Kal ThindWe recently used TPA Shuttles for the first time about a month ago when we were in Orlando. We were to originally fly into Tampa but due to delays and a flight change we ended up flying into Orlando arriving at approximately 11:30pm. We had looked into transportation options and then settled on TPA Shuttles to take us to Tampa airport about 1.5 hours away. We had been travelling for approximately 22 hours by this point. My husband was dealing with TPA Shuttles and I can’t say enough good things. I believe he was dealing with someone by the name of Ahmed, Ahmed went over and above in terms of customer service ensuring that we were informed along the way and of any delays. Fantastic service especially after a 22 hour ordeal!
I was going to stay a few more days to visit a friend and I had booked a ticket with TPA Shuttles to take me to the Orlando airport. Lucky me, this happened during the time of hurricane Ian. I had to change my flight last minute to fly home. I contacted TPA Shuttles to see if they would be willing to reimburse me the value of my ticket due to circumstances beyond my control even though their website specifically states no refunds. They were more than happy to reimburse and made the entire experience so easy. During a time of a hurricane when so many things are happening, they were still able to step up and provide exceptional customer service. Thanks again TPA Shuttles and keep up the great customer service!

Long story short: Hurricane Nicole hit, my bf and I were stuck in Orlando. Found this shuttle service online. They were easy to book, we went to the Orlando airport that night (they were reliable even during the storm, on time.)
I'm a light sleeper and I passed out in the shuttle! It's is extremely well kept and smells good. The driver had some light music to ease the anxiety.
I am kinda floored by how good this shuttle service was. The man driving the shuttle - top notch customer service.
If you have a family, if you're alone, this is it! Thank you taking us to Tampa safely during the storm. 🙏

Lily LAfter more than 20 hours of oversea trip and two cancelled flights due to tropical storm Nicole I have to change my final designation from Orlando to Tampa airport which it is two hours drive away.
I was so happy I can find a shuttle business still open and welling to take me back to Orlando in the middle of storm. At this point I just want to go home.
When I saw the shuttle pulled up at Tampa airport parking lot that was godsent ride for me.
The driver is a wonderful gentleman with excellence driving skill carefully navigate in the storm on I-4. I was so appreciate the services. I will recommend to anyone TPA Shuttle service is the best shuttle service I ever had. Thank you again for bring me home safely.

Stepan ZitnikMy flight was canceled out of TPA last minute. I walked up to info desk all frustrated because I didn't know how to get to Orlando, they gave me a business card for a shuttle service.
I called them up and I was advised to book my ticket online and they picked me up at Blue 2 within 45min. I made my flight out of MCO. The shuttle van was comfortable and the ride was only 1hr and 35min due to no traffic. From now on, I'm booking to MCO and using they're shuttle service, it's much cheaper this way.

Zakaria HassanI needed a ride to Orlando airport from TPA airport and a taxi was $245 and Uber drivers kept canceling the rides. I found this company online for only $50. Almost a 2 hour drive for only $50!! I couldn’t believe it. On top of everything the service was amazing. Luxurious sprinter van, smooth ride and professional driver. Thank you. Will use again if necessary.
Laura ValeroAfter missing my flight from the DC area to Orlando because we had to take our dog to the emergency vet, the only place I could fly into was Tampa because Orlando was still recovering from the latest hurricane and all flights were full. I booked with TPA Shuttle, and even though I was the only passenger, they still drove me even though they had to have lost money on the trip. Even though they were late returning to Tampa from Orlando due to horrible traffic after a weekend festival, Mike was the perfect driver, and we had a great conversation about the state of health and healthcare today. Thanks for everything, and the good news was the dog did not need a $5000-8000 surgery after a tense weekend waiting to see if she would recover.
