I cannot praise the driver enough for his courteous behavior, clean car, and excellent driving skills which made the ride as smooth and enjoyable as possible. After a long and exhausting flight, I couldn't have asked for more. An outstanding customer service experience. Highly recommended to everyone in Seattle looking for reliable airport transportation.

This was our first time using Starline Town Car & Limousine Service and we found them to be excellent. We arrived at the airport at 2am because our flight had been delayed by two hours. My email to the support address was promptly answered by an agent who said that my driver would be updated. When we arrived at the airport, the driver was waiting for us at the arrivals. I was particularly pleased with the driver's cheerful and pleasant personality. You can definitely count on me to use your services in the future. A long and stressful journey ended positively because of your service and reliability. Thanks a lot.

Private limousine service provided by Starline Town Car & Limousine Service is one of the best I've ever experienced! They drove our family of 7 people to the cruise ship, and we had a blast! The driver was super nice and accommodating, we appreciated the champagne and refreshments, and most importantly it was so much fun! Definitely worth checking out!

First time using this service after several bad experiences with another limo service. Top notch from first contact to drop off at home. Especially like the in garage pickup avoiding the curbside mess. Will be nice when the weather turns cold too. Excellent, safe, courteous driver who was on time and helpful with our luggage. We have several more trips planned in the next few months and will definitely use Starline.

First time using Starline and if I'm ever back in Seattle, I will for sure call them again. Driver was waiting for me and called to tell me what carousel my bag was on. He wheeled my heavy bag for me and had water bottles waiting for me in the vehicle. I didn't have to wait for him -- in fact, I needed a couple of minutes to get ready for my destination, so he had to wait for me to fuss around with luggage tags! Beautiful vehicle. Felt like a celebrity. I followed up and recommended Starline to my travel agent, so that she knew they are reliable. MUCH better than taking the cruise line's bus transfer. Starline made my day!

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service provided private car service transportation to our honeymoon hotel in Seattle. Their response and communication through email was very helpful when I encountered difficulties booking online. On both the journey to and return from the hotel, the experience was exceptional! It was a pleasure to work with our drivers. Besides offering refreshments and snacks, they also stopped when necessary and drove safely but in a timely manner. If you need transportation in the Greater Seattle area, we highly recommend using this limo service!

We had the BEST experience with Starline Limo! We booked them for a Bachelorette here in Seattle and, from start to finish, they made us feel like such special clients and even accommodated last minute route changes the morning of. The pricing was the best that we had found and we had a blast with our driver, Artur. He even helped us in taking group pictures throughout the day. If you are debating whether to book this service, trust me and do it!

We did a wine trip to Woodinville. We booked the stretch limo to accommodate our group. I got a phone call that morning telling us that we could use the party bus instead. I am so happy that we use the party bus what a great recommendation. We had a wonderful trip our driver was safe,courteous wonderful. He was very easy to find at all stops. I highly recommend this company.
