I used Silver Star for my wedding on 09.16 and they were amazing!!! I would 100% recommend. I worked with Paula and she was amazing. As I bride I obviously needed everything perfect and needed a reliable company. Paula was always patient and willing to help me with all my questions. She guided me in the right direction. They were on time for ALL pickups and everything went smoothly. The party bus IS A MUST!!!! Worth every dollar. It was one of the best parts of our night. Our driver was amazing! He was so professional and let us really party on the party bus. It was really so great! I would not use anyone else. Thank you, Paula and Silver Star for making my wedding so stress free and for making it such a great experience. We look forward to using you all for our future events ❤️

Paula was excellent in guiding us through the logistics of moving the bridal party and guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Her experience and professionalism are outstanding. On New Year’s Eve we weren’t able to get a limousine to the airport because Silver Star didn’t have enough drivers; they should have planned ahead and been able to accommodate all passengers. We were however picked up at the airport following our trip and brought back home 2 weeks later. Our driver was Mario who was very nice and friendly and made our trip home after 31hrs of flying and layover very pleasant.

I rent limos at least 1x year from another company this was the first time using Silver Star and I have nothing but great things to report. From the quick response to my questions, booking, confirmation texts from them and the actual trip was nothing but exceptional. Paula and Milissa were so pleasant to deal with. The driver Hans was nothing but professional, he was punctual and did an incredible job transporting our teens to the City this weekend. He drove responsible and he was very courteous. The Limo was in superb shape, they really had a great time. They really run a professional business. I was very impressed and I definitely will be using them and only them again.

Our driver Miguel was exceptional! * Safe driver * Professional * Punctual * Trustworthy (I forgot my phone on the bus and he made sure I got it back) Front office staff were also professional and patient. Paula didn't get frustrated with me while I figured out the details for my event. In fact she sent me several cost proposals upon request. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. The company is also tech friendly. We communicated via email and I was able to pay electronically. My daughter and her friends loved the party bus! (The adults loved it too!) The bus was clean, and was Bluetooth ready. Cost - Surprisingly affordable!!! It was worth every dollar! I am so happy that I was able to work with a local company. I will certainly continue working use Silver Star!

As a 2nd time customer, I must say I enjoyed the experience drivers and professionalism in the way they both conduct themselves. However, one of your sales representative that took the payments from me was disappointing because I asked her if she wanted to see my ID and she said no. Yet she gave the driver the wrong address which resulted in the driver picking me up late. Just wanted to be clear the experience was beautiful just that one staff . I hope if I decided to use your services in the future that I don't have to deal with her.

A quick note to say that our experience with a charter coach, from booking to the event, was excellent. Gary was outstanding as the driver for the Finlandia Foundation National tour of Finntown, Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He dealt with the shifting dynamics of the tour; accommodated a handful of guests who could not make the walking portions of the tour; and navigated insanely narrow passages through the crowded streets. Please use them to see the Dryker Heights Lights. We had the best time and going in your own car with a driver who is so fun and knows just where to go makes the trip so special. He knew about the different homeowners and the stop under the Brooklyn Bridge was perfect.

