They are really a great transportation for all your transportation needs. They send you a confirm the day before, when you land you get an email not only from the company but a text from the driver as well. He than comes in and meets you inside. Their cars are spotless and can’t say enough about their service. From the telephone call for booking to actual day of service. I would never use anyone else!

I hired Majestic Limo for the first time in about five years to pick me up from LaGuardia airport to White Plains. They provided first class service five years ago, and provided first class service with my most recent trip. Before I even exited the plane, I simultaneously received a text message from Majestic's customer service providing me with my driver's contact details, as well as another text from my driver confirming that he was at the airport and his location (detailed instructions) in the parking garage. My driver (Michael) was professional and pleasant. The car was immaculate (both interior and exterior). My drive home was smooth and relaxing. I highly recommend Majestic Limo!

We needed a ride from our flight in LGA upstate 2 hours. Driver was already there when our plane landed and pulled up right up to our location when I called him. He was dressed to impressed, opened doors, and had water bottles in the cup holders. The driver was very experienced and knew direct routes. He wasted no time getting us to our destination. His calm demeanor in chaotic traffic was comforting. I would recommend this car service to everyone and I will use again for future needs.

Hired Majestic for airport transportation. Driver was on time and very courteous. SUV was clean and water was available. Speed of travel was not nitty and comfortably safe. Only gripe was the price but I haveno idea what is reasonable in this high inflation world. I was thankful they priced it as an ALL IN cost rather than other services that were price plus gratuity plus tolls and “other.” The round trip cost about $70 more than had I driven myself and parked long term. That was an easy trade off with my return flight getting in late and the winter upon us.

I’ve used this service on two occasions. Both times the drivers were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles used are high end, with a smooth ride. I used different service on a return trip and the ride was no where as nice as with Majestic, which is why I decided to use them again. Also, the communication is excellent from start of the reservation through the pick-up. I would highly recommend using Majestic for your travel needs. Update-5-23-18-Once again, excellent service. We arrived from our cruise and debarked 2 hours early. To our delight, the driver text us that he had arrived early and picked us up in 10 minutes. Need-less-to say, we were delighted to be picked up so soon!

My daughter attends the U.S. Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS) and was home in Hawaii for the holidays. Due to the long flight from Honolulu to Newark, I decided to arrange transportation for my daughter and her fellow candidate cadet with a ride from EWR to West Point. Upon my research of transportation companies affiliated with USMA, I found Majestic Transportation Services listed and saw that they had high reviews on Yelp. I went ahead and submitted a quote request on the Majestic Transportation Services site and immediately received a response. They provided me a detailed invoice of the quote and booked them shortly after. As the time was coming near for my daughter to depart, I was monitoring potential flight delays and just in case, called their toll-free customer service line to confirm my reservation and the flight information. The gentleman who answered was so professional, confirmed that they received my request and flight information and was tracking their arrival. And on the day of her departure, we received a notification that the flight was delayed and had my daughter contact them again to ensure they were tracking. Once again, they provided outstanding service and peace of mind that they would be there after they arrived at EWR. After a few minutes from arriving to EWR, my daughter texted me to say that she and her fellow battle buddy were picked up by Asghar. She said that he was courteous, professional and treated them with VIP status. The ride to West Point after a long flight was relaxing and Asghar made them feel comfortable throughout the entire time. Phenomenal experience on our wedding day. We got married on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Red Maple Vineyard in the Hudson Valley. We booked one 14 person shuttle to take the grooms party and the bridal party separately to the venue. All of the interactions I had with the staff at Majestic, especially Jennifer, were fabulous! They were extremely organized and friendly. The shuttle arrived completely on-time, we were given the driver’s cell number in the event of an emergency, and everything went so smoothly on the day of. The shuttle was clean and lovely. We asked the shuttle to wait at the venue until ceremony time to drive the wedding party and family up to the ceremony location, and everything went wonderfully.

Majestic was just perfect! I rarely use a car service, but this company will be my first choice! We hired a Suburban for our trip to and from JFK in December. Driver was 15 minutes early to pick us up. On the way back our flight was delayed and once we landed. We had to sit on the runway for 3 hours because of the snow storm. Driver was so patient, he waited for us. He drove us in a heavy snow storm, took him double the time and he made us feel so comfortable and treated us like family. Working with Majestic was great, and our Lincoln limousine was spacious and comfortable. Our driver was courteous and above all else punctual, which is so important for the wedding day! Our only somewhat negative comment is that the driver stayed in the left lane way too long, causing many to pass on the right. Our van was spotless, spacious and even better than expected! Our driver Ishtaq was early to arrive, which meant we hit every stop on our 9-hour trip right on time (we went to 3 wineries and had tours/reservations booked at the last spot), and we were exactly on time for everything. We had 13 girls, all with our own individual seats in a very clean and sleek van with high ceilings; we were all extremely comfortable. We went over the time on our last stop for dinner because we were really enjoying conversation - Ishtaq said no problem, just enjoy! He drove us home after a thunderstorm where trees had fallen, and he had to take a few detours to get us home safely. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The price was exactly what we were hoping to spend. Highly recommend!

Customer service was very Friendly. Had no issues with service. Only item I found to be lacking is I asked them if they could hang some happy bday banners. They would not allow this, not sure if its the owner or bad experience with previous customers. . I do not see why as the inside is all plastic and painters tape could easily be used and removed with no damage. Other than this the company was great. I Would recommend using.
