Love this store!! I go there frequently and always buy! The staff is not so friendly, but the owners are awesome!!! Great place to shop!!!

They paid me 60$ for 7 items out of 27 name brand new and old but not worn out clothes. I felt like they could have bought more of my items. They really didn't have much to pick from either. More athletic clothes than anything for wemon and I wasn't Impressed at all with their selecting of clothing. Here are some photos of the boots I bought 14$ and sweater 8$

I'd like to think that in this time of hardship and tight wallets, that shops would perhaps take that into account instead of selling average condition brand clothing and shoes for crazy prices? Outstanding customer service from Ashley yesterday! All of the workers were attentive & prompt & didn't even seem phased when the store got a bit busy! They also actually seem to sort through the close at this Plato's unlike the others ! Will definitely return

The selection of clothing and shoes has not been the best lately. The shoes are. It is difficulht to find things. The store is supposed to have the sizes separated and put in the marked spaces, but the clothes aren't separated.

I need to say this here and now, I LOVE PLAYOS CLOSET! they have a great cheap selection of all the best clothes, it was clean, people were helpful when needed, and I cant get over the fact that I got $140 dollar shoes for $35! And I dont think I would call this place a thrift shop, it's more high end then that.

Brought in three boxes of new with tags name brand items that were folded neatly. After looking thru they just stuffed everything back. Then offered $42 and said is that ok? And did not show me or give me a list of what they kept.

Some times it pays to search. Sizes mixed up. Can get a little warm with your mask on...go outside before you start coughing. They will hold your clothes that you want today (so you can you run out and die coughing) and tomorrow.

Love this Plato's closet! It has way more selection than the hoover location not only because it is larger, but because they accept a larger variety of items that customers are selling. The hoover location is 5 minutes away from my house, but it is worth the trip to travel to Trussville to find cute clothes for cheap. On many occasions I have brought baskets full of quality clothing to the Hoover location to sell and they took only a few items. I'm a broke college student and I really needed the money so I went to Trussville and they took almost everything! I'm so glad this place exists, I always find the coolest stuff! :)

I love this location. To everyone complaining about getting "ripped off". It's a business. They CAN'T give you what you want for your clothes and expect to make a profit too! It doesn't work like that, ladies!

I love it wish they could keep a Victoria Secret section that's the main reason why I go and one week they have it next week they dont.. and it seems like they have gone up on alot of there pricing whether or not name brand it's still used name brand so they kinda need to keep a reasonable price on there stuff some of my friends already stopped going cause there prices went up.. but I will continue to go

Just like most thrift stores, 90% woman's clothes and what few guys clothes is all the way in the back corner. Regularly crowded with prepy style people that look disgusted to even be thought of as in a true thrift store.