Booked the 18 Passenger Escalade Limousine for a Sweet 16 round trip to Times Square NYC. My initial interactions were with Paula, who was very helpful and informative. Our driver Yamel, such a nice professional and accomadating gentleman, very prompt, efficient. Patient with a group of teenage girls, even humored them & took them on a drive through Times Square. The limo was lighted, cups, water, ice were supplied. We brought our own sparkling cider & snacks. Yamel hooked up the girls play lists & they sang their hearts out to our destination & back. We had a large party bus for the bridal party - which was so amazing! The bus was beyond spacious and clean. My parents and I got picked up in the Ghost, which was super chic looking. So glad we went with Silver Star for our wedding day! It was one thing I needed to just happen seamlessly on our special day and Silver Star took care of that. My driver on the way to the church even came in to the church and fluffed my train and veil before I walked down the aisle - he didn’t have to do that and it was such a kind gesture. Where do I begin. Silver Star was easy from the second we booked them to the second that they dropped us off at our venue. What really made our experience great was our driver Eddie. He went above and beyond to make sure that our day was special. When we arrived at the church he walked me inside, blocking me to make sure that no one saw me. He even opened up the church door for my dad and I when we were ready to walk down the aisle. Once the church was over, he was waiting outside the bus for my fiancé and I with a glass of wine. Silver Star Transportation was amazing for our wedding day in July of 2021. They were so attentive to all of our needs and beyond professional! They showed up early and made sure we got to each of our destinations on time. They provided exceptional and safe service! Upon arriving at the church, both chauffeurs helped me get into the church. Before walking down the aisle, they even made sure to straighten out the long train of dress and the cathedral length veil which was catching on the church's rug in the entryway. I truly don't know what I would have done without them! On the way to our location for taking pictures, we had 4 little boys in one of the limos who were so excited for the experience and naturally had lots of questions. The chauffeur of that limo, went out his way to keep the mirror down between him and the back so that the boys could look out the front window and he so diligently answered every one of their endless questions. Their parents could not stop thanking him for being so kind to their children and making it an unforgettable experience for them. Our limo was also amazing! They were both extremely clean without any smoke smell in them (a huge bonus)! They truly take care of their fleet which helped us easily choose them for our vendor. We loved the option of being able to plug in a phone and play our own music in the back. We even had a coach bus take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. They, once again, were on time and the bus was very clean. The drivers were kind! One of them even helped a guest with balance issues safely disembark. We could not recommend a better transportation company!

Mario, Jeff, Manuel, Paula and everyone else we dealt with at Silver Star were excellent and extremely courteous! Silver Star handled the transportation for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and they did not disappoint! We reserved the 30 passenger party bus as well as the Rolls Royce Ghost. Both vehicles arrived early (but didn't rush us) and in pristine condition stocked with champagne, water, cups, and ice. Mario and Paula maintained communication with us throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure that our time schedule and pickup/drop-off locations were all correct prior to the wedding day. Manuel drove the party bus and was an absolute gentleman. Mario personally drove the Rolls Royce and even hopped out of the car to bring us an umbrella when it started raining after the church. Mario also snapped some of our favorite post-wedding pictures in the Rolls. They really went above and beyond to make sure our wedding transportation ran smoothly. In the Westchester area, there is no other company that can compete were their professionalism, prices, or fleet so don't even waste your time. I fully and highly recommend Silver Star and their whole staff!

Silver Star was amazing! They had a great fleet of clean, well-maintained, beautiful vehicles for parties of all sizes. The day of the wedding, they were extremely reliable; we arrived at all of our destinations on time with no issues. This tour was a highlight of a Christmas trip for my three daughters, my six granddaughters and me. The limo was clean, equipped with everything and anything we needed. The driver, Hans, was professional yet friendly and considerate. He was unable to pick us up at the arranged place due to traffic jams all around NYC. He kept in contact with us until we were able to meet in a convenient place for us. In the limo there was champagne for the adults and apple cider for my grands. The areas in the city we visited were festive and absolutely beautiful (perfect Christmas card photos).It was a pleasure to be able to ride to them instead of walking. Driving through Dyker Heights was the highlight. So many homes so beautifully decorated. I HIGHLY recommend this tour with this company. It was certainly worth every dollar.

First off Mario is amazing. He was in constant correspondence with me the whole time from beginning to end. The car we got was a white Rolls Royce and it was gorgeous! He showed up almost 40 min early and waited late until we closed down the wedding! Cant praise this mans work ethic more! The company overall is in a great location to service all our needs into manhattan and is extremely reliable. What more could you ask for…. The only thing they could have done better is offer some kosher options for bottles to be cold in the car. That was a very minor detail. Rating is a real 4.99999999999!
