Jessica Nickler went far above and beyond the call of duty! Very prompt and adept in one of the most trying and challenging situations, she was able to create an opportunity! We arrived a bit late due to the confusion of the location of the cargo holding area. Upon arriving i was rejected by staff, several times i was told to contact the airline and reschedule pick up for my pet. Understandably i was devastated by this information because my family and I was scheduled to leave the country the next day, also their flight wasn’t due for takeoff for another 5 or 6 hours. I called Jessica after work hours, she picked up instructed me to return to the building so she could speak with them! A few moments later, i was told i could then bring my dog in for shipping. Thanks to the brave and courageous work of Jessica, everything had gone accordingly, had it not been for her we would have left our pet behind. She deserves this recognition and so much more, thank you Jessica for everything and this unforgettable experience! Our Zeus is now having the best time of his life in the Philippines!

I used air animal (contact: Cathy Jenns) to relocate my dog from Edmonton, Alberta Canada to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The trip entailed two flights and driving from Toronto to Miami. In total it took him seven days to get to Puerto Rico. As you can imagine this takes a heavy toll on both the owner and the pet. Air animal and their affiliate contacts were so professional and keeping me updated and making sure my dog was very well taken care of. His flight to Puerto Rico was cancelled and they were immediately all over it to ensure that he was safe and had somewhere to stay for the additional night in Miami. Overall highly recommended they did a great job with my dog‘s relocation!

We moved our 1.5+ year old corgi from Chicago to London this week and he arrived safe and sound. He is adjusting wonderfully, thankfully. Air Animal was quite good and our contacts Jess and Val were very helpful. We chose Air Animal based off of a co-worker who used them recently to transport their dog to London. We chose the pet pick up and drop off service, which was very comprehensive (although quite pricey). The only reason I did not do 5 stars is I wish there was a bit more in terms of communication throughout the process, especially given the price point here. I had to routinely follow up for answers to questions. I had never transported an animal internationally before and my profession is hyper-responsive so I may have had unrealistic expectations. We were nervous pet parents and there were parts of the travel itself where we did not know where our dog was/what the next steps were, which I recognise that part of this was outside of Air Animal's control (for example, the UK company that was to pick up our dog from the airport upon landing was not open at the time of arrival and I tried calling many times and never got a response but eventually heard back via e-mail quite some time after the plan landed). Our Air Animal contacts and the companies they used for pick up and drop off were very friendly. I will note that our Chicago vet said this was the smoothest process they have experienced and was very grateful we used Air Animal. Overall, we are quite satisfied and would use them again in the future.

Our pet needed to travel between Tampa and Frankfurt, Germany. Jessica Nickler was absolutely incredible! She was extremely professional, very communicative, organized, and patient. After a couple of months of requesting various proposals from Jessica, which she was quick at providing us with, we ended up only needing the pet EU vet certification and not the full transport of the pet. This did not make Jessica treat us any differently nor communicate any less. We picked up the certification of the travel package and had a couple of questions after reading through the docs, Jessica responded quickly and efficiently, ensuring peace of mind before our travels. The certification of travel/package came Extremely organized and well put together, making it very easy to present to German customs officials after arriving in the country. We recommend the Air Animal Pet Movers to anyone that is in need of pet EU travel and world travel. Air Animal shipped our cat from New York state to the UK. Everything went very smoothly and he arrived safe and sound, we were extremely relieved and very happy with the service. Our vet also complimented Air Animal as the pre-travel paperwork arrived almost totally completed and required very little extra work. The journey involved two flights, both handled by Lufthansa airline, who were brilliant as well, providing photo and email updates throughout. Overall we were very satisfied with the service, we would use them again, and would highly recommend to other people.

I can't thank Air Animal and Jessica Nickler enough for everything they did. I moved my dog from Georgia, USA to the UK and was terrified of the process, Jessica did everything that was needed, explained the process clearly and put me at ease. My vet's office even complimented how good the paperwork was from them and how easy they were to deal with. My dog landed happy and healthy and I was able to pick him up quickly with no issues. I'd originally considered going through this alone to save the money, but I would never hesitate to use them again. I couldn't have done it without them.

