I would give this car service five stars if you're calling in the morning and speaking to Cesar. However, if you're calling in the afternoon and speaking to the young rude man that answers the phone he will always pretend to get you a cab and tell you it's 5 minutes then that cab will never show up. You will wind up late to wherever you want to go and it's a surprise to me that company is still employing him. I would give him zero Stars.

I really enjoy the prompt and respectful service. However, when the core veterans fleet is occupied, Veterans Car service " out sources " it's extra calls to deal with high demand to other car services like Lyft and Uber and the quality of both the driving and driver's conduct is compromised.

Good, but they could improve in terms of waiting time on calls. 5 minutes is considerable but sometimes you stay in line waiting for them to tell you if they are going to send a taxi or not. I have had to hang up many times and opt for another service
