The friendliest ladies are always there to assist you and boost your spirits! They truly know how to make you feel like family. The BTB team also does live sale videos on social media daily to enhance your shopping experience with an excellent shipping rate or in-store pick up at your convenience. So grateful to have found this gem of a store to both consign and shop again and again!

Better than Before is a consignment shop with 2 locations. One in Cullman, Alabama and another in Decatur, Alabama! I have been shopping at Better than Before for many years. I have never had a Bad experience. They have Beautiful upscale clothing and shoes for the whole family. They also have handbags and the Decatur location has home decor! Name brands at affordable prices! Sonya Whaley Nix and her staff at both locations go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and are always willing to help. When you shop at BTB you become part of the family! I'm blessed to be part of this group! If you can't go to the stores, you can watch the online videos they have daily and shop! They are fun! If you haven't tried BTB you are missing out! Give them a try!

The basket was a little smaller than I thought and it took a bit longer to get than normal. I get a lot from BTB videos and this is the only issue I have ever had except when get something emailed at 3 am and I miss the time line. LOL. Love BTB and the Cullman store is my favorite. Sorry Decatur only been there once but visit Cullman almost every week to pick up my treasures and of course shop !!!!

A really fun store...great selection, beautifully displayed. Can be a little pricey, here and there, but some great finds, too. Hint..examine your articles carefully before you purchase for damage and wear.

It's a great place to shop great people very friendly. Good prices but look at the dates on the tags you could be getting a real good deal. Prices drop after certain dates the longer they have it the price keeps dropping.

Let me say, I will definitely be a regular customer at BTB Consignments. A while back, I had ordered a pair of shoes from the site but, unfortunately, they were unable to be located in the shop. Sonya (the manager/owner, I assume?) reached out with the sincerest apology for the error, and even gave me a coupon code. I waited to see something I loved to use it, and I'm so happy with my recent order! The items that I purchased were so well-packaged and in excellent condition! The shipping was super fast as well! Thanks so much for great customer service and providing such beautiful and well-priced inventory =)

I have been buying online through the BTB website as well as through Facebook live videos for over three years now. I live several states away and only twice have I encountered an issue, both of which were minor. Sonya took care of it immediately. To be honest, she and her staff always provide 150% in customer service!!!! Not only is she an honest and trustworthy businesswoman, she's very sweet, funny and personable. Her staff is always willing to help, and my only complaint is that I don't live closer to shop in person!! If you aren't buying from BTB - WHY NOT?? If you live far away, get on Facebook or their website...... So many great deals!

This place is amazing! I usually don’t do well at consignment shops, but this one is very nice and open and literally everything I tried on I actually liked (a rarity). I love that the tag shows the dates of when the prices go down, so you know how much it was or will be and what you pay that day. Great variety, great shopping experience!
