Great service. Scheduled the pickup for 3:30am and our driver arrived at the agreed time (not a minute early not a minute late). It was a short drive to the airport and went super smooth. Our driver was very pleasant, we talked about the World Cup and traveling in general. Car was very clean, comfortable, had water bottles for us in case we needed them. In regards to the actual scheduling, it was hassle free and very straight forward. Few steps and you get a ride booked! Will use them in the future, for sure, when going to the airport at those ungodly hours the airlines are forcing us to go thru.

I found Seattle STS by doing a Google search and I'm so glad I did. I booked a return trip just 24 hours prior to my flight. I had a flight leaving early in the morning, with a pickup scheduled at 3:30am. The driver was right on time. (I wish I could remember his name). He was very professional and pleasant, especially so early in the morning. The vehicle was spotless and the ride was so relaxing. The return trip was just as perfect. Rudy (at least I remembered his name!) was very professional, and the vehicle spotless, and so, so comfortable. I will definitely use STS in future and am happy to recommend.

I would 100% recommend these guys for any airport pickup and drop-off needs. Our outgoing flight was in the early early morning, and the driver was there on time and very friendly throughout the entire trip. On our return journey, we got delayed in customs for much longer than expected and even then there was no issues with our pickup. I'll definitely be using these guys in the future for more of our airport trips, especially during the odd hours since it's one less thing to worry about and plan for.

This makes me so happy! I’ve been wanting to tell the entire world about this awesome company but have never had the opportunities to rate since I’ve only recently learned how. Anyway, I’ve been using Seattle STS Town Car since maybe 2010 or earlier. I started using them as a treat for my husband and I to go to and from SeaTac Airport. Such a luxury. The drivers are always professional; the company reliable and the vehicles clean and new. Even before Tesla electric vehicles was commonplace, Seattle Town Car treated my family to a ride to King Station in Seattle in a Tesla. My eight year old nephew, now 17, remembers the day well. My favorite story was when my husband had a scheduled surgery at Good Samaritan hospital, it had snowed and I couldn’t drive so I called Seattle STS for help. The driver picked us up, dropped us off at the hospital, waited hours until after surgery then got us home safely. Ohhh and last year, picked up from airport while snow in Seattle…all flights delayed. Our driver was waiting at baggage claim wearing black suit and tie with my name on a sign and ready to whisk us home. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Worth every penny ❤️

In September 2022, we hired Seattle STS Town Car Inc to take us from the airport to our hotel, from the hotel to the cruise ship pier, and from the pier to airport. We paid extra for their meet and greet service on the first leg. We were highly impressed with their drivers, their service, and their vehicles. If we're ever in need of such services again in Seattle, we will definitely call on them.

Such a polite and nice driver. On time and was helpful in loading and unloading my heavy luggages. Will use the service many times more. Update: Used the service again for a return from airport. Since the flight arrived earlier than usual, the designated time to meet got messed up. Called the service line, they called the driver who was supposed to pick me up and he agreed to pick me up an hour earlier. I was sooo thankful because I was already so exhausted from my long flight. Such an amazing driver and the overall service. Will definitely use it again!

I used this company for airport transportation (two different drivers going to & from SEATAC). Prior to transporting to and being picked up from SEATAC, STS notified me of changing from a sedan (what I previously chose) to an SUV due to weather conditions. This was during the heavy rainfall after the snow, leaving the roads a slushy mess. So, I greatly appreciated the appropriate car selection. This gave me the confidence that safety was the utmost priority for their customers. The driver that picked us up from SEATAC met us inside baggage claim. He actually had the correct baggage claim number, as opposed to what the flight attendant told us, and made sure to double check for us. Surely, he was right! He guided us to the right number, helped with our luggage, and promptly drove us back to our destination with ease. He was obviously very experienced and well-organized. Traffic was congested but he was incredibly patient and driving safely. Altogether, both drivers were super prompt, courteous, professional, and superb drivers. I’m highly satisfied with them, where I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

This is my first time I use shuttle/car service even though we do travel a lot. I used Seattle STS Town Car for pickup from home to SeaTac. Service was excellent. On time, very helpful, especially with loading and unloading suitcases and punctual too. I made a reservation for the pickup from SeaTac too, and I expect it to be as smooth. Thus service is much more convenient and money saver if you are parking car for long periods. For sure 5 stars

