I have been going to Goodwills all my life, literally. This is one of the best locations I have ever been to. Very nice prices, awesome merchandise, kind employees. The store is clean. Spacious parking. Hand sanitizer available. It's also a big building too so there is a lot to look through. It's not an outlet so there aren't rude pushy people trying to push you out of the way to look through bins. I will be a regular customer here for sure.

Very nice $million dollar building for a charity. Store is organized, but items need to have accurate pricing. Many signs are missing. Staff is good. No negotiation is offered for purchases. Flash sales are nice, but could be more frequent as you have an abundance of stuff to move out the door!

This store has a way of breaking expectations. I've been in similar stores in other states and find this one to be cleaner and better organized. There is a good selection of used merchandise in varying conditions and age. While there is older items, they seem to be fully intact or whole. Clothing items look used but with plenty of life remaining.

I was here a month ago while visiting my son. I really enjoyed the store and the prices are so much lower than where I live. I found a beautiful black and gold velvet jacket for only $3.25. I'll be back when I'm in the area again.

Nice place to shop for clothing lots and lots of clothing. The store is set up nice the space seemed to be logically arranged. It's cleaner than most other goodwill stores which is very appreciated. The staff seemed friendly but I did not have occasion to speak to any of them. The prices seemed on par with other goodwill stores a tad high but not outrageous. All in all this is a decent second hand store. Better variety of items, and a better mens clothing section would go a long way. Otherwise its not a bad place to shop.

The staff are nice, caring and professional at the same time. I wanted a book or two as a gift, and a long sleeve shirt style item and found both. They have a large assortment of books, DVD movies, clothes for all and other house hold items.

I don't know what's going on with goodwill in Cheyenne but everything is broken, stained or missing pieces and the prices may as well be new.

Editing to match recent visit experience: we visited both locations in Cheyenne last night. This location was 200% better than the other one. I was very happy to see full shelves and not just carts FULL of merchandise that are just set out in the store for customers to rummage through. Please keep it this way. Since my last review we have been a couple times, and I have had less problems with checking out. I also wanted to mention how the staff was on point last night, check out was quick,the older lady was friendly and was kind to my children also. The staff stayed busy keeping shelves and racks in order. I'm impressed with the improvements. Set up is nice, displays are messy and not very organized though. Customer service is severely lacking. I also always get charged way too much. It's happened a few times when I get home and add things up and its not anywhere close to what I had been charged. Definitely make sure you watch them while they ring your items up!

I came to the store today to donate items and there was an incredibly long line backed up. As I waited I observed an elderly gentleman was donating at the front of the line. He was telling the two ladies accepting donations about all of the items He wanted to donate, where they came from, ect. They were so kind and patient with Him, even though it was roasting hot outside. When they had him set, they took care of the rest of us kindly and efficiently! It was fantastic to see their care and compassion.

Lora J at this goodwill is the reason why we go there often. She has always been very respectful and to her customers. Every time we go in there she is always there to greet us with a smile and great customer service. She adds a great presence to this location. She i would say definitely deserves a raise for all that she does for this company. If there is anyone that sees this post and can do anything to ensure that she gets the recognition she deserves, please do the right thing and give her what is deserved to a employee who brings in the customers and not push them away. I love coming there and seeing Laura! Honestly she is one the reasons I stop in! Always kind and will joke around with me. Out of all your employees she is #1! (And I am there almost daily) any time I come in and she's not there it's no where near the experience I have when she is and often the other employees are like zombies. She makes this place great!

This is a really lovely store. It's clean and well laid out. The older lady with the white hair that manages the place is pretty gruff and short with people but the rest of the staff seem pretty nice. They have a nice selection of items and we found quite a few things that we were looking for. Definitely a treasure trove of goodies.

Normally love shopping here but i didn't realize they won't include pants hangers. I've been looking for some so today i asked if i could keep one and it seemed to upset the cashier. I chose not to buy the pants because i was really only hunting for a hanger and then she got even more upset and i heard her complaining to the customer behind me as i left. I understand if her day was bad, but customers shouldn't be expected to know store policies and we should be allowed to walk away from a purchase if we can't find what we're really looking for.

Very friendly staff. Clean and fair priced. It's nice to have another Goodwill in town since the other was getting very crowded. Good selection could be a little better organized. It's nice to have a thrift store in my regular shopping area!

Overall good experience. The only "issue" I had, if you can even call it that, was an employee followed us around, and repeatedly touched my toddlers face after me asking him not to. I understand that these are special needs people, and its absolutely amazing that they are out in the work force, but everyone needs to learn personal boundaries, including them.

On Oct 17th. I intered and shopped at this Goodwill when I checked out I found I had lost my wallet...Deb the assistant manager instantly called George the Donation Attendant...He calmed me and helped me trace where I had been and found my wallet... Thank you so very much... What a true Blessing... Dawn the manager runs a great bunch of people... They will forever have my business....