I had to prepare my pup to go to Australia from TX so I hired Air Animal Pet Movers and was assigned Jessica as my rep. Jessica was awesome in assuring me everything would go well and it did! She was in contact with my vet from day one and handled not only all the vet paperwork but also the import paperwork and quarantine application. I pretty much only had to make the scheduled vet appointments and Jessica handled everything else. He made it safe and sound to Australia and is now barking with an Aussie accent. Thanks Jessica!

My husband and I used Air Animal to move our cat, Neville, from Boston to the Netherlands. Moving our pets has always been very stressful in the past and with the added complexity of getting Neville through Dutch customs, we decided to hire professionals. Jess and Val made sure everything went smoothly, even when Lufthansa stopped accepting animals due to hot weather, they found a way to get Neville safely to the Netherlands and kept me informed the whole way, patiently answered my anxiety-ridden questions. Neville didn't exactly enjoy the trip, but he got here safe and sound and as you can see in the picture, is settling in comfortably.

We used Air Animal to move our two dogs and cat from Chicago to Bangkok. I did tons of research and even created a spreadsheet so I could do side-by-side comparisons of the companies. Ultimately I chose Air Animal becaues Jessica was such a clear communicator. She seemed knowledgeable and unrufflable, which made me feel confident about the services Air Animal would provide. When I took our pets to the vet for their USDA certificates, the vet and a vet tech separately said things along the lines of "you picked the best company for this, and Jess is especially terrific." What an endorsement! Jess also chose an amazing partner in Thailand. They were so professional, so courteous (I mean, they are Thai!), and were proactively communicative, providing photos of our pets and nearly hourly updates of our pets' progress through customs and Bangkok traffic! All in all, a terrific experience during a very stressful move. Pets arrived happy and healthy. Well worth the money!

We spoke to nearly 10 agencies about our move from the US to London and we are so happy we chose air animal. Their price point was fair for the extremely high level of service provided. Our agent, Rosa, was incredibly responsive, dedicated and patient with us as we discussed the huge move. Even before we made a deposit, Rosa was giving us loads of reassurance and information and time. This did not go unnoticed! Once we felt comfortable with the services provided Rosa wasted no time at all to get us a concrete plan of action. From the month leading up to Scoobys moving day to today, scoobys arrival day, Rosa had our best interest in mind. She was available whenever we had a question and handled the complicated paperwork with ease. Our vet was very impressed with how easy she made it by providing written instructions of exactly what the USDA required. All in all, can’t recommend their services enough. you wouldn’t want to try and save money if you’re sacrificing quality service and what we received was nothing short of top tier exceptional service. 10/10. I cannot praise air animal enough. From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. I shipped my dog kenzo from Orlando to Dublin as we wore moving home. Melissa Salazar handled everything for us with minimal stress because we wore so anxious about shipping our kenzo! We ran into issues with our vet with getting tapeworm and health certificates last minute and Melissa got us an appointment the same day at their location and Dr Woolfe was amazing and helpful! Moving your dog can be so stressful but air animal took all the stress for us and it was a such a smooth experience! We got updates of kenzo on his journey and the company who delivered kenzo to me on the other side wore so lovely! Easiest overseas move yet! We have moved our dogs internationally several times and will only use Air Animal in the foreseeable future. They are by far the best company I have used when coordinating our pets' move. We most recently had our two Springer Spaniels transported from Singapore to the USA. I can't tell you enough about how great Air Animal is! We just finished an international move and they really took away all of the stress and worry about getting our furbaby, Tofu, half way across the world with us. They handled all the paperwork and helped us through every single step of the way leading up to travel. I was terrified to send my small dog in cargo from Atlanta, USA to Manchester, UK. However Air Animals know exactly what they’re doing. I did the origin to destination residence service and it was the most seamless experience, it’s like my dog was never separated from me at all despite being in cargo and on a different flight. I asked so many questions along the way, felt incredibly apprehensive and nervous, but when it came down to it Air Animals and their partners absolutely delivered. I worked with Cathy Jenns on my recent move to Hawaii from Texas. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She told me which transport carrier to purchase and that I could buy it from Amazon (purchased them used, which they weren't; just returned). She even told me which food/water dish to purchase so I didn't need to buy 2 per kennel when I knew my cats would not drink or eat during their trip. She answered all of my questions and worked with me when I changed the outbound location. I was pretty skeptical about the amount of money that we would need to pay to ship our cat from Seattle, WA USA to Lagos, Nigeria - so much so that I actually called up Jessica about the quote and questioned whether I could get it done cheaper from a different agency. Boy am I glad that we went with Air Animal. From start to finish, Jessica (our International Pet Mover Manager) took care of everything. If there were any questions, she responded as quickly as she was able and made sure to let me know that she had control of everything. I once used this company to transport my dog to China. I received all the attention and help I needed from a bilingual associate. I travel with government orders and appreciated this company’s flexibility. I don't like leaving this review A few months ago I contacted them for help with an international travel certificate. I was ghosted mid service and received an email asking if I still needed help days after their lack of response forced me to PCS without my dog. I chalked it up to COVID and thought I'd give it another go. A month ago, I asked for the certificate a second time. I called after 48 hours of no response and was told I would get an email shortly. E-mail NEVER came. My family had to contact them in person. Once that was done though, I received the same level of service I am used to. Unsure what is happening with their communications these days but when they come through, they really come through.

