Found it DIFFICULT to get a cab that made pickups in a subdivision, or ones that worked specific areas. SURPRISE! Called Ebenezer taxi & was able to make reservation for the next day's event @ 8:00am. Person I spoke w/ was kind & sensitive to my dilemma. Driver was personable & I felt safe w/ him & his driving skills. Got to event on time & called Ebenezer 1.5 hours before time to go home. Simply AMAZED. It was like having a PERSONAL driver! Thanks so much.

Pre-booked the night before for a 4:45 AM ride to the airport. Person called to let me know they were on their way, arrived at 3:35. He helped put some very heavy luggage into the vehicle. Very professional. No problems what so ever.

I had a great experience with these guys this morning ... Picked me up from little creek navy base in a timely manner and took me to the airport . I would highly recommend to anyone... My driver Joseph was the best; thoughtful and accommodating !

I used this business yesterday and had a great experience with the driver , I was hot and didn't have my mask on but he told me the importance of having the mask on and I put it on, he prayed with me when I shared some problems I was having. The ride was 34 and I had 30 in cash and he took it without any problems thank you.

I just wanted to make this company aware of what a thoughtful, incredible & amazing employee they have. Just because of him I will always recommend your cab service to people. His name was Joseph, i don’t know his last name but I remember him telling me his family’s from Africa & his fathers a preacher.. if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have been able to change my tire or make it through this insane day. Today I had a very close friend die unexpectedly & i was complete emotional wreck unable to stop crying. Then out of course out of nowhere I got a flat tire and I just felt so utterly defeated. Joseph was the only person that came by me who actually stopped to help me & im so beyond thankful for him. Talking with him, he really helped calm me down & helped me through a very tough day. Joseph is such a amazing blessing & a beautiful human being.. I just hope to make sure he can get some recognition for his kindness. It means the world to me & I was able to make it to where I needed to be. Thank you for everything!!!

Last winter I was in Chesapeake City before sunrise. It was very cold. I had gotten stuck in the city and could not get out. I had no transportation but was heading south to Florida. A friend called requesting my return north for an emergency situation. I needed to get to the bus station quickly. I called and Ebenezer Taxi responded promptly. He was a pleasant soul. His driving was safe. I only had $20. The bus station was a long distance. But the driver arrived on time. His charge was less than the $20 so, I gave him the rest for a tip. I thought he was worth it. This is a good taxi and I would recommend him to anyone.

Great to work with. I was coordinating military travel for multiple troops and gear. The vehicles are able to support one person’s luggage for airport to terminal drop offs. He is great for single person traveling with several bags. He has other drivers that drive and have access to the Norfolk AMC Terminal. Much cheaper than other taxi services. I recommend Ebenezer!

I have used Ebenezer taxi for years. The staff is always accommodating, very friendly and easy to talk to. Its so hard now and days to get a Lyft or an Uber, and a lot of times they don't show up after waiting for hours. In comparison with Ebenezer taxi rides and the other guys and their new higher rates, taking a taxi is cheaper, less hassle and you don't have to secure a banking account that holds your funds and denies your gift cards, causing a headache of a mess. ITS SIMPLE! CALL EBENEEZER, IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE, THEY WILL BE THERE QUICKLY, RIDE IN A COMFORTABLE VEHICLE, AND PAY AT DROP OFF! I BELIEVE THEY ONLY SERVICE THE VIRGINIA BEACH AREA BUT WILL TAKE YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO GO, EVEN IF ITS NORFOLK AND OTHER CITIES.

I AM A NIGHT AUDIT SUPERVISOR AT THE DOUBLETREE BY HILTON HOTEL ON PAVILLION. I CALLED THIS TAXI CAB SERVICE IN DESPERATION FOR ONE OF MY GUEST. I GAVE THE GUEST A CARD TO ANOTHER LOCAL CAB SERVICE, SHE QUOTED A TIME AND NEVER SHOWED. THE GUEST CALLED HER TWICE AND SHE DIDNT ANSWER. HE ASKED ME TO CALL HER AND SHE TOLD SHE WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH HER CAB, BUT NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH THE GUEST SO HE CAN MOVE ON. WE HAD TWO HOURS TO FIND HIM A CAB, AND THANK GOD FOR EBENEZER WHO QUOTED US A TIME AND WAS HERE 2 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THAT SAID TIME. THE GUEST CALLED ME BACK AND SAID SHE WAS BOARDING HIS FLIGHT. THANK YOU SO MUCH EBENEZER ALL NEIGHBORING HOTELS IN YOU ARE DESPERATE NEED FOR A CAB FOR ONE OF YOUR GUEST CALL THIS TAXI SERVICE!!!
