Really good car service! They send you a car in record time & follow up with a text on the make, model color of car and driver, in addition, the driver calls you when he's in front of your house. Prices are fairly reasonable, and customers are given the choice of calling for their ride or using their App. What more can one ask for!!!!!

As far as the cab drivers and the price I love this cab service but when you need to call them I hate! I rather do the app but because you can’t do everything through the app and have no choice but to call them I be hating it! They always take forever to call and this been having before COVID and after waiting so long they don’t give you a chance to talk they be quick to hang up

I needed a taxi to LGA on 4/30 but did not want to take Uber. I was ambivalent about calling a cab, as my past experiences with making a reservation were always less than desirable - poor communication, rudeness, long waits, unprofessional response. I looked up the ratings on taxi's in the Bronx and aside from one other (which i had a terrible experience with), Best Deal had a good rating, so I called. Of my years of working in the Bronx and taking car service/taxis, this is the most professional - from the greeting on the phone right through the reservation process pick-up and drop-off. WOW!! The driver was clean and professional, the vehicle was clean and smelled good ... and I was on my way. I thought I had it in the bag, but there was more to come. I accidentally left my roll-up with my phone/computer cords in the car. I was waiting for my plane when I received a call from Best Car Service office informing me that I had left an item in the car (Driver #86), and that they would have it for me at the base. As I would be away for a while, I asked if they could drop it off at the address where they picked me up and they did. That's not just service, but excellent customer service - exceeding expectations. My suggestion is other car services should take note. SIMPLE THINGS DONE RIGHT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE. Way to go Best Car Service. Know you will be my ride whenever I need a car service. Thank you for great professional service. I will recommend your business to anyone who needs a car service.

The cars are always clean and drivers are on time especially when I use the app which I love no uber can compare. The only problem I have is that I can't access my rewards anymore I claimed one reward ride and since then my rides are not been uploaded to the app. I've messaged them twice and called and the issue is not fixed. Doesn't make sense you advertise something and at the end of the day your customers are not able to access. Brady Deal please fix this rewards ride issue this is the only cab service I use so I'm definitely need that reward

I use this car service for medical transportation,only. The drivers are always helpful when loading my rollator into the vehicle. They are usually on time and safe. The vehicles are always clean and pleasant smelling. Overall, I am pleased with this company and its service.

Best deal has improved over the last year. Their use of technology almost rivals Uber. Most of the cab drivers are pleasant and timely. Today I was picked up by car 118 and he was polite and listened to me without any attitude. The car was nice and clean without any offensive odors which is a major plus.

Used to be reliable. Among other issues on 3 occasions this week alone the cab never showed up. I'll call community cab from now on. I'm done with mediocrity. Management should tighten things up or they'll lose most of their customers.

I have been taking this car service every weeday since July 20th 2015 and I have been very satisfied until this morning when I was berated by the driver (#22) for using my credit card to pay for my ride. His justification was that I was his first fare of the day and he prefers to be paid in cash because the company does not pay immediately. Not sure what that has to do with me. He then purposely drives past my destination on purpose ( I guess to spite me) didn't work because I made his dumb a$$ reverse (waisting my time) I was late for work as a result. Bottom line the service is overall good but if they want to stay in business they need to get rid of the driver of car # 22.