I worked with Nilda and Andrea to gain health certificates for an upcoming relocation to the UK. Air Animal was recommended by my vets office to help ensure an easy and smooth process - and they over-delivered on the ease of the process. Nilda and Andrea were incredibly responsive, very knowledgeable and I never once felt anxiety during the process. There was a last minute hold-up with the USDA due to a mistake that I had made on the initial paperwork and Andrea helped me navigate and correct it so quickly and calmed me down during my panic. We used Air Animal to transport our 23lb corgi from CA to Florida. We booked this service about 6 weeks in advance and the overall experience was good and he arrived safely to his destination without issue! Was the whole process completely, 100% smooth, no. There were a few hiccups along the way that were handled accordingly, but did add a little bit of stress to the situation. Our booking agent was Melissa. There were at times mistakes made in the paperwork that were handled promptly. However, when we originally found out that the mistake was made, the blame was put on us initially that we didnt fill out the paperwork correctly, when in actuality we did and the agent recognized this and apologized. The day of the voyage, there was an incident where (after we had already paid in full) the airline couldnt see the payment and wanted to charge us an additional amount. We attempted to call our agent twice (as was instructed if this happened) and she did not answer our calls. We did pay the amount. When she returned our call, she was able to correct the situation and work towards getting us issued a refund. All-in-all, we are thankful that Air-Animal was able to get our little pup safely to his destination and he is doing really well. I worked with Jessica at Air Animal Pet Movers to get my cat from Washington DC area to Australia in two different moves. Before finding Air Animals I didn't even know if I would be able to bring my cat to Australia due to logistics and timing but Jessica made it all possible. She immediately made me feel comfortable with her professionalism and knowledge of the process as well as her willingness to get on the phone with me whenever I wanted. She talked me through all of the negative press surrounding pet travel that came up in 2018 and reassured me that we could get it done safely if I worked at training my cat in the flight kennel (so important!). She worked with two different vets (in different states) to get the appropriate paperwork/licensing complete within the required tight timeline and was available after business hours to support the move. They also engaged very professional and knowledgeable pet transportation companies that made be feel as comfortable as possible getting my cat through the check in process at airports in Washington DC and in California. I had a truly five star experience with Air Animals and Jessica and would highly recommend their services. It also gave me great peace of mind that the company is owned by a vet.

