I must say using Elite SUV Service is a great experience. The website is easy to navigate. Any questions you have are always answered quickly. Phil the owner is very professional and courteous. Hands down the best experience I have had in 15 years of taking a car service. They were prompt in their confirmation and send an email with whom our driver would be along with the pick up time. Phil showed up 15 minutes early to make sure we had time to get our car seats in the car with our luggage. They had offered to hold our seats and bring them back when they picked us up. Phil was prompt, polite and the cars are very clean. Will definitely use them again.

Phil and his entire staff are amazing! I use them all the time. So of course when I had a flight landing at 11pm I called Phil at Elite. Not only was he there when my delayed flight finally got in at 12:30 but when this tired traveler realized she left her cell phone in the back of the truck and she reached out to Phil his response was I have it and will be back to you in 8 mins!! Phenomenal!!

I have used numerous car services over the years. I was disappointed by every one of them until I tried Elite SUV. It is a totally different class of service. Reminders and confirmations are sent out regarding your planned trips. E-mails and text messages are used extensively so you never wonder where is my driver? I can't tell you how many times I was left at the terminal after a long trip looking for my driver. I have been given free rides from other services because there driver was so late. I really did not need or want a free ride. I wanted a driver to take me home. Elite is always there. They have always been on time. Great service at a reasonable price is a market winning strategy that this organization believes and practices. Try the service. You will not be disappointed.

We have used Elite SUV several times for journeys to and from JFK. The drivers are always on time, polite and professional. The cars are well maintained, spacious and include bottled water, which is very welcome after a long flight. Highly recommended!
