We have used Matrix many times without any issues until this time. We Had a last minute delay on our morning flight..though we called right away, the driver was almost there. The dispatch said the driver offered to wait for a "wait fee" though the airlines released the delay info late and they had our flight info prior, so they should have known about the delay. The charge was not an unacceptable amount so we chose to pay it. Though they did encourage us to further tip the driver beyond the 20% already built in to the bill because he waited. At dropoff the final amount (with wait charge) the driver told us was more than what the dispatcher had said it should be. We paid the driver what he requested because we needed to get to our flight. Our return pickup was perfect! A different driver, thankfully and he was there waiting for us. Drive was smooth-- no issues. Will be using them again.

Very impressed at the level of customer care from this organization. Had a major reroute of my return flight and Matrix was well aware and tracking my flight's changes, and even called me to reassure me my driver would be available, even with flight delays causing my evening ride to become an early morning (1am) ride, with no extra fees imposed. Will be using them again!

Our flight had been cancelled on 12/24, so we needed to change our Matrix reservation to pick us up on 12/25. That worked out just fine. But it was somewhat chaotic at LGA coming into the Delta terminal. I was thrilled when we landed and could get my phone out of airplane mode and saw that we had the emails and texts from Matrix. Even better, our Driver, Mohammed, had also contacted us and was there waiting for us and had identified where we could meet him by the terminal exit door. Our ride home was great. The car was comfortable and Mohammed was a pro at getting us home safely and quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I highly recommend Matrix for any transportation needs. Our family of 7 (which includes 3 toddlers) needed transportation to JFK and back home. We needed a 4 am pick up and they were there on time and incredibly helpful with the children. On the return we were 2 hour delayed from LAX and they waited and at 10:30pm were incredibly helpful with all our bags and the children. They are wonderful

Sheik was there, ready and waiting, even though my flight arrived on time and we sat for an hour waiting for a gate to open up. He was a polite, safe driver -- hope to see him again! Suggestion: Drivers could put a generic "Matrix" sign in their window when connecting with passengers. Some of us don't know a Toyota Highlander from a Honda van -- that would make it a little easier to connect.

We just came back from our vacation on Saturday night. Our experience with Matrix was amazing from placing the order, the pick up to the return trip. They kept in touch with us by email to confirm both the PU and return. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been using another local car service for over 25 years and were recently left at airport with no ride home. We gave them another chance and they left us stranded again. We saw the advertising for Matrix and gave them a call. So happy we did!!!!!!!!! The Matrix drivers were professional and extremely helpful. They were a pleasure. Nice to have a reliable company we can count on!!!

Today I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with my service today as I was when first using about 4 years ago. My driver, Kareem, was OUTSTANDING! He was prompt, maitained a perfect command of the road, quickly getting into NYC, somehow avoided rush hour traffic, easily navigating his way to our exact destination and and arriving at a critical appointment with plenty of time to spare. With some uncertainty of the exact time of return trip Kareem was responsibility in contact and accommodating, picking us up within 5 mins of advise. Additionally, he was friendly, respectful and happily responsive to any needs. I will be using Matrix Limousine for several more trips in the next few months, and confident of the same wonderful service by Matrix and will, of course, be requesting Kareem as my driver! I highly recommend Matrix Limousine!!!!
