This was my first time using Carmel Car service and it won't be my last. I was impressed with how easy it was to reserve a car, how I received an email with a picture of my driver and letting me know just where he was even before he got to me. The driver was on time, courteous, very helpful and considerate to my having an issue with my leg so getting in and out of the car took a couple extra minutes and he patiently held the door and helped me in and out. He provided excellent service. The car was extremely clean and comfortable and the ride smooth. I absolutely loved the service. "This is completely my review but I am going to be awarded $10 car cash from Carmel for sharing it"

Given recent reviews of Carmel, I had an excellent recent experience with the car service. The driver arrived on time. (Being able to track the car's progress and to ping the driver to establish his identity was very helpful.) The SUV itself was late-model, clean and very comfortable. The driver was friendly and courteous and got us to the airport without a problem. Given my experience, I plan to book my return trip with Carmel. (NB. While Carmel offers a $10 next trip credit for positive reviews, I would have left this review without such. )

Perfect ride from Manhattan to JFK. Michael arrived slightly early (which I prefer), was personable, funny and well informed. The car was new, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The route driven was the most efficient to the airport. It's been a while since I've experienced such a smooth and relaxing ride to JFK. Michael also wore a mask throughout the journey. Perfection. Hope to be connected with him again. *** This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.***

Once again Carmel delivers great service. Used them for drop off for our cruise and airport drop off when returning. Both drivers were very prompt, courteous and kept us well informed of their arrival and location prior to arrival. Vehicles were clean, comfortable and in great shape The price was good..cheaper than a taxi and way cheaper than cruise transfer offered....and much more comfortable. Carmel is my go to car service when visiting New York. I have been a customer for years. This is my review but I received $10 car cash for submitting.

Great service. On time and efficient. On our arrival at JFK the only slight ding was I ordered a luxury car and a Toyota Avalon arrived. We had 3 suitcases between 3 of us and only 2 fit in the trunk. I would've expected a nicer and slightly larger car for "luxury". On the return to the airport though we got a GMC Yukon which was perfect. Drivers were courteous on both drives. I'd use them again.

It was raining hard when I was picked up. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier.Carmel drivers are always early so I am always ready 15 minutes before pick up. My driver was very polite. He was also a very good driver. I felt very safe. He never complained even though the traffic was very heavy. He was calm as though there was no traffic.. He even took my luggage near the door. I have been using Carmel for more than ten years and I never have any complains even from my guests. My guests told me today they were happy with Carmel. I recommend Carmel very highly

*This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it: Everything went smoothly except for the payment process at the airport. I strongly suggest you decide if and how much you want to tip in advance. I felt pressured by my driver who didn’t accept what I offered initially. He wanted more, so pretended not to hear the $10 tip I offered and asked me if AGAIN if I wanted to tip 20 or 25% ( more than what I felt comfortable with). I wanted to get away and into the airport so that added to the equation in a way that didn’t feel good or respectful.

I reliably use Carmel Car Service for all trips to the NYC airports, for both business & personal travel. They're always on time - mostly even early & call me when they arrive. Cars are spacious & clean. My plane trip starts when I get into the car. I'm compelled to include that a reward of $10 trip cash credits is added to my account but I wouldn't write the above if it weren't the truth.

Used this car service for drive to and from Minneapolis airport. They were great. On time and pleasant. We received email leading up to pickup and call from drivers when they arrived. They were even able to send a car early to the hotel after I called them because we were ready earlier than planned. I would definitely use them again.

They had specific east instructions on when you arrive at the airport. You call the number they get a description of what you are wearing and where are you and will instruct you where to wait for the car. In about 10 min the car was there the driver came out greeted us and helped with the luggage. And then we were off. The car was clean and the driver was amazing!! I will use them again and highly recommend
