Pretty good place! Service was good, the girls were working hard. I feel I got a fair price for my buy. A few plus sized pickings, many Xl, a handful of 2x, a random 4x here and there. Much of the clothes was misplaced on the racks, and the clearance section wasn't sorted by size which made it harder. I'm sure, as many businesses, they are a bit short staffed. Biggest disappointment was that many items had stains, and found one on an item i purchased only after getting home (not clearance item). Prices are fair. Strong cinnamon candle or fragrance in shop that I liked, but could bother some sensitive people.

Great selection of cute stuff and very friendly employees! The consignment process is simple and you get a fine amount of money. I opted for in-store credit because I always find things I like!

I love shopping here for new-to-me statement pieces, but I especially love it for getting cute clothes for trips! Emily was super helpful and patient today as I shopped for a girls’ trip. The clothes are also very reasonably priced—the cutest boots for only $13!

Love, love, love!! Definitely would come again and again, the atmosphere is so nice and it always smells good! Prices are amazing, and clothes are so organized. I had help from Liz who should be manager!! She was awesome at helping me find clothes as I'm pretty small (00). She didn't get annoyed with me even though I had tried on what seemed like the whole store 😂 I walked in expecting to spend over $150 and ended up spending half that. Thank you Liz! Keep on smiling:)

Came here to buy a cute outfit for a date night I have this upcoming week. Emery helped me pick out an outfit and let me know that if they didn’t fit I could return them for store credit within the next 7 days, which I didn’t know but was very helpful considering the dressing rooms were under construction with some painting. Keep up the great work!

Such a good store with a huge selection and discount prices. I came in looking for an outfit for my trip to the nearby winery and the one girl, I think Brenna or maybe Brenda, went above and beyond to help me. It was my first time in the store and she was out helping me find my outfit and made me feel like I was talking to one of my girlfriends. You don’t find many workers like her. She related with me, boosted up my confidence and even referred me to a store when they didn’t have one of the things I was looking for. I usually don’t buy used clothes but I will definitely be back just for her!

The first time I came here I tried to sell on a Sunday and was told they were not accepting items and I would have to come back. I'm not sure if there is a particular time where you do not sell but it may be nice to have on your website. When I did come back the employees were very friendly and accepted a decent amount of my clothing which I was very grateful for. The clothing seemed well organized and clean.

The ladies here are so helpful (especially the blonde hair blue eyes girl, Emma, I think was her name? Cute as can be and super friendly) the clothes are SO cute and fashionable) the prices are amazing and I'm waiting on the results of my exchange on my clothes at the moment so will have to add more on that later (you drop them off and they go thru them and contact you within 24hrs with a price for either cash/exchange/or neither and you can come get the clothes back.... A concept Ive never heard of before but seems logical and efficient!! Overall, this place it's where it's at for recycled clothing! I recommend checking it out!

I’ve gone into this place MANY times to buy wallets and purses for a great price. I also got my graduation dress from here. I’ve always been helped by the lady in there with blonde hair, Erin. Everyone there has always been so sweet and nice to me ! Definitely recommend !

Fashion Runway Exchange is the perfect combination of style and affordable. My daughter absolutely loves this store, and can not get enough of it. Keep up the good work.

I have a postpartum body and can’t fit in the clothes I wore before I got pregnant. I held on to them for a while, but I decided to get rid of them & get some clothes for work that I could actually wear. Kendra (I think her name is) is always there when I go in to exchange & buy new clothes. She’s my new go-to. I will not go anywhere for my fashion needs. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and actually remembered me today. She watched my son while I ran to my car, and just made me feel good. Love, love, love this store and the staff!

Their prices are a little higher on some things, but pretty average for the most part. The store is arranged well, but it can still be difficult to find items as some blouses are in one area and more are in another. They have a fairly decent men's section which is nice. The associates are very friendly and helpful.
