This was my first time here and I LOVED it! I found so many items I liked right away. The employees were very helpful. I needed assistance with a sweater and got it right away. Another employee took my clothes to the dressing room for me a few times & was really nice. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable, and one of my items was 50% off. I'll definitely be shopping here frequently from now on.

If you're a fan of all things vintage, colorful, or unique, this is the spot for you!! Racks and racks of options for both men and women (lots of unisex options as well!) and they have a great selection of costumes and accessories! The staff are always willing to help you make decisions on clothes and are very kind. Prices are mostly reasonable, they also consign clothes and offer a punch card for extra discounts. The best vintage shop I've seen in Boise so far, it's a special experience every time I visit.

Staff was so helpful when I was looking for fun fall clothes! Very kind and funny. The music was also such a vibe. They had a great selection and I got the cutest pants and jacket! Plus, a punchcard that i filled immediately XD !

This lovely human was over the top helpful! Made suggestions, searched the shop both in front and in the back intake area..... I found a couple of adorable things and loved the experience. I’ve been shopping and selling clothes at consignment shops in the Treasure Valley for years and Serendipity Boutique Consignment Clothing is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I wish I had been shopping and consigning here all along. As far as a place to consign your clothes, they have their act together as far as communication and policy better than anywhere I’ve ever been. As far as a place to shop, the boutique is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful and friendly. The selection is fun, fresh, and diverse. This should be your first stop if you ever have a theme party to attend or you just want to play dress up. There’s also a great selection of contemporary everyday fashion. There is something for everyone and every occasion!!! I’m so glad I finally discovered this place.

What a fun second hand clothing shop! This is a great pace for quirky and unique clothing, shoes, jewelry and other jewels. The show is well organised and the staff is high energy and ready to have fun helping you find what you need. We get the clothing for our Halloween costumes here.

The selection of clothing is great. I always find cool stuff for everyday wear or for cosplay. But every visit is different depending on the service. Sometimes there's staff that is very helpful and makes me, the customer feel welcome and excited for me to try things on. Other times I get a feeling that they don't want to be there and I'm an inconvenience. I don't take it personal, nothing to do with me I always buy stuff. Just saying, it's a small place, I feel the energy

This store has some hidden gems for everyone! The people that work here are super friendly. They always have fun music playing while you shop. They rotate consigned clothes on the regular, so you'll never see the same thing twice. LGBTQ friendly. Totally, completely and utterly up my yellow brick road.

The ladies who were running this were very friendly, and we enjoyed speaking with them. The cachet of this store is 'vintage' clothing, and I can safely say that they hit the mark on this, although there's a fine line between vintage and plain old. Prices for the most part were on the high side. Overall, if you're looking for something unique for a costume this would fit the bill, but I wouldn't make it a regular stop.

My daughter loves this place. They have an interesting selection of modern and vintage clothing, and she can build credit for new purchases by consigning her old clothes. She's found some truly fun outfits here for parties, and the prices are reasonable.

I've both had fun shopping and selling here !!! They have a great collection of unique, vintage and cute kawaii clothes !! Selling was easy as they did all the work for me and I was able to pick up stuff that didn't sell after the 60 days ! Staff was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy shopping at Serendipity Boutique--all clothes are checked for quality and wear before they are accepted for consignment, so I know I can trust them to be in good condition when I buy them. Regular prices are very affordable and the sidewalk sales ($3 items!) are great for treasure hunting. Consignments are only kept on the rack for three months and then donated to charity, so the selection is always fresh and changing. Seasonal offerings make special displays, like Christmas sweaters. I have consigned clothing here and made some cash, but you can also use your consignment earnings as store credit and get 50% of the split instead of 40%. The staff is very helpful, too. 10/10 would recommend!

Just found this place and soooo happy I did! It's a vintage paradise! So clean and well organised. Plus the staff is super friendly! But also not pushy literally the perfect combo. They also have costumes! And accessories. Best place to find old school 70s flare jeans or highwaisted jeans in general. They also have a delightful assortment of hats! Soooo impressed!

Small store, huge variety, solid staff, great prices. I was strutting out in a houndstooth suit for $26. If you're in the area, lookin for a bargain on some slick threads, check it out. Highly recommended.

Not much in store for sizes 14 and above BUT what is there is worth the trip. The eclectic, thoughtfully curated, well priced offerings here make Serendipity a regular stop on my shopping rotation. There are shoes, accessories, costumes to peruse as well!

This is the "Only" consignment store you'll need to go to for that, "That's what I've been looking for forever" They take in all kinds of item's from the norm to the one of a kind & vintage items. Other fun item's, they stock "Ugliest Christmas Sweaters" for your contest, costumes for any event, and dance. Staff are always helpful & kind. The only thing I'd change is they need a bgger store now.

Stop in while attending the State street Sunday flee market and was surprised at all they had to offer. Women's clothing and much more including a selection of men's clothing. I think the prices are high for consignment clothing and everything seemed to have 1 or 2 prices. They would have more traffic if they would adjust their pricing.

This is a very cool place if you like unique vintage clothing. My daughter got a pair of velvet high heeled boots she just loves. We almost bought a wedding dress there. Very fun to just go and browse.
