The FlixBus (FB) Ny ave location has moved to the bus terminal in Park and Ride lot on Hst, not too far from Union Station. You can luck up and get free street parking but rideshare may be better. Note, FB's buses aren't always labeled so ask the drivers. My bus was all white.

Nice bus station. Easy to find your way around. Get there early for your trip to be stress free if you are a first timer there. If from out of town. Either get an actual uber or use public transportation. Do not use random people offering hacks aka rides they say are for cheap. Beware.

Its a Central Station of Washington DC. Get metro from here to travel around city. Metro is cheaper option available here with great connectivity.

The shops and eateries available at union station are extensive. The bus terminal is accessible by the rear parking garage. Parking is difficult in the parking garage and you should expect construction. But there are some very good eateries on the main and lower level that are worth visiting. The area is patrolled by the Capitol Hill police and is always quite safe.

Union Station's bus terminal interfaces long distance and local services to Union Station's main rail and metro transit links.in addition to local services which include Gaulladet University, the station handles services for Greyhound, Peter Pan, Megabus, and other lines. Union plays a pivotal role in Washington DC's public transit system.

It's pretty comfortable and employees are nice. But its d.c. so it can be dirty including I saw a rat eating from a closed restaurant that had food still laying out. But overall pretty clean bathrooms and yea.

I have the privilege to work this busy bus transport on a daily enroute to my job within Union Station Amtrak track #7. I see a lot of people waiting for and catching Greyhound, Peter Pan,Meganbus and other buses just to name a few. The place is well maintained and clean for the customer.

Awesome architecture . Tremendous amount if marble. Very high ornate ceilings with very large vertical windows all sides, and large long chanderliers. Extremely well lit. A lot of walk in eateries as well as kiosk selling pretzels and of course, Philly Stake sandwiches . The title, Union Station Bus Terminal, might be misleading as it is also a major train terminal. For the tremendous amout of people passing through, it is quiet clean and not overly loud as you might think it to be upon entering .

It's a no-frills bus terminal at the upper level of Union Station, but it does the job. It's definitely better organized and is not a magnet for the homeless, unlike the Port Authority bus terminal in NYC. Bus service is mostly reliable and there is a small temperature controlled waiting area so passengers don't have to brave the elements while waiting for their bus. There are also restrooms. For food, you need to go inside the main terminal building.

Union Station houses a variety of stores and restaurants. The bus terminal itself is on the top of Union Station and can get cold or very hot (not climate controlled) and while waiting for a bus when in line there is nowhere to sit. But it is relatively clean and not too bad

This station is very clean and easy to navigate in. Lots of good restaurants are here, in which you can stop by while waiting for whatever! Lots of seating are also provided. Maps of transportation systems can be picked up at an information booth. Some bus lines included Peter Pan, Greyhound, and Megabus.

Thought it would be a rough ride bt they proved wrong...only thing I didn't like was the cash issue... so if you like spending cash you won't be able to you need to bring some sort of credit card to be charged... because of the pandemic you already know the drill enjoy your ride

Shopping , cafe foods , food court , seating,security. The restrooms are not very plesent , so use before you leave. Very busy during rush hours , still very organized on switching trains . Traffic is heavy if your using a cab durring the rush hours . There are also electric scooter rental for quick street manuverability . Well established place , however not a place to visit at nitetime with your children.

Staff at the bus terminal treat customers' questions as inconveniences. Before my most recent trip, one individual literally walked away from me and stopped responding when I tried to elaborate on a question about an itinerary change I'd been sent by the bus company. Another individual sent me to the wrong gate. No interest in making sure I found the bus I'd paid for. With five minutes to go before departure, a third individual finally gave me correct info, but condescendingly reminded me I was "late." The bus service itself tends to be quite consistent and a good deal.

Though Me And My Cousin Had To Stay Here 5 Hours For Getting Kicked Off The Bus, We Had A Memorable Night At This Station. Toting Carry On And Under Carriage Bags We Experienced The Surrounding Area Of The Stations Night Life, It's Literally One To Remember. I Told The Man In Directory My Story He Watched My Bags From 2am Until 8am So That We Could Experience The DC Street Nightlife, Even Though It Was The Best Experience Getting Kicked Off The Bus We Entertained Ourselves With Street Dancers, Singers, Totally Freaky Moment When People Kept Asking For Cigarettes I Would Make Them Show Me Their Talents, Overall It Was Amazing For A 22 Year Old To Make A Horrible Night A Great Night Because My Surroundings Freaked Me Out At First Then I Made The Experience Worth Remembering, ILDC

Transits available to in and around DC via metro. Well maintained. Has clean restrooms. Shops and restaurants are found on the upper level. Peter pan, OUR bus, Greyhound, Megabus and many other buses are available. Tickets can be purchased at the terminal and online. Parking is available. Uber and Lyft can't enter the terminal can catch them outside the main entrance.

Union Station Bus Terminal is a cool place with lots of options to spend time on. It's the heart of the city and thus connectivity makes it cool. I was taking a bus from this place and reached early to check out this beautiful place..

Very busiest station in Maryland. Not enough indication for the first time visitors to reach the bus station from the under-ground metro station. You need to go upwards to 2nd floor to catch buses...

Easily accessible from the H Street side of the terminal. This terminal is a parking garage converted into a bus terminal - The layout is airy but a little confusing if its your first time - arrive with some time to spare.

The place is on the 3rd level of Union Station. Rather dated and lack detail signs leading to the location. The actual location is chaotic and buses and routes requires a lot of brain energy just to figure out where each bus company is located. Needs a lot more coordination and schedule visibility.

Easy in & out for motor coaches, but pricey..$60/ day. Entrance & exit ( left turn only)on H Street.. Plenty of food options and beautifully restored main entrance.

It is one single station for bus ,taxis and Amtrak Trains. It is nice and clean with seating areas and washrooms. You can find food court and multiple stores to utilize your waiting time.

The station is very big and beautiful. The megabus is in the top bus area, which is very convenient. We booked a car for 5 yuan to Philadelphia in advance!

Ein lebhafter, wunderschöner und sauberer Ort. Ausser der Möglichkeit, in tollen und zahlreichen Geschäften zu shoppen gibt es noch eine Menge Restaurants und Fastfood Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Man kann problemlos mehrere Stunden in der Union Station zubringen und entdeckt doch noch neue Ecken. Ein zentraler und toller Startplatz für DC's schönste Ecke!

I recommend the trip inside if you want to go to New York. It is faster than bojar by plane and more comfortable. The departures by train are VERY punctual, but you have to make sure that the departure is the race now. The screens usually notify the departures, destinations and schedules but they are VERY confusing since they do not inform the stops that the train will make

The Union Station transport station is a huge building and transport center such as the Amtrak train, buses and the subway station. There is always a lot of movement and food stores, bars and cafeterias, a place where there is everything for the traveler and from where to organize the perfect visit to the city of Washington.

Attention ! You have to go upstairs in the middle of the shops in the hall of Union Station to reach the bus terminal. Good to know so as not to miss them because they really leave on time, and the indication is not at all clear at the station as on Google maps for that matter