I love not having to stress about finding parking at the airport and depending on how long you'll be gone, it can be more economical to use a car service rather than pay the extremely high airport parking prices. I used Seattle Town Car for my wedding day transportation. We had a very small wedding ceremony and reception with only parents and brothers. We reserved a 10-person stretch limousine for our wedding guests and a Town Car Limos for the groom and I. We had a unique request in that the drivers of the two vehicles needed to stay in contact with each other to make sure the guests didn't see me (the bride) before the wedding ceremony. I was arriving earlier than the guests to our ceremony site so I could have some bridal photos taken. Everything went off flawlessly. My driver was wonderful. He was kind and talked to me just the right amount (just enough to keep me calm and relaxed). He even kept the groom and I in the loop on timing and pricing after the wedding which we greatly appreciated. The owner was easy to work with and very kind to my mom. We absolutely recommend Seattle Town Car!

My ability to drive is limited and I no longer feel comfortable to drive myself to Seatac (even with 5 cameras installed on my own car to help see my surroundings). They are very easy to get hold of, and the drivers are very courteous. I enjoyed chatting with the driver along the way. My driver was from Uzbekistan, I;m from China, so we shared our own stories and our American dream. I highly recommend these guys.

I loved the service by Seattle STS Town Car! Better than a taxi at the same cost! I have never used a town car service, but I am sold! I had to get from Sea-Tac to Lynnwood and decided to schedule a town car rather than a taxi. The ability to reserve a ride was easy by telephone. The driver was waiting for us in the cell phone waiting area, so he was ready to pick up my wife and I immediately. By the time we walked outside of the baggage area, he was waiting at the curb. The driver was very polite, friendly, and took care of bags quickly. The appearance of the car, including the trunk, was immaculate. The ride was very quiet and comfortablefar more comfortable than a taxi. There was bottled water to drink, soft leather seats, and a lot of space. The driver made polite conversation as we asked questions. He was very courteous and respectful. We arrived on time in Lynnwood and were convinced, no more taxis. The quality of the service and the comfort of the car and courteous driver has changed how we now go back and forth to the airport. We highly recommend Seattle STS Town Car Service! I used the STS service for a work event. They were on time and very friendly. We had a photographer that was riding with us and they let him ride up front with the driver. Everyone really enjoyed their time. When I was trying to find another limo service they all had a minimum of 4 hours and we only needed it for 2. STS was the only service I could find that would allow for less than 4 hours. Pricing was very reasonable, and even though gratuity was already added in (20%) it was still cheaper than the other companies I had give me a quote.

Super easy, affordable, professional, and on time!! I scheduled a last minute 3:30am pickup for an early flight using their online reservation tool. It was very easy and thorough. I got a confirmation e-mail but called to confirm anyways (I was thinking it was too good to be true and that something would go wrong, so I wanted to call to confirm). The driver came a few minutes early, texted me to let me know he was there and "no rush" since he was early. Helped us put our bags in the car, provided water bottles, and a very comfortable, safe trip to the airport. I will definitely be using these guys again!

Upon landing we received a confirmation that he was waiting for us in baggage claim. Keith was friendly, professional and happily loaded our suitcases into an immaculate towncar. Bottled water was provided as we smoothly made our way to the hotel. He made a stop along the way for us without a second thought or mention of it. A great way to start our first visit to the city.

Outstanding! We've used STS Town Car for trips to and from SeaTac on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased with their service. The drivers are professional and arrive in a timely manner. Last week, they came to our rescue when our car wouldn't start after a morning adventure in Seattle. While my husband dealt with the insurance company and waiting for a tow, I called STS for an emergency ride home. Alex, the dispatcher, and Max, our driver, swooped in and saved the day. A special thanks to Alex, who patiently noted our location (no address, just a parking lot by an intersection) and sent help in a jiffy, as well as to Max, who was kind, patient, and helpful as he shuttled one tired mama and two fussy kids home. Well done STS- we're sharing our story and your excellent service with all our friends.

We’ve been using STS for years. Parking at the airport is only a little less than the expense compared to the experience of this stellar car service.
