Wow! My first time here was incredible. I was amazed at how beautiful all of the items are; it's obvious that they take in only great condition items. I picked up clothes, small furniture, art, and tableware. The prices are absolutely reasonable if not low. The woman at the checkout meticulously packed my tableware in newspaper and a box with a smile. What a wonderful store. I can't wait to go back!

Great collection of items at great prices. I love their price change system for items that have been there a while without selling. I haven't tried consigning here but every time I'm in the line is very long for that. I'm not 100% clear on how the rewards work, I still need to download the app (not sure if my previous purchases will apply). I like going here over thrift stores because there are no poor quality items out. Yes, they are used but nothing is stained or has holes in it. Everything looks new or is in excellent condition. They have a good selection of furniture as well, but we haven't bought anything due to the need to transport it. If you have a truck or something though, definitely look here for furniture! They even have some full bedroom sets.

I have shopped here for years and always enjoyed finding unique items for a low price. The last 2 years I started taking in items I no longer need/use to place on consignment. It has been a great experience so far. I love that I can make some extra money and see all of the transactions right from the website under my account. As a consignor, you'll enjoy an efficient check-in process--no standing in long lines and on-demand payments for sold items. Prices slashed in 2020 after the pandemic and they are closed on Sundays and Mondays since then. They also discontinued furniture layaway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good working environment.

I have been consigning with Roundabouts for about ten years. I have sold almost everything I have ever brought there. The staff makes it easy and fast to consign. After I consign, it is always so nice to shop. The merchandise is clean and relevant. I always enjoy my experience there. If I ever have had a problem, they have been more than willing to help me solve it. I recommend the store for consigning and shopping.

This place is just fun to rummage-through and look around. It's better than any garage sale because there are actually a bunch of high quality things here-and-there around-the-store at garage sale prices. They do not allow trashy things on their shelves or racks - it'll really surprise you. So many things never used, I mean nice things, that people just wanted to get rid of I guess ... fairly close to an upscale part of town, so it makes sense that this store is a couple of levels nicer than even your upscale garage sales. There are three prices on the tags. One is what it would sell for on that date. Next price is lower and 15 or so days later from the stock date, and then if it is still there 30 days after the stock date there that's rock bottom price the seller is willing to take ... it shows the date and lowest posdible price. So much fun. It is sort of a delayed highest bid system so if you really like something but want it for the lowest price you have to keep coming back to see if it is there on low price day. I saw people in there with pads taking notes of when the item hits the 30 day mark and then taking pictures of the item and the tag itself. Very neat system. Place was packed. Oh, and when you get to the register they have these big $4.00 brownies, all kinds, that are DA BOMB! Anyway, if you want to burn an hour or so weaving in and out of the isles ... you need to give this place a try and be sure to hit every little dark out of the way corner in the place because it is so big it has some hidden gems tucked away that are a little hard to find.

I love roundabouts! I don't really shop there because the prices are too high, in my opinion, for a bargain shopper like myself but they have made me good money. For instance, on last week, among other things, I took 12 saucers there I got from a yard sale and only paid $3.00 for them. I profited 63.00! Chair I paid $12, profited 36.00. Every week, I'm picking up a nice check! I've done so well over the past two years that I'm going to make it my part-time job and resign from my full-time job. I haven't had any customer service issues but if I did, I wouldn't let it bother me because I don't have to go home with those people. The money they can make me is more important than a 30 minute snobby issue. All jobs have some attitudes, as long as your mind is healthy...let that foolishness go!...I'm going to relax at home while they are working 10-8, or whenever they close, selling my stuff.

I love this place but sometime the prices are way too high here. They have good quality stuff but sometimes I have to remind myself that I am at a consignment shop and I'm not going to pay 600 for any already used kitchen table...200....maybe.... but usually there clothes are awsome and super nice and affordable and I love there wall art. It's nice to go just to check out the art.

