We booked a party bus with City Wide to transport our wedding party between the hotel, first look location, and venue. The driver was on time for all the stops, friendly, and the bus was clean and nice inside. As far as communication, emails were usually brief. We also had to change our hotel and first look location when we postponed our wedding. They added a $100 charge since the new hotel was a few miles further. They stated they had to charge for travel over 45 minutes, however this was not mentioned in our contract or their website. Other than this aspect, we were pleased with their service.

We used City Wide Limousine for the first time for a drop off at and pick up from the Philadelphia airport. We were so pleased and definitely will contact them in the future. Making arrangements was easy and efficient, the fares were appropriate and both drivers were great.

We used Citywide recently for airport pickups.Both involved very challenging times;one a pickup at our home at 3:45am and the other at the airport at 1:30am.The latter was occasioned by an extensive delay of our incoming flight. On both occasions the drivers were there on time and delightful. They were not only professional but personable and very pleasant and good and safe drivers. We will use them again and refer them to friends and neighbors . In this regard, we would suggest that management get business cards so we can use them in referrals. A very good service! I booked the Chrysler 300 limo for a birthday party in Philly for my friend. I am so glad I chose Citywide as the price for the limo was affordable, it was clean, well stocked and the speakers in the limo worked great. We had a wonderful trip with our driver. She was on time, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using Citywide for all your transportation needs as they do a great job.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service provided from them. The driver was VERY nice and kind to my girls. He was on time despite traffic. He called and connected with me to let me know an eta before coming. Limo was decked out inside and was really cool with drinks and lights / tv screens. …The only issue I had… the limo was dirty on the outside. May have been my ocd, but overall it was an amazing experience.

Hands down from start to finish one of the best services with professionalism. From the moment my wife and I entered there establishment to the day the drivers came to pick us up My self and all the brides maids and groomsmen were highly impressed. I’ve had other companies in the past but city wide, puts the rest to shame. We used them for the bachelor party and the wedding. They weren’t just on time they were early which helped us with staying on track with all of our other endeavors. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Highly recommend City Wide Limousine, they were so great during the whole process especially with having to change our wedding date and having to reschedule our party bus. The day of wedding our driver was on time and was so helpful with my dress to make sure I didn’t trip on the steps. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

We had a party bus limousine for our wedding and the bus itself was beautiful on the inside very clean. The driver was amazing I was running late due to my hair and makeup and our driver waited patiently for me and when he knew I was anxious because I was already late he promised me he would do everything in his power to beat traffic while of course getting us there safely which he did he was fantastic i highly recommend their services.

Rented from City Wide this past weekend and we had a great time... the stretch Escalade was very nice, the driver was very professional... will definitely rent from them again in the future!! Our driver, Bobby, was excellent. He was on time and went over the itinerary before leaving to make sure our trip would be successful. This company also has great prices, much cheaper than others, for an event. I would definitely book this company in the future for other nights out. This company was excellent!

Renting a 24-passenger shuttle for family members that came to visit this past week was the best decision we made. Our driver was courteous and knowledgeable and made our trip into the city easy and fun. No worries about driving or parking left us time to enjoy ourselves. I'd recommend City Wide to anyone.

I have always had excellent service from City Wide. We use CW four to six times a month and have never be disappointed. The drivers are always on time and are all very customer oriented. In addition to using CIty Wide for business purposes, I used a CW limo for my wedding. The limo was clean, the driver was sharp, and the service was excellent.
