Called for a cab twice, and was picked up promptly. The drivers were very nice. The fee was steep .5 mile ride was $6.00.

Unlike a lot of local car services, they let you book online and email you receipts for your trip, so it’s a great option if Uber prices are surging.

Just had a good experience with Arrow taxi service. Called dispatch from Westchester Airport and driver showed up within 10 minutes. He texted me that he was on his way and also when he arrived. Clean car and friendly. Had a similar experience when returning to the airport from the Sheraton Tarrytown hotel. The only glitch was that we discovered that you have to request a credit card payment option as not all drivers can process credit cards. Luckily we had cash for the return trip, thus the 4 star review. Somehow I did mention credit card payment to dispatch for the first pick up, just didn’t remember for the second ride.

I booked my reservation with Arrow Taxi to take me from Westchester County Airport to my hotel and also booked the return ride. Everything was fine from the booking to the ride to my hotel. The driver was prompt and everything went well. What took me from a 5 star review to a 3 star review was my return trip. The driver was also prompt, however, there was a thick plastic divider that had been installed between the front and back seat. There were NO air vents in the back of the vehicle which means I got to ride an hour and 15 min on a 90 degree day to the airport with no air conditioning. I was a sweaty mess by the time I arrived at the airport. I can't believe they never thought about the customer having to ride in that vehicle with no vents. Maybe a quick trip would be no big deal but over an hour was extremely uncomfortable.