Roundabouts is a very nice and large consignment shop. They carry mainly name brand clothing and high-end items. I have a friend who always finds the cutest things in there. However, for me, I'm more of a bargain shopper and I haven't been able to find any true 'bargains' there. For used items, I think they could be more reasonably priced. I've worked in a consignment store before so I understand the concept but for me, lower prices would be more appealing.

This is an "upscale" consignment store, no cheap junk here. I find their prices a bit on the high end but they do have nice furniture and clothing. There are monthly markdowns on big ticket items, but since I live out if town, thete aren't many markdowns when I stop by.

Wow.......Great Customer Service is not Dead.... what a AWESOME shopping experience I had today at Roundabouts Consignment. It's rare that you get customer service from everyone at a store. When I walk in I got a greeting. I went over to find a MK bag got a greeting and some assistance. Found a Beautiful pair of shoes got to the register still great service and the GM Laura did something Great.......I will keep that to myself but it was a Awesome experience ALL around. If you are looking for the best but dont want to break your budget and also have a sweetooth visit Roundabouts Consignment you want go wrong..........

"This is the best thrift store I've ever been to!" ... that was my first reaction to Roundabouts Consignments. Boy was I was very surprised to read the reviews on here. Some of the prices are high, but some are ridiculously low. They have twice the selection of some of my other favorite shop. Astounding selection of furniture and art, I didn't even have time to look at clothes because I was too interested in the other items. Now I can't speak towards the consignment/selling aspect at all as I have not attempted that yet, but I have a box of goods ready to take soon and will update my review. (I don't expect much since all of my clothes come from thrift stores to begin with haha)

Consignment is a tough business. Everyone thinks their items are worth more than they are. I have had great experiences consigning and buying here. Yes, it's very hard to get an appointment, and that has frustrated me, however, my stuff sells there. I've gotten no less than $50 every time I've consigned. They have policies all posted on their website - easy to follow. I recommend.

This consignment store is the best in Columbia. My Family and I consign here a few times a week and the payoff is wonderful. I work full-time, so I can only come on wednesdays because they consign until 6:00. Yes, I have to wait in a long line, but once again the payoff is worth it. Everyone is so nice. The store is picky about what they will take but thats fine because we get top dollar for our items.

The only reason for 4 vs 5 star is the prices are a bit high for consignment. But in all fairness they are picky in what they accept. Many items are even in original package, tags or new condition. Nearly Everything but electronics can be found there.

A lot if things to look at. Make sure you have time to browse. They have home items such as furniture, pictures, kitchen ware. They also have clothing, shoes, purses, and jewelry. The price goes down the longer they have it in the store so check the dates on the tags for the lowest price.

I believe they must take some of the clothes, sell them and keep the money. I have donated very nice, brand name items that were very much in style, hardly worn, even some with tags and then when I go in to request my item sheet, they are not litsed anywhere! They state the items they don't keep they give to a local charity (probably Goodwill) but I am not sure that I believe this. I would like to find another consignment store to take my clothes to. I have yet to go pick up any items that haven't sold as that date has not come yet, but I will not be surprised if some are "missing" as others have written. And as another reviewer said, where do all of the hangers go. They have a box of hangers near the door but I don't know if that's for you to compensate yourself for the hangers you took there, or just for their own collection.

1st time reviewer. Wow! Spent my day at this massive consignment store in Columbia and it was incredible! They have everything. Furniture, beautiful glass, knick-knacks, clothing for all sizes. I'm petite and walked out with bags and bags of designer and name brand clothing for myself. My boyfriend found jeans new with tags his size and bought an awesome Ralph Lauren corduroy blazer. This place is HUGE They even have a separate boutique for their designer labels.. they had coach, gucci, kate spade, chanel... all the expensive brands! I bought a coach for $40. And I love it! The service was very friendly and I even inquired about becoming a consignor which I plan to do this week. They pay 50-65%! The store I used to consign at pays only 40%. I can't believe that I have just found this place. I spoke to one of the managers and she said they have been in business 12 years! I spent half of my Saturday with you Roundabouts Consignments and plan to spend many more! Thanks for the bargains! And the brownie!
