Small place and I didn't really see anything amazing in here.

Really great place on centre street to get some cool finds. Whether you go on a weekday or weekend, you’ll still find cool things every time you go. It has fun knickknacks, nice furniture, good thrifted clothes and shoes, and a good area of the store for books in the back. The people who work here are really kind and patient as well. Overall, there’s just a nice feeling when you’re here and you’ll never have to wait too long in line. If you end up going often, make sure to ask for their free reward program. You sign up with your number and each time you receive store credit for a future purchase. I’ve gotten Loft brand trousers from the $1 rack, $6 pair of barely worn converse, a $10 mid century modern style brass shelf, $0.50 new journals, $5 vintage mod dress, and some quirky sunglasses for $1. I also like going here rather than a chain like goodwill because I know where the money is going to (to benefit an AIDS non-profit org).

AWESOME place with an AWESOME mission! Shopping here feels like feeding the soul!! Not only do I find really cool clothes and home goods here, but I always leave here feeling great that the money I spend goes directly towards supporting my community! Not to mention, customer service is always friendly and energetic!

Good store but I just drove an hour to make a donation and they said they couldn't take it..."There's a big sign in front!" (There was a tiny sign in front) because get this: it was too hot to accept a donation, please come back tomorrow, when it will be even hotter. Puts me off donating to them ever, and I'm moving across country with a lot of great stuff to donate.

I really like this place. It has some cool finds and they have a $1 rack with some graphic tees and other stuff if you get lucky. They also have a bucket of posters that are really cool and students and teachers get 25% off on Wednesday. Check their website bc they have discounts on specific items almost everyday. Try to go at unpopular times -- I have been here twice on a weekday around 5 and it has never been that busy, but I went once on the weekend and it was a mess.

It was mediocre as far as thrift stores go. Organized but limited selection. Not a lot of good stuff, and the few quality pieces were marked way too high for a thrift store. Also annoying that you still can’t try anything on.

My favorite thrift store experience - ever! From the beginnings on Canal Street to now; I have enjoyed the "hunt!" Nice staff; lively atmosphere and I'm happy to see that folks just drop by to sit and read. What a wonderful sense of community in the community.

I LOVE, Love, love Boomerangs! I've been a customer since the original store, down by AIDS Action Committee. However, today I was treated so disrespectfully that I left the store in TEARS! I have tried to figure out what I did that was so offensive and I don't have a clue. This young man actually refused to ring up my purchases. SMH. I did, however, break a glass upon entering.I also stood there directing people away from the broken glass until someone came to sweep it up. I thanked the employee and apologized for breaking the glass. In all my years shopping here, I have never felt like this I am actually trembling! This WILL NOT keep me from returning.

Super quirky and wonderful spot. I've snagged some amazing finds here - from little knick knacks to an entire couch that was, surprise, also a futon! Staff are focused, helpful, and caring. Little known fact: they are dog friendly, assuming your dog is also friendly, respectful, and trained to be in such an environment (emphasis on TRAINED...don't let them on the furniture either). :~)

Great store, however they need to learn from the pros at Garment District, Cambridge, when it comes to low prices!!! After all, you're the ones thriving to raise money for a good cause! All the MORE reason to try and encourage MORE customers, not chase them to the Garment District! For the most part your prices are okay, just some stuff needs to come down, like shorts for instance!

One of the better thrift stores in the Boston area. I've yet to take a trip in and not walk out with something great, whether it be clothing, books, or something to hang on my walls. The inventory changes a lot, so it's easy to take in a few trips in one week and find completely different items to pick through. The window displays always have a great aesthetic, and there is rarely nothing worth bidding on for the window auction.

You never know what you'll find wandering around in here. There's a little bit of everything here: furniture, glassware, some clothes, random household goods. Good amount of used books. Staff are friendly, and their mission is great. Make sure to donate!

Love this place for its funky accessories, cheap prices and range of basic to fancy fashions. Last time I was in the store they were selling paperbacks BOGO free (read: 2 for $2! hard to beat). If you have the patience to comb through the racks, you can find some amazing steals. Staff is always smiling and happy to help.
