Went towards closing, and everything was well organized. Customer service appears to be lacking though, as the cashier literally just rang our items and stood there o_o couldnt even slide the clothes to our side or say "have a nice day". Despite this, there are some great finds but most are overpriced.

Didn't think this store would 4 be as good as the store on the south side with good inventory , friendly employees and a clean environment , but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know why I'm such a second hand store fanatic but can't stay out of them. A good way to spend a couple minutes or a couple hours. Always deals to be had can find any Superstar stuff today but can't win every day how do you get a nice scope 4A hand Cannon which is nice for super cheap too with the 75% off they're already discount price I think I paid $6 crazy good. Id buy anything for six bucks

Pricing varies:. For each item there is a pre set dollar figure range, within that range it is the employees discretion in how the item is priced. Let's say (hypothetically) women's hoodies range from 6.99 -29.99, somewhere in that range you will find the price. Sometimes you see a really sweet deal other times not so much. This is pretty standard at most thrift stores. I like the people here, especially Angela(or Angie if your her friend)she has a warm and friendly customer first attitude and I really appreciated that. Thanks for making my shopping trip an enjoyable one Angela!

Great prices. I love finding great gems. Its the kinda thrift shop that u gotta kinda dig and touch and move things to see everything and to find the good stuff. I check this store out weekly, the checkout line is fast and the staff are always in a happy mood and very helpful

This store is ok. Only thing is that it is in a lower socioeconomic community. Yet, pricing and selection at the other store in a much more Tony area is better. Shouldn't Goodwill be helping the disadvantaged and under served folks? C'mon man, as Ol Sleepy J would say.

I like going to goodwill. They have awesome stuff, the only problem is that the stuff is expenisive. If you could make things cheaper, then I would like it more

They have a lot of clothes, but they are not sorted very well so it takes a while to find what you like, their area for pots and pans is good though, many hard to find items such as replacement lids etc - Electronics is poor and computer parts poor. But the new retail area and location is good with easy parking and fast food nearby.

Great thrift store! They have a terrific clothing selection! A little sparse on the up to date electronic / kitchenware. But .... they can only sell what they get donated so can't fault them for that. The staff is very friendly, and the store is clean! I love coming here!

The colors sometimes looks to close together, orange and red. So it's confusing to know what the colors are. We don't always read the color. I will watch much closer. The the man put my left over money in as donation. I was shocked, I wasn't ask. Other then that. The place is very clean, organized. I will be careful with my shopping.

Lots of selections, neat and tidy. Went close to closing time, so if you go there make sure you have enough time to look through stuff, as they have alot to go through. Friendly staff.

Nice clean store. Easy to make donations also, nice roll out tubs in a covered area to unload.. they make it easy to contribute. Just one Saturday got there to late, all the tubs were full...so learned to get there before noon if not loaded in boxes I could just leave!

Very nice store, lots of space and lots of donated items. Store was very clean and uncluttered. Staff was very friendly. Prices were extremely high though.The few items I had found to purchase, I ended putting back. I asked the associate if the price of the jacket I had was correct and she said it was. There were no sales going on so I had to pay the ticketed price of $89.99 Not only was this donated no-name brand jacket over priced, it was a worn and dirty jacket, and the other nicer jackets were all marked between $19.99 - $24.99. I would have gladly paid less, but the associate said no. After leaving, I looked it up on the internet to see what it cost...brand new $85. I prefer shopping at thrift stores, so I may just check back tomorrow and hope for a Sale day. If not for the extrembly high pricing, I would have given 5 stars.

Ummm, so... it's the goodwill. It's not as nice as the new store in south anchorage but ive been treasure hunting here for a decade. The staff is generally friendly and helpful and I usually find what I'm looking for. I do frequently think that the free stuff they get donated is overpriced. Like the 120 bucks for western boots? (I dint care what brand they are! ) Come on people, let someone find a treasure they could not otherwise afford and you're still gonna make 100% profit. Can we not be fair with folks? Oh well... I keep going back ... I pass on the overpriced items and hunt for the treasures my wallet can afford.

Very cool stuff that I'm sure i couldn't live without. I found an old retro apple peeler machine that s surely an antique.got it for 2 dollars in pristine condition. I could hang out there for hours and ot even buy anything

Good used books and Electronics. Need more plus sizes for men. See lots of racks of xl, large and medium-sizes. There's a lot of big guys in this country looking for XXL - XXXXL. I understand it's donations based inventory, however there must be a way to pull in some other sizes from other locations around the country.

This is one of the better 2nd hand stores in Anchorage that I have been to so far. Prices seem higher than I am used to from lower 48 however all 2nd hand stores here are a bit higher than ones from the lower 48 like everything else in Alaska. We definitely come here to get some misc things from time to time. Look online for the discount days that are on the calendar to save even more.

Great for a goodwill. Large space with a good selection. They also have a newer POS system that shows what you're buying. Nice. Ended up buying a sweater here while in Alaska on vacation.

After hours of going through almost every thrift store in town within a 5 mile vicinity of east anchorage in order to furnish my new place, I would say that this store is my absolute favorite! It is extremely well stocked, and has decent prices.
