I booked a limo for my wedding just a few days before the big day. They had the nicest limo for a great price. Getting a quote and booking was smooth and great communication. The day of the wedding, u recieved a call about 30 minutes before the driver was supposed to get there. Orlando arrived on time, waited patiently for us, was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use their services again.

Called for car service and requested a Cadillac Escalade. Car was very clean and comfortable. Our driver Rich was exceptional. He was kind, respectful, caring and very professional. I used this service 6 times over the past weekend. It is one of the best car services I have used. The drivers were always early, and did not pester you to leave early. I have used many services that when they show up early, they expect you to go, this was a big benefit when you are waiting for a lot of people to be ready to leave at a certain time. The drivers knew exactly where they were going and they made booking a breeze. Nothing bad to say about this service.

Every time I come to New York City, I book a reservation with New York’s Finest! They are neat, clean, and have wonderful customer service! They always respond quickly, are on time if not early. They have high end cars as they drop you off at your destination. Drivers are calm and polite always!

Company took COVID-19 parodical to ensure our safety. I was able to booked the fancy Mercedes sprinter online and they even sent a reminder the day before of my upcoming trip. The chauffeur was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wanted to let the company know of the OUTSTANDING service me and my wife received this afternoon from Damian of NY FINEST CAR SERVICE. We asked the hyatt hotel in Yonkers to get us a cab. Damian arrived within minutes with a spotless car and was so polite and waited patiently as wifee was a few minutes delayed. Upon her arrival he saw the heavy dress she was wearing and jumped out of the car and assisted her into the car. As soon as we seated he offered cold water and was so conversational to our destination. His service was the BEST I have ever received from a car service. 2nd to NONE. He should be recognized and rewarded 👏 I will be back in NY city in a few weeks with work and will be sure to use your car service again.

Had a little trouble with the pricing. Went on line and booked a ride. The email came with a price of $62. Looked at my credit card and was charged $109. Always make sure. Otherwise they are reliable and professional. No complaints with their service.

Came out of Rory Dolan's at 3 am. Called them at 3:01 and the car was there literally in one minute. Smooth comfortable ride to New Rochelle at a very good cost. We have used them for our clients and our own internal trips. My first choice in cab/car service.