Cory and her team did a great job of moving our two boys safely from Japan to Australia. They had two major challenges to work around - one of our dogs is a French bulldog which are difficult breeds to fly with during summer, and Australia’s notoriously stringent regulations for importing pets. Thanks to Cory’s careful planning with a local partner, everything went smoothly and our dogs arrived safely to our doorstep. Recently we moved from Shanghai, China to the U.K. and we used Air Animal Pet movers to help us relocate our two, large dogs. Everything went like clockwork and they let me know how my dogs were every step of the way. Before the move they also ensured that my dogs had all the required vaccinations, ID chips, proper certificates, exams from the internationally approved vets and all their blood work. They made sure we had the airline approved kennels and suggestions on how to prepare them for the long flight and how to help them when they land. They even delivered the dogs straight to our door. Air Animal helped us move our 2 dogs from Colorado to NZ, which is a very difficult import country. They coordinated everything with our vet to stay on top of the necessary appointments and procedures that were needed beforehand. We ran into a couple of hiccups right before departure (due to cancelled flights and high temperatures) and Jessica had the bases covered with back up plans. Communication with the quarantine facility and throughout the process was great. Would definitely recommend using Air Animal for an overseas relocation.

I dealt with Maria Holt and she was very responsive and answered my millions of questions. By far, much better response times than any other service I vetted. My vet even stopped doing the international exams because they had dealt with so many terrible pet moving service companies. Maria assured me all the paperwork would be completed and sent to vet in time. My vet agreed to do the exam for me. After the exam visit, my vet called me just to tell me how organized and completed the paperwork was. She said best company she had ever dealt with. When the airline had some confusing updates on their website, she stayed up well past midnight to ensure everything was okay and didn't go to sleep until she knew the pups were in the air. When the vet charged a ridiculous amount for the certification paperwork she called them and negotiated the price down by 90% and then covered the cost. My wife Deborah and I are a military family that just recently moved to East Africa for a new assignment. We have two black lab/ collie mixes that are our fur babies and there was no way we were leaving them back in the states. After a lot of research and quite a few long conversations with a variety of pet moving companies, we decided on Air Animal and we DO NOT regret it. Melissa Cortes was our pet moving representative and she took great care of us and our dogs. She was highly responsive to our barrage of questions and concerns. She also interacted very positively with our veterinarian and family (they were watching our dogs while we got settled here). She did A LOT of work for us. Our dogs just arrived last night to this far flung corner of he world. They're happy and healthy so we are very pleased with Air Animal and Melissa. There WAS a slight hiccup with making sure that we had the most up-to-date paperwork for the specific country we were moving into. Just make sure that you as pet owners DOUBLE CHECK that you're aware of the most current paperwork and requirements for entry into the country that you're moving into. This requirements can and do change frequently. As far as prices go, it's going to be expensive moving your pets overseas regardless of what company you go with. We had quotes from 5 separate companies all in the $4000-$8000 dollar range. We ended up paying around $4500 with Air Animal plus miscellaneous other fees as part of the process. The quality of service though justified the price in our minds. Please feel free to contact me personally if you want to know more. I'm happy to talk about our experiences moving our dogs overseas and specifically Air Animal's role in that. It's a daunting and scary process but if you plan in advance, it's highly do-able to bring your furry little friends along with you. I had a great experience with this company. The price was awesome compared to some other quotes I got and the service was phenomenal. Jasmine went above and beyond what I expected, even providing her personal phone and email for emergencies. Our move was rather complicated with missed deadlines for microchips, travelling across the US before leaving for Germany, having the cats with family and the dog at a boarding facility, etc. Air Animal took care of scheduling vet visits, handled all paperwork, assisted in getting the right kennels... too much to squeeze into this review. All in all, it was great service for a price that we would have had a hard time beating had we decided to handle it ourselves. The added bonus was that our pets had an 8 hour direct flight while we hopped on 3 planes and spent 30 hours travelling. I will use Air Animal again should we have another major move coming up.

