Jess BlanzI want to know how can I report drivers who keep over charging their customers. Some drivers always charge extra $1. No big deal but it’s not right. And yesterday, I went to Yonkers Ave by the casino and this driver charged me $14 when I’ve been only paying $10. I didn’t realize until I counted my change.
Never had a problem with their service. They come fast but sometimes they don’t have much cars available especially on weekends.
And again, my only issues with them is the drivers ripping off customers.
Btw, I recommend using their app because they never pick up the phone.
Elmer PalmaGood service I don't complaint. Always keep on mind that on rainy days sometimes they will take longer or sometimes if you call the line will be busy. In snowy weather you lucky if you find a taxi. Always keep those things on mind
