We had to fly my parents out of Fort Myers after Hurricane Ian, as Lee County was hit particularly hard and likely wouldn't have electricity or water for weeks. Tampa was the closest airport so we booked a car with AA Town Car Service and their driver Roni drove down to pick them up, making several detours as parts of the highway and one bridge was closed due to flooding. He then made the trip back with them. What is normally a two-hour drive took almost 5 hours, but he got them to their flight on time because he knew to leave early. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and a total lifesaver during a time of complete chaos. I'd highly recommend AA Town Car Service (and Roni) anytime.

I have been working with Roni and his crew for about 5 months. I arrange transportation for a large number of international students coming to Florida to study. Many arrive with very little English. We have also used AA Town Car for some VIP visitors around town. The service has always been on-time and very courteous. Roni has handled multiple flights, arrival times and delays without ever losing anyone! Billing has always been smooth and honest. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Always on time. When I scheduled an early morning pickup for a trip to TIA, I didn't know it was the first day of school in Hillsborough County, but my driver did, and arrived early so that I wouldn't be late for my flight. So appreciated his thoughtfulness, as there was so much more traffic on Hillsborough Rd.
