They set themselves apart from other consignment stores with their high standards and attention to detail. The ladies on the sales floor, in particular Leslie, are always so friendly and helpful. If you haven't checked them out – you should put it on your list!

This is truly a special consignment store as it is locally owned with very caring workers that are always extremely helpful. I’ve not only taken clothes there I have purchased things there….from clothes to nice furniture. You can always check the website to see what has been sold of yours and then go to the front desk and they’ll write you a check for that amount. I always like to look around too! 😊

First visit to this store, a plethora of items, you think of it and they probably have it. Prices vary depending on item. Very well organized store in a great location in Fletcher. You could visit several times and still not see everything. Highly recommend to everyone, especially is you like catch all stores. From antiques to modern day.

They've updated the place and it's beautiful, it was before too. They were so in tune to my needs, checking on if I needed anything. I love how they blended the bathing suits in each size sections.very organized and colored coordinated. Everything is decorated so lovely!

The pricing is a bit unreasonable. If it's used clothing you can't sell it for just under retail. Not much savings can happen here. I'd rather buy brand new if I'm not getting a deal. The buyers experience is much more pleasant than going to a dusty thrift store but that doesn't compensate for the overpricing.

Went shopping yesterday at LuLu’s to kill time while having my car worked on across the street. I surely wasn’t prepared for all the great items for sale!! I found wall art that my living room has been missing all along!! And super cute sandals. And a killer scarf that I’ve never seen anything like! Too cute 🥰!! Two throw pillows that have black olives on olive branches. They’re not in your face but subtle and classic. I have been looking for cute throws but all I have found were around $100. These were $20 apiece!!! SCORE!!! When I have more spending money I’m going back!! I saw lots of adorable clothes and didn’t even make it downstairs to the kitchen ware which is where I thought I would be tempted.

As a customer, I have been both a satisfied purchaser and a seller. Most recently, I sold my home and I knew that some of the furniture needed a new home. Lulu’s was very prompt in picking up the furniture and getting the furniture on to the selling floor. This store is definitely filled with amazing finds… but for a price ($$$$$). In my search I found a pair of used ski pants for the same price as the new ones I just bought.. and I found a pair of beaten up shoes that are the exact pair I have already (heel form vs wedge) and I bought mine NEW for $15 less than their price. So can you find great things here? Yes, their inventory is great, but it will cost you. I couldn’t find a single bargain.

Wow what a great place! There were many different vendors under one roof. For the majority, the prices were excellent with only a couple with unusually over priced items. The 2 floors were filled with old and new items, but easy to get around, not crowded. We found a lot of treasures that came home with us... Can't wait to go back!

Store staff greeted us and were very friendly. Store was very clean and well arranged. I was disappointed to see how the plus size racks seemed to be an afterthought of sorts, separated but not organized by individual sizes as the rest of the ladies clothing was. Price points were high, such as a Jacklyn Smith (kmart) top priced around $14.However, I understand well the effort that goes into a consignment shop, esp verses thrift so I do not expect the prices to be thrift prices. I also appreciated they were following guidelines for covid spread prevention.

My first visit to lulu's. A friend recommended this place for used furniture. I did not feel like it had a very large supply of used furniture. Seems to have a large inventory of mostly women's clothes secondhand. Wasn't shopping for that . All customers and staff were masked. I didn't find anything this trip. I might go back one more time.

My 'go to' place to shop when I need a new outfit or I find a need to spruce up my home with a new piece of furniture is Lulu's Consignment. Recently, Taylor helped me to make the decision to purchase a new chaise to increase seating in our living space. She advised me that a second couch is preferred by family and guests for comfort and flexibility. Delivery topped off the deal! Not only am I able to purchase quality items, but I'm able to consign my gently used or new pieces of clothing or furniture to aid me in purchasing those new treasures that I find in their excellent inventory. Excellent advise, excellent and impeccable service, quality, clean, consigned new and used items keep me coming back to see the Heidenrichs at Lulu's! They're like family!!! My first time to LuLu's. I wasn't expecting so many clothes and dishes. I think I was expecting more "fun"items and some things seemed priced high ( $36 for a pair of used running shoes). I did like the furniture selection both new and used. I'll give it another try for sure.

