They were pretty quick on getting a price for the clothes I was selling. They are very nice, and the store is not ever crowded. It is cool that I can leave and receive a text once everything has been sorted out. Not much will be given for the clothes but I was going to donate them anyway, so may as well try to get something it, and some clothes I did donate.

I've come here a couple of times now to sell and buy clothes and so far the employees have been very helpful and friendly. The other day I went into the fitting room a couple of times and the girl that helped me was very patient with me 😅. Every time I go, I find something that I like! Shoes, jeans, shirts, always something! And the store looks very organized and clean! I really like it!

Nice bigger new location. We'll organized,clean & neat. But it's a very loud building when the wind is blowing sounds like roof is going to rip off. However, workers were not welcoming or friendly. They over price alot of used clothing and they don't pay very well at all to ppl who sell clothing to them. Better off having a garage sale and getting paid better that way. Very disappointing considering seeing the price tags on their used clothing. Not fair at all.

Everyone who works there is usually very very nice and helpful. They have a higher turnover, so they always have new ppl working in there, but it's a good place for young people to get work experience. Their prices are very fair. Sometimes they have gross or more than gently used clothing, which I don't get, they are supposed to inspect all of the clothing. For the most part, it's a great place to get quality items for affordable prices, I recommends it for shoes and coats, and now they have more young men's clothing so that's good. I hear their trade in amounts are about as good as Game Stop though. Over all, great place, I go there frequently and have no real complaints.

Great deals on gently used clothes. Not great service, staff seems like they prefer to help teenagers over any "older" customers. But they do have some good deals. If you don't mind being treated poorly, the prices can be good! They give you very minimal money for items brought in though. 3 pair of shoes that were brand new at about $100 each, and they gave me $40 for all of them. Better off selling your stuff elsewhere if possible. I don't shop there often.

They are EXTREMELY picky about what they buy. I've bought things from there that were in "fair" condition, at best, and tried to sell them items in perfect condition, just like items they were currently selling in the store, and they didn't buy them. And while I understand they are trying to maintain a reputation as a high-end second-hand fashion store, their prices are kinda ridiculous for the most part. Shop during the clearance sales, and you might get your money's worth!

This store has some great deals on clothes especially jeans. It is a used clothing store but the quality seems to be good. Not impressed with the style of clothes they choose to carry especially in the women's tops. Men's department is pretty small. I have tried to sell some clothes there a few times and that's a joke. I've brought in Nike clothes, Maurice's jeans, Levi's, men's button up shirts, nice dress clothes and dresses, tank tops etc. and they wouldn't except them.

Not a lot for men. About 80% of it is women's clothing and the men's clothes available were mostly graphic tees and a coat rack shoved in a corner. There was sports wear and a slim selection of jeans (didn't have much in my size either) that were unappealing. Great place for ladies but gents, try shopping elsewhere.

For a place that claims to select its clothing based on what's in style, I find this place highly underwhelming. Most of the clothes were on-trend 5 years ago--not today. Selling your clothes to them isn't worth it either--try Nu2u in Laramie! The store is clean and the attendants are quite friendly, though.

First time shopping here. I will definitely be back! It was hard to find things that actually fit me, but I definitely found clothes I loved, for cheap. They need to take a LITTLE more time looking the clothes over before accepting them.

Great place to shop. The kids can buy whatever they need. Staff is very helpful and are always looking for a way to help you find what you need. The prices can't get any better, and the selection is very good.

They went through my bag of clothes, but some were women's and/or outdated. If I can get the small stain out of the knee then they will tske them cause thetvare very nice Miss Ne brand teen jeans with shiny nicec"bling" on the back pockets, then they will take them.

Great variety somewhat overpriced though, especially for used clothing that they purchase from you and then resell, the amount that they give you is not fantastic compared to what they turn around and sell it for, they do have the best used clothes shoes and purses in town