Despite the fact that our departure date was not fixed until the last minute, Cory from Air Animal worked with us until the end. We were notified every time our cat was to leave or arrived at the airports. She flew out of Kansas to Chicago and stayed overnight there before flying to Hong Kong. We knew the number and time of the flight each time. Envy stayed in Honk Kong for the night and came to Beijing the next day. Cindy waited Envy to be released at the air port cargo section for hours and delivered her to our apartment door! We were so happy to see her. We are very happy with Air Animal service and would recommend them to others who need to transfer their pets internationally.

Firstly, our two cats made it safely and arrived in Brussels. All of us made it to our international final destination in a more or less timely manner. A few things that made our trip more stressful than expected were the inaccuracies in the paperwork and information given to us. These were the problems we ran into from start to finish: 1) The address, pickup, and drop off location in Chicago international airport was incorrect. The paperwork said that the location was in Terminal 1, when in fact it was 15 minutes away (by car) at a separate facility. The phone number was also incorrect, and no one at that number could tell us where to pick up our cats. When I reached out by text, I was told that we could pick up the cats near the baggage claim, which was not correct. This caused significant delays in finding the cats and bringing them back to the hotel. 2) The address (including warehouse number), company name, and pickup location in Brussels airport was inaccurate, causing further significant delays in finding the cats. It was by sheer luck and probable guess work we found the correct facility. Traveling with pets is extremely stressful and these issues listed above only added to the problem. We are disappointed that so little time was put into verifying and thoroughly vetting the details of the trip, considering the high cost of doing business with the company. Having said that, one's experience may be determined by the movement specialist you are assigned to. I am partially open to using this company again in the future.

This was Wallace's second flight of his life and we did the first flight from Toronto to London ourselves and it was really stressful. They know their stuff and are thinking about any issues with the transfer from kennel size, border processing and details, timing with your schedule and flights, as well as your pets, to ensure everything runs smoothly and they can react and pivot when things change on your end to ensure your pet is supported and being thought about the whole time. They are on hand to answer any questions and are incredibly responsive (even late at night and across different timezones!) They understand the physical and emotional needs of the pet and made sure that Wallace had time to stretch and relax before getting on the plane and did everything they could to get him to us as quickly as possible on the other side. They gave us tips on how to prepare him before the flight and acclimate him once he has landed with check ins once he had settled in. I was definitely more worried than Wallace was in the end and thankfully I had nothing to worry about :) Your animal is in excellent hands with this service and well worth the investment for your peace of mind and their comfort and safety! My family and our boxer Marley were moving to Germany in March. I started searching the web and collecting estimates from various pet movers. After seeing the cost we decided to arrange moving him ourself. After exhausting weeks on the phone with various airlines and never getting a "sure" answer about each airlines shipping procedure we decided to go with Air Animal. At this point I can't recall the reason I chose them -- it may have been Maria Nickerson's nice emails which were very explanatory or her patience with my never ending questions about fraud and safety. One of the things I liked about Air Animal was I had the option to "move" Marley myself which means Maria did all the paperwork and I got him to the airport and picked him up. This saved us quite a bit of money as well as Maria providing me with options for drop location. By driving Marley to Los Angeles I saved a few hundred dollars and provide him with a direct flight rather than ship him out of Phoenix where he would have had a layover in Houston. However, she was always available for reassurance or guidance about the process. I can't lie -- the cost was painful -- but the piece of mind was priceless.

