I was all hyped up about going here because it is always packed and there were a lot of good reviews. I was disappointed in the selection. The best options are right when you walk in and there wasn’t one thing besides a pair of shoes I would have considered buying. This is not a consignment type of store. I was only there for about ten minutes but I didn’t find any designer items besides really really used LV sandals.

I had a really great experience here! Visiting from out of town, so probably the first and maybe last time I'll ever be here. But I got some amazing vintage jewelry very inexpensively. I did think that the clothing was a little high in price, but it all looked well organized and maintained.

First time going and was very impressed with how clean and lovely it looks inside. It's 2 miles from our house (we just moved to Birmingham) and needed to donate some items and find some things for our new place. It's very well organized. They do have shopping carts and shopping baskets. There are restrooms. I even found a small maternity section. I definitely will be going back. Also found that they do test a lot of electronics and will put on a "tested" sticker. I bought a small lamp for my son's bedroom. The cashier said keep the receipt since the lamp has been tested and I can bring it back of there is a problem. I did test at home to make sure and the lamp does work.

Nice thrift store, very organized and big. Got a pair of earrings for 15$ that have a retail of around 100$. Nice staff and nice products!

Cleanest thrift store ive ever seen. If you are looking for a mens suit they have really nice suits. Huge book selection. Nicest mens clothes ive seen inside a thrift store. Considering the neighborhood of vestavia the items are as expected and everyone is extremely polite. There just wasnt a huge selection and the prices were high for a thriftstore but i would say were still fair for particular items.

This location is always busy and has different inventory every day. I have found some good stuff here. It is also nice to know that the proceeds go to a good cause. Its easy to drop off donations by driving around to the back of the building. Givon Wayne

I used to shop here all the time but I’ve steadily watched the prices climb higher and higher. Which if people are still buying the items, then that’s great for the store. I went today and saw a pair of $99 jeans, with the original tags attached, that they marked for $50 with a Vapor tag. I picked up another pair of jeans without a Vapor tag that I was really interested in. I walked to the counter to ask for a price. The lady at the register showed them to a guy at the other register and asked him how much to charge. He looked them over and said “they look like expensive jeans, do $30” It may just be me but I felt that was pretty high for him to do no research on what the jeans actually cost. Most recently I went and found a Garanimals skirt with the original tags attached. The original store price (Walmart)was $4.50. Vapor’s price was $4.99. This is a clean store and I do love to browse to see if I can find a decent deal occasionally. Even though the prices are sometimes high, it’s worth a visit.

Very nice, organized, and clean store. The clothes are nice and well priced. One associate greeted me at the door with a shopping cart and a friendly welcome. George, at the register, was extremely sweet and helpful. I can't wait to return.

To me, this is the best thrift store in town. So spacious and clean, and they have nice restrooms (idk about you but I always have to use the restroom when shopping haha!) They actually have cute clothes here unlike a lot of places where you have to rummage through everything to find something nice. Great selection of glassware too.

I love Vapor Thrift Store. I go about twice a month and I always find something. They have a wide variety of excellent to slightly used home goods, such as picture frames, pictures, plates, etc. They have many lamps and shades to choose from at great prices. Clothing for all ages too. Everything is very reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly and helpful which makes shopping here a delightful experience!

Visited this place back in January from out of town and liked what I saw there. Very organized, smelled great and nice service. It’s a little higher than I’m used to, as far as clothing goes, but there’s plenty of discounts and a large selection. It’s easy to find whatever you might be looking for and also something you didn’t know you needed!

I am visiting from Tennessee while my husband is in the Blind Rehab for a lengthy stay in Birmingham. This was our first time in Birmingham. I found Vapor and had a pleasant, relaxing experience (which I sorely needed). Store is clean, quiet and peaceful. Prices were great! Clothing was organized by size and sorted by color. They carry a very nice variety of items. What an unexpected find, during a stressful time. Miss Phylis was amazing! Highly recommend!

Went in to buy the new “jewel” or whatever the kids call it these days. Turned out this is not a vape shop, but Instead a thrift store. Was pleasantly surprised by the deals, and I purchased a used mattress! Would buy again