Most of the furniture in my house comes from Lulu's!!! The living room suite (brand new) the dining room set (brand new) our king bed (brand new) a hutch (brand new too!) And so much more! Huge selection in a large two story consignment store. Great selection, good prices, pleasant staff. Their online system is nice to keep track of your consignments. They have all kinds of clothes, shoes, housewares, purses, children’s clothes and toys, art and a huge selection of new and consigned furniture. They burn strongly scented candles by the doors upstairs and downstairs. I usually like candles but these are so strong I always get a little headache when I shop here.

I do not often rate & review businesses, but this consignment boutique is NOTEWORTHY. At other second-hand stores I dread shopping for clothes because I must filter through hordes of outdated & flawed items. Not here! I only found current, very lightly used items – not to mention they were color coded. Every corner of the store was filled with décor ranging from one-of-a-kind vintage pieces to modern & stylish items from places like Pottery Barn & Restoration Hardware. I was not in the market for furniture, but if you are, this would be a fantastic place to shop. The furniture collection is massive and rivals that of a commercial furniture store. As an added bonus, I felt safe while shopping here because the staff was actively enforcing the CDC’s guidelines for preventing COVID transmission by requiring masks, sanitizing shopping carts after each use, and they even quarantined the clothes that I tried on (a safe shopping experience should not feel like an added bonus). This boutique goes above and beyond! I will definitely be back.

LuLy's is the best consignment store around. The prices are fair and the selection is always worth the long drive for me. One suggestion is that they put blinds in front windows. It's hard to see the clothes on some racks because of the glare.

Great place to consign items. You have to check what they price your furniture at. We did not get out of a chair what we should have it was priced way too low for what it was. Store is clean and neat. Good selection.

I've always had a great experience with Lulu's. You can choose to get your items back or donate them if they don't sell. They do the work for you. If you want more money for your items, then put them on Craig's List, or something like that and do the work yourself. I don't want the hassle personally. Unfortunately, soon as I make any money, I turn around and spend it at Lulu's! I've been going there for at least 7 years. They are helpful but don't hover.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS STORE In Hendersonville, S.C. It was the largest, most organized consignment store I have ever been privileged to visit. They also list on their price tags the dates and amounts the item will be reduced so WHEN not "IF" you visit LuLu's be sure you read the tag to see the lowest price. You will not be disappointed when you visit this wonderfull store. NO JUNK HERE!!! IT'S ALL QUALITY STUFF.!!! The customer service staff are very friendly, and I do recommend this place for shoppers; however, I have not had a great experience as a consigner. Despite studying the list of items they accept/don't accept on their website, they have rejected many supposedly acceptable items. These items did not have rips, stains or pet hair etc.. Including a Kate Spade dress! When I inquired regarding this dress, I was told it was rejected because there was a stain, yet no where in my examination did I find a stain upon dropping it off. This also happened with a basket I dropped off that was damaged while in the store, and therefore did not sell. I have only dropped high end, lightly used inventory. I do not smoke and don't own a pet. It has been such a waste of time. I won't be consigning here again. The fact that the store is not following their own list of accepted items and also donates unwanted items without giving the consigner a chance to retrieve them, puts the consigner on the losing end. Consigners beware - You would be better off donating the items to charity yourself and saving yourself the hassle.

Interesting place loaded with merchandise, especially clothing and furniture. I generally go to thrift shops looking for records, which I've never seen, here. Yet, whenever we go to Lulu's I almost always find something, be it a tee shirt, a magnetic John Deere calendar, and even a used 55" Vizio tv that we bought for our basement.
