Prices can be kinda high on some items. Was clean, organized and had lots of cloths. This is your typical goodwill can't think of much to say. Store has cloths, household items, furniture, jewelry, some unique items mixed in with household items and toys.

A pretty good thrift store!! Lots of different options, decent prices, and fairly well organized. I got some super cute jeans and a hoodie. It was difficult to find where the men's hoodies were, but I figured it out eventually. The area was fairly clean and the fitting rooms were decent, but didn't have good locks. Overall, a god thrift store for cute clothes.

As long as all available checkout registers are open, the long lines go through quickly. Should recycle the old stuff through if it ain't selling. Low options on newer clothing (both men's and women's, unsure of any other sizes) jeans, shirts, sweaters, jackets, and more..., like the stuff that's been there awhile and ain't selling, just sits there and makes the store look filled but its a bunch of clothes that aint selling and taking up space for newer donated clothes.

I mean it's okay, and this location has a few better items, but some days are really filled with people and somewhat overcrowded. I like using the mini shopping carts cause it's a bit easier to squeeze through the aisles when other people with their carts are around . It's almost impossible to shop in the same aisle with 2-3 bigger carts, the aisles are a tiny bit narrow. Goodwill has definitely gotten more expensive throughout the years!!

Good selection. Fair prices. Bought bamboo pillows for $25 a piece and I originally found the same ones at the fair last year for $50 a piece. Definitely worth stopping by. Clean store helpful and friendly employees. Would visit again.

Great selection and prices! the items I usually find this door are in relatively good shape, they don't usually throw a bunch of junk on the show. And it's become quite reliable on what hiking hope to find on the shelves. The pricing seems reasonable in fair on most items. However, a misplaced price tag or sticker completely removes any opportunity for you to purchase that item that day. If an item is missing either, it it has to go to the back for repricing. And every time this is happened to me the item disappears. I never see it reappear on the shelf even when inquiring about the item from the previous day. I would give the store five stars but every time I go in there it seems like there is not enough staff to keep the line flowing quickly. Today I went in there and the line had extended beyond the books and CDs area well into the womens clothing section.

Good place to browse around. You never know what you might find. They get new items daily. They do blanket pricing at this store. So you can find some nice items at a great price. Stuff moves quickly at this store, so check back often.

I have been going to Goodwill stores in many different cities and states since I was a child. I have been impressed with the selection and pricing of products within the stores. I never know what kind of items I might find as well as being able to see all sorts of different things I've never seen before. One thing about the Goodwill stores I have noticed since this Covid-19 outbreak is they have not marked up there prices like other thrift stores have. I have noticed a slight increase in price this past few years at multiple Goodwill stores accross the west coast but that is to be expected. I am also really pleased with the cumbersome selection of goods they have at the Westend Location in Billings Montana, the Heights location is not bad but can be hit or miss with goods compared to the Westend location but that is normal when shopping at thrift stores. Ok was disappointed to see Goodwill do away with the daily deals they had for so many years. If you ever notice the price tags at Goodwill all have different colors... Well, it use to be that each day Goodwill would pick a colored price tag and any goods or products in the store that had that days colored tag would be 50% off! It would be amazing to see that come back again. I know of two or three other reputable thrift store chains that do the exact same or very similar daily promotions, why Goodwill decided to do away with this is beyond me, but just like most other business's nowadays I'm sure Goodwill wanted more corporate structure and at the end of the day profits is what matter and when your selling items at 50% off regularly and you know more then likely you could be selling them for 100%, it's only a matter of time before you see deals like this fade away with larger businesses such as Goodwill. I was at Goodwill about three weeks ago and upon checkout the cashier asked me if I had any discounts or coupons that could be applied and I kindly nodded no and asked if they still did the daily fifty percent off promotions and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy kinda sidetracked the answer and finally just told me they did away with that awhile back... They should also take a few days out of the year and deep clean the stores... I remember looking in the electronics sections and while I was looking and sorting through numerous cords and cable that were bunched up I accidentally dropped one of them on the ground and it kinda fell back behind the rack but not that far and I go to grab it and right before I went to grab it I stopped as I had seen a huge spider sitting on a web right next to the item that had dropped, let's just say I left that item lay where it be for the meantime 😶. All in all I enjoy my shopping experience at the Billings Montana locations and definitely recommend stopping in regularly to see what they have as u never know what treasures are to be found. I personally enjoy the Westend location much more then the heights but then again I'm not a big fan of the heights area to begin with so take that into account. I don't like the way goodwill sells items. I miss the sale tags. Color of the week. The billings store has blouses and t-shirt section. They think that a t-shirt with a pocket or bling is all the sudden a blouse. They need to all be on same page cuz I had 4 t-shirts w t-shirt material that I got in t-shirt rack they argued w me and charged me more. I won't go there anymore cuz I can get brand new items at Ross for just as much if not cheaper. It's all about money for them. So sad.

If you buy stuff there, make sure to wash it. When they put anything out on sales floor, it comes straight out of bins and bags, some even left out in the rain. I seen some gross stuff as a former employee. Clothes are priced way to high and everything else. Dollar day is what it's worth. They don't hire people with disabilities and definitely don't work with their staff that do fall I'll, but they sure ask every customer to donate to their charity, I find that funny.

This is a Typical Goodwill but they have some fantastic Thingsrings for sale with everything you'd come to expect from a goodwill including excellent pricing and wonderful selection! I shop here literally all the time it's worth it!

While this a large location, there is far more available for women than for men. In addition, this store had quite the variety of furniture and other accessories (air purifiers, etc.) and electronics. This is worth a stop if you're a woman or simply looking around at what is available. If you are a man desperately in need of a specific clothing item, look elsewhere.

The selection is great, the store is well-organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. I thought the prices were very low, please see my successful shopping story below. Today my goal was to acquire technical shirts that could be layered for snowboarding, camping, or other outdoor activities. I wound up buying: + LL Bean pullover fleece jacket (Cost $6, MSRP = $45) + Under Armor crew-neck tee shirt (Cost $4, MSRP $24) + Tortiseshell Wayfarer Sunglasses (Cost $4, new with tag that quoted MSRP of $17) So as you can see I saved over 83% on the aggregate purchase. The other reviews seemed to think that this store is overpriced, but they gave no examples. Clark says that it's cheaper to buy the items new at the store, which is patently false. (You may be able to get close to the prices I found if you buy off-brand from wally world, but those products tend to be of inferior quality and you are supporting unfair labor practices both foreign and domestic.)

Sometimes there's nothing special, but if you check back regularly you can find some nice furniture or little things to fill your shelves. Its Goodwill so everyone kinda knows what to expect already.
