I was planning a trip today and needed a ride to get a rental car. Don was prompt, picked me up right on time. He waited for me to make sure the car was ready for me before he left. Unfortunately it diddnt work out at the car rental place. So I called Don back about a half hour later. He diddnt hesitate to come back and pick me up. I’m from out of state but when I return next year and need a lift Don will be the one I call. I highly recommend his service. Thanks Larry Sherman

What a superb service. Don went the extra mile not only in our journey and requirements but also with his friendly help and advice. We booked to stay in Rotonda West and were flying in to Fort Lauderdale from the UK, having never driven in the USA before we thought it best to get a pick up from the airport and dropped at our destination rather than risk a 2.5 hour journey after a 10 hour flight. Don was there to greet us and kept us updated until we met. He also gave me some great pointers and advice on driving on route. From all 3 of us thank you so much Don and when we return we will definitely be calling on your services again.

Last week I traveled to North Port using public transportation. Due to a limited return window, getting back to the bus stop in a timely fashion was critical. Charlotte County Transit alternatives are unreliable. I had to use a taxi service to meet my bus connections. I started making arrangements by contacting taxi options in North Port. The first two conversations did not convey the slightest confidence. I needed a competent taxi service. If the final bus connection was missed, I would be stuck. I needed a service that was on-time and reliable. Good Sheppard Taxi was my third inquiry. Don was professional right from the very first conversation. He understood and appreciated exactly what I needed and how important the timing was. There was a point during the first day that he offered some advice I would have never thought of. He explained how I could save more than an hour of waiting time and eliminate one bus transfer, for only a couple more dollars on my fare. As a result of his helpful insightfulness, I was able to enjoy my outing for another full hour and a half. Good Sheppard Taxi is the most professional taxi service I have ever used. Then, add to that the elements of honesty, trustworthiness and timeliness, and there really is no sense in considering another taxi option in the North Port - Port Charlotte communities. Don’s also aware of some other challenging circumstances that happened during my journey. I can’t imagine another driver being as thoughtfully accommodating. Thanks for the rides!