I can't thank enough the lovely ladies that work here. Early day I called to see see what needed to be done to be able to take my 13 yr baby from Tampa to Dallas later that day. Long story short a Health Certification something or another was needed in which they needed to contact the Humane Society for specific information from previous vaccinations etc. When we came in for the checkup later that day, the girls were working at it, calling, emailing, faxing back and forth...getting all the little details needed for that sheet the airline didn't even end up asking for! (American Airlines in case your wondering). In less than a workday the girls somehow managed to get it all done. We ended up making the flight that night and all was good. The doctor was great as well. If I remember correctly as he walked in with his canes...he has been doing his job for 57+ years. We recently relocated from Hoboken, NJ to San Francisco, CA and used Air Animal Pet Movers to relocate our elderly dog, Bailey. We were very nervous and were not sure how she would handle the travel at her age (11 years), with her weight (100 pounds), and in her condition (diabetic with hip dysplasia). Cathy was our point of contact from Air Animal and she explained the process to myself and my partner over the phone. We did not catch everything in our initial conversation so we sent a lot of follow-up emails and Cathy promptly provided answers without seeming annoyed with all the additional questions. We emphasized to Cathy that Bailey would need special handling because of her age, weight, and hip dysplasia. We needed to be sure that she could travel with bedding or a lightweight comforter in a travel crate that was large enough to fit her comfortably so she would not get stiff during the 6+ hours of travel. Cathy worked with the airline to get us information about what would be acceptable for the travel crate. She also made arrangements for the travel crate to be shipped to our residence ahead of time so we could test out the bedding and get Bailey used to crate before traveling. We also told her we needed to be sure that the people taking care of her would be patient, allow her to rest frequently during walks, and make sure she did not jump or run. She put us in touch with the pet handler for at the origin (EWR), Anthony Graci, to help alleviate any concerns we had. Anthony came to our house to meet Bailey and to go through the process of what would happen with her from the time she went to his custody to the time she boarded the plane. He reassured us that he loved animals and it was clear to see how passionate and committed he was to taking care of the animals he has transported. Reassured that Bailey would be in good hands, we moved forward with Air Animal. Cathy provided an itemized list for every charge that would be assessed; there was also flexibility with allowing Bailey to stay at Anthony's home for 1-2 nights before flying (needed because movers were coming the day before flying). The itemized list of charges is noteworthy because we checked two other pet transport companies and one provided an estimate that was more than twice what Air Animal charged but did not provide a breakdown of costs to help with comparing prices; another company did not provide any breakdown of charges and did not give an exact estimate. Everything went smoothly from when Bailey was picked up at our residence and taken to Anthony's home. It was nice that he sent us pictures so we could see how she was doing. At the destination (SFO), we got a call from the pet handler/driver soon after Bailey was received and she was delivered to our residence in San Francisco. This was great, except it seemed that the pet handler was unaware of Bailey's special needs. He seemed surprised to find that Bailey kept laying down and would not walk when he tried to get her to relieve herself after she was received. We had communicated that we use a harness to assist her in these instances, but the pet handler was unaware of this. He also seemed surprised that Bailey could not jump into the van and he needed to ask another person for assistance to lift her travel crate into the van for transport. We were really disappointed that this important information and the extra care that Bailey needed was not considered at the destination. Overall, the services provided by Air Animal were truly outstanding and I would recommend them for use for pet transport. Thank you to Cathy and Anthony for taking the worry out of moving our pet across country! The main reason for giving 4 stars is because there is room for improvement with respect to communication. There was sub-optimal communication at the destination and important information was not shared properly. I would also suggest that the pet handlers have a pet ramp handy for these types of situations with elderly and large dogs.

