This is my go to cab service. They always seem to have a cab when I need one and they are fairly quick at arriving. They will also let you know how much a ride will be from point A to point B. Most recently I called to be taken to an appointment and the driver was so nice. He even said I could call him back and he'd pick me up and he did. I even tipped him because I thought that was very kind and caring of him.

A staple of Yonkers NY. Even before the taxi apps rolled through, La Mexicana Car Service NEVER NEVER let me down on the 11 years plus I used it before moving to Manhattan. Courteous family style working men and women. Cash only unless you hail them via an online request site they have.

14 days ago I used a cab for local service - just to get home, yous wants me to remember 2 weeks ago? r u insane? yesterday was a big deal - trip 2 stamp club meeting in bldg H @ e 25 st nr 1st avenue.1st in 11+ months? I guess? max 7 showed up, two came relatively late. one just about as we most were in the get out of here mode! ¿usual meeting - some brung snacks, coffee would have been nice or lipton tea (s?), & some milk. I removed plastic shopping bag of debris to an outside mostly empty garbage trash container. all paper, eh - in the mix of paper mush in making new products ? corrugated boxes, makes no difference. the mush helps makes boxes!

Prompt, professional, afordable service. Never had a problem with this company. If they are ever running late, which has only happened once in my 3 years of service with them, the driver communicates with you and gives updates on arrival time. I love this taxi service and always recommended to others.

You will be lucky if they even answer the phone. When they do you could be waiting less time than what they told you to expect or you might be forgotten altogether. It’s hit or miss, and you might get the driver From Hell, or someone sweet as pie. Never know what to expect.

I like Mexicans for promptness and good customer service. I don't like the fact that they can call you back because they be trying to flirt with the customer or track you down. If you call the cab and you call another one that's the customer right so if they come and you hopped in another cab why do they call you threatening you.

The first cab left before I could get outside and my phone was turned down and I was not able to hear, when I called the driver back, he was yelling at me. I got off the phone and called the base and explained what happened. I was sent a car within 3 minutes and the driver professional. I will continue to use this cab service. Mexicana car service is great just took one of their cars last week to the airport. The price was affordable and decent. They even sent me a highlander which I really like, not one off those old beat up town cars. I definitely recommend this service.

Always arrive quickly, even in bad weather, no matter where I'm located. On the downside, the awful drivers outweigh all the positives. Some really great drivers like the gentleman in the black mercedes who wears a suit and another gentleman who only works at night who is from the Bronx. Some of the drivers are very nasty and don't focus on the road. They are too busy on the phone or even texting while driving. The worst of all has to be the woman who displays the Cuban flag on her dashboard. She has horrible road rage and drives too recklessly. I fear for my, my husband's, my son's, and the pedestrians' safety. We call this company pretty much everyday because of their fast arrival time.

IT IS 4AM AND THIS THE ONLY REAL 24 HOUR CAB SERVICE THAT CAME TO SCARSDALE TO BRING ME TO THE CASINO. AND THE PRICE IS PERFECT AND THEY WEREN'T SCARED BECAUSE IM BLACK.
