G2D once again went above and beyond our expectations by taking excellent care of us during the SouthWest Airline line catastrophe. They were there as advertised. Manuel was our driver twice and he was very polite and fun to talk with. There was a slight language barrier but we managed and had fun doing so. He is a very hard worker and I believe he needs a pay booster. He drove us to and from Tampa Airport and did an awesome job. Thank you G2D. Get 2 Door, LLC came thru on a foggy morning for a trip to PIE. Liked the app that allowed me to follow Yuset's progress to my pick up point. Yuset was fantastic--safe driver, professional, helpful, and personable. Enjoyed our conversation. Hope to see Yuset again on my next airport trip. Only issue I had was not being able to log into my online account. Had to call and speak with Lisa three times to get a confirmation email.

Yans with GET2DOOR was beyond amazing! We had booked, rescheduled, cancelled, and booked again so many rides in a matter of 2 days trying to get to the airport during Hurricane Nicole. And the GET2DOOR team was so very understanding and went above and beyond. Yans was very punctual and polite. The van was very clean and smelt like a new car. He loaded and unload all of our luggage in the rain. And drove so well even though he was driving in 20mins winds because of Hurricane Nicole. And for someone who gets motion sickness very easily it was a very smooth ride even with the winds. Thank you very much Yans and the GET2DOOR team. We had great communication of who our driver would be, how to contact them and when they had arrived. Yuset was waiting for us at our baggage claim on arrival and arrived promptly to pick us up and return to the airport when our cruise arrived. The van was ready with child seats installed. Super friendly and professional service. Very happy we went with this company. After our plane got delayed twice and we spent an extra seven hours on our way and we were super tired and exhausted, there were 11 of us with 6 kids, the transportation from the airport to the hotel was the highlight of the whole day. The driver made communication with him through messages a breeze, after he explained in detail where he would be waiting for us and we still ended up at the different side of the airport, he drove and picked us up instead of having us walk back across the whole airport. I would definitely suggest the company figure out a way to tip on the trip via credit card, because no one carries cash anymore! Our party of six needed a ride from the Tampa airport to the St Pete airport where our rental car awaited us, and Yuset was at the baggage claim area waiting for us when we landed in Tampa (and our flight had even been delayed an hour). His communication between calls and texts had been great and we had no trouble finding him. On the 20 minute ride to St Pete, he was very personable in his conversation and he gave us tips on what to do in the Clearwater area. Yuset made our last minute need of transportation easy and effortless!

I absolutely loved using Get 2 Door! They made everything SO EASY- which is no small feat when you are traveling with a toddler and need a car seat! The accommodations were great and the ride was spacious and comfy and they Yans stayed in contact with me the entire time, even though my flight was delayed 2 hours and he was waiting til I was ready and helped me with my bags. On the way home, Yuset came up to my room and helped load my bags and carry them downstairs. He was so helpful and kind. My only regrets is not leaving a bigger tip!! He always was available by phone and I had a plane cancellation by the airline on my return and he was able to adjust my pick up time on short notice for my new itinerary. You could tell he was very determined in giving good customer service. And at least at the time I went , this car service was cheaper than Uber or any other one ( not counting public transport or group rides of course. ). This is a great service! My husband and I highly recommend it. Our Driver Yuset was friendly, professional, great communication and on time. We received a text when we landed with his picture, name and which baggage claim we needed to go to. He met us there, helped us retrieve our luggage and load into the shuttle for us. We also used him on our return trip going home and we had to leave at 3:00 am , which is not easy to find someone at that time of night. He again was on time and professional!! Everyone else was waiting for an Uber or taxi service and we just walked out and loaded up like rock stars LOL. This was the way to go especially since it was a late flight arrival around 11PM. If you need to get around with a shuttle service in the Tampa area please use this service. We came into Tampa airport and needed to get to Clearwater. I called them only 3 hours before we landed and everything went smoothly. We were met at the airport when we landed and taken to our hotel in Clearwater. I used them on the return to the airport.
