been to all the Goodwill stores in and around Columbus and I will say that this one, while not the biggest, has the best selection. Each shelf is packed with treasures. love the staff!

Good place to donate gently used items. When in a pinch to find something you need they have a decent selection for inexpensive prices as well. Often I visit to purchase a specific outfit item (specific color shirt/pants) and then donate it back later.

Loved this thrift store. It had great items in good shape. Only problem is you have to find someone who can let yoybin a restroom as they are locked. I am assuming they have had issues with them and monitor their use.

They were okay, but they did act a little funny with us(black people) they took it as an insult that we check there furniture for bedbugs and roaches and I am sorry if I buy any furniture even brand new furniture I am checking for bedbugs and roaches on everything. I wouldn't wish my worse enemy to live with bedbugs or roaches.

Very nice store, always has great clothes selection and good furniture and home wares. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is small however and the selection suffers from limited space.

I've gotten some cool pieces of clothing from this Goodwill. Being very close to campus they do have plenty of OSU stuff and other clothing donated by college kids. Pretty well kept and organized for a Goodwill, but not the best I've seen.

This is one of the better thrift stores around the OSU campus area. Clean, very tidy, and a good selection of Men's and Women's clothing. Men's clothing is of higher quality. It appears they sort out the better items to sell. There are "botique" sections in each of the shirts/pants/jackets/etc. that are more fashion oriented and better condition. They have a ton of clothing accessories too. Housewares, furniture, and other items look pretty much brand new most times. They apparently get a lot of "salvage" items and such, so a lot of it IS new. There is a special weekly auction section where you can bid on collectables and rarities. My last visit showcased an original PS1 with 20 games, a paintball set, and other things of that nature. Definitely check it out. I usually don't walk out without something nice, cheap, or both.

Shop clerks are generally decent people just doing their job. They do have to watch the customers, which I was a bit shifty about at first, but they watch everyone, and I realised why when two people started yelling at each other. They do have to keep all bags above a certain size behind their counter, it's a policy I've run into in other states' Goodwill stores. Their quality of clothing is better than American Apparel, the other thrift store in Columbus with the same price range. I've met one rude clerk once in the several times I've been there, and the other clerk apologised to me. Smallish store but decent selection. Would recommend for those needing clothes who can't afford Rag-o-Rama (more expensive thrift store) or new clothing type prices. I'm only after clothing when there so can't comment on the rest.

There's nothing that stands out about this Goodwill in particular, but if you're looking for cheap clothing options it's a good option. It also is a very convenient place close to campus to get Halloween props and other related items!
