After using signature in May 2022 to visit my mom in Florida I needed a ride from the airport to her home . I knew they were trustworthy & professional . When I needed to get her to Tampa airport for the holidays? I knew she would get there safely and in comfort . She is 87 and the driver Jason made sure my mom was well taken care of . My mom requested him on her return ride back from Tampa airport to home . I highly recommend them they are worth every penny .

It is very difficult to find a respectable Limo service. I am new to the area and I have had awful limo drivers in the past. When I called Signature Limo Jennifer was very professional and I explain that I need my 81 year old mom picked up at the airport. I told her the experiences we had in the past with drivers that were horrible. She said your mom is in good hands our drivers are professional and they have the state of the art vehicles. My mom enjoyed her ride home and we requested the same driver to take her back to the Tampa airport. Thank you Gabriel for taking good care of my mom picking her up and taking her back to the airport. Thank you Jennifer and Amanada and Victor being so helpful. You are an awesome limo service. We will be using Signature Limo for her next trip.

Our driver, Mr Paul R. was wonderful. He was so kind and patient. I was a very stressed out mama traveling with 2 small kids by myself and he was so helpful. We flew into the st Pete airport and had to sit on the taxiway for over an hour because of lightning in the area. He kept in contact with me and let me know that there was no problem and he was waiting to pick us up. Then I forgot our booster seat in the car and he drove all they way back to drop it off at our destination. The car was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this service. Even the people that answer the phone are so kind.

Coming off a transatlantic cruise, it was a comfort when our driver text us while we were waiting to disembark to let us know he was waiting for us outside of customs. If you want professional and personable five star service then Robert of Signature Limousine Tampa is a shining star. The communication from Robert our driver could not have been any better. Best company in Tampa . Every time I go to Raymond James for a game with my friends we book SUV with this company . Always on time the drivers are very professional and they do have new vehicles. They do have GPS in the vehicle so the company can track the cars and they never late always early . Great customer service . Always work with Amanda , Jennifer and Julie . Signature Limousine picked my husband and I up at the Tampa airport and brought us to our hotel about a 1/2 hour away. The experience was perfect from the time I booked until being dropped off. I received a quote quickly. We liked the cold water and hard candy waiting in the car for us. Everyone was friendly especially our driver Irina. It was a relaxing drive with pleasant conversation. Amazing communication and very professional. I had booked a group for an airport transfer to Clearwater Beach using their Sprinter van, but needed to make last minute changes when our flights were cancelled. They never skipped a beat and we were able to reschedule with a smaller car and different times as we scrambled to get our group where they needed to be. I hired Signature Limousine for two trips: from Tampa airport to Plant City and, two days later, the return trip. The driver was Gary for both trips. Jennifer at the office recommended an SUV because there would be four of us, each with suitcases. Everything went perfectly. I was especially appreciative of the cool air in the back of the car. Needless to say, the vehicle was spotless (with bottled water available in a side pocket) and the driving very smooth. It was a very relaxing experience.

I ordered, received an email confirmation and paid for a Lincoln Continental for the pickup of my daughter and her boyfriend at Tampa Airport. When the driver dropped her off to us, he was driving a Toyota Rav4. When questioned about why the vehicles were changed and we were not notified, the response was "Our Toyota Rav 4 is a brand new vehicle and considered a luxury SUV so we issued a free upgrade" I don't think in any world a Toyota Rav 4 is considered a luxury upgrade to a Lincoln Continental. I think what happened was I told them it was to pick up my daughter who is 18 and her boyfriend and they made the unilateral decision that it was okay to actually downgrade the vehicle, but still charge me the same amount. Any kind of a refund or reimbursement was declined. Buyer be ware and make sure you get what you ask for. I am grateful to the driver who was very kind and delivered the kids safely to us.

From the first call I made to the lovely lady who answered all of my questions with kind attentiveness and friendly assistance, this has been a delightful experience. Our driver Paul arrived at the airport with an upbeat, super professional personality in a spotless Lincoln Continental! He already had the front seat forward so my husband would have extra legroom .. knowing that it was my husband’s birthday, he had a bag of chocolates and some waters waiting in the back seat. Upon arrival to our home, he took our luggage out of the trunk and proceeded to pop a party favor of confetti to celebrate! Very anticipatory, thoughtful and fun touches to a great ride.
