Colleen KestnerI have used Seattle Airport Shuttle about half a dozen times, because they are one of the only services I found that would allow you to book an infant car seat. I have had some really great experiences with them and two fairly poor ones- once the driver basically handed me the car seat to figure out myself. The last time, the driver was 20 minutes late, never contacted me, and I had to call dispatch twice… then he asked me if I had paid in advance (you have to at booking so this was very odd). Now that we’re no longer need an infant car seat, I’m probably not going to use them again but I do appreciate the easy online booking process and transparent pricing.