Recently, we employed Air Animal to move our beloved Great Pyrenees, Isha, to the UK. The assistance we got before we left was comprehensive and our vet said they provided some of the easiest to follow paperwork she had ever received for transporting a pet internationally. It seemed to all go like clockwork. We paid to have someone meet us at the Houston airport. He was helpful and got Isha checked in without any issues. We boarded the same flight to Heathrow and arrived at the Animal Reception Center as directed. Unfortunately, that is where the ease of transport began to unravel. Long story short, the Heathrow Animal Center had made a decision on Monday of the week we arrived to begin refusing entry to any US animal hat did not, in their opinion, precisely meet the rabies vaccine requirements as interpreted by the UK. They made this arbitrary decision without notifying any company who regularly transported pets into the UK. Due to this rule reinterpret, they denied Isha entry. Once the Center told us they were refusing Isha entry (and very rudely), our contact at Air Animal (Jess) leapt into action. It was barely 7:30 am her time but she was on it and worked tirelessly throughout the day trying to get Isha released. We worked with our vet who vouched for Isha's initial rabies vaccine & microchip (the timing of which became the issue - not that she did not have them). While we contacted vets, Air Animal worked through their UK counterparts to try and get her released from Heathrow. Unfortunately, Heathrow refused to budge. After 5 long, grueling hours at the "Reception Center" (which should be renamed), Isha was forced into a 21-day quarantine and another unnecessary rabies vaccine. So you may be wondering - why I gave Air Animal a 5-star excellent rating - well it's simple really. You expect everything to go completely as planned on the day and most times I am sure it does. But where a country does something unexpectedly (as happened here) you want the group you employ to be there for you. And Air Animal was in spades. They tried throughout the day to persuade the UK to honor their past practices; once Isha was refused they quickly posted the issue on their site to warn others of the reinterpretation and they arranged (and paid) for all of Isha's quarantine costs and transport to Scotland once she was released. All of this Jess did without any prompting by us. They wanted to make it right and help us any way they could. The place they arranged (a preferred UK supplier) for quarantine was awesome. On the day, there were several other US dogs that were also refused entry and those owners had employed transport companies as well. Not one (and we knew the Texas company one person used) of the other transport companies assisted the dog owners to any meaningful level and certainly not at all like Air Animal. I am sure that most of the trips go perfectly but when they don't you want a team like Jess and Air Animal to be on your side. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend you using Deandra Dwyer, International Move Specialist with Air Animal. We moved our two cats from Houston, TX USA to Oslo, Norway and this was done in less than two weeks. Our cats were up to date on all their shots, were neutered/spayed and also microchipped which made the move easier. Deandra was able to explain and notify us of what steps we needed to make in order to make the move easier for us and the cats. Air Animal also has an app which allows you to update and upload documents for the move onto the app for easy access to the move specialist. Air animal was also cost effective and didn’t charge an arm and a leg like another company we looked into. Thanks again Deandra we are so happy to have our cats with us in Norway. We will definitely use Air Animal again on our move back to the US.

I tried to relocate my two dogs, Metric and Mushroom, from California to the UK by myself. Big mistake. I had no idea how stringent the UK's laws were when it comes to importing pets. The day before I was supposed to fly, I went to USDA to get my certificate but was denied because I had the wrong form filled out - in addition to the wrong color ink (yes, they are THAT strict). I ended up missing my flight and rebooked it to the next weekend. I found Animal Peter Movers on Google. When I called in, they put me in touch with Michelle Ramos, an international move coordinator. I explained the entire situation and within a few minutes, she sent me a quote - which I moved forward with. Michelle handled the entire process - end to end. She worked directly with the USDA; she even mailed documents requiring signatures directly to the vet. The vet was extremely impressed; the documents had "post its" attached which made it very clear where and what to sign. I'm now writing this review in the UK - next to Metric and Mushroom. Phone calls quite often refer you back to the website or at best they indicate that customer will hear something from them in 3 days. Can be quite frustrating. Review is meant to highlight a concern from a prospective customer. I am sure they are very busy and hopefully this review will help them address this issue

After doing hours upon hours of research and trying to arrange the transport of our 2 dogs from Florida to the Netherlands by ourselves, we decided that using Air Animal was the way to go despite the price tag. Now that our pups have arrived safely and soundly we know that we made the absolute right decision and are so happy and relieved! Rosa truly went above and beyond - she was responsive around the clock and handled complications that were out of our (and Air Animal's) control very promptly and professionally! Two flights that our dogs were booked on were cancelled last minute, and Rosa booked a wonderful overnight stay for our pups, made sure they had their special food, and booked us onto the next flight. I absolutely don't know how we would have handled all the logistics without her. I highly recommend using Air Animal!
