Solid. Two thumbs way-way up. Very friendly and easy to use. I had to pick my car up after hours, in the dark, and he waited for my car to start before he left. Reasonable and fair price. As a 40yo female I felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have been using Jess Express Taxi off and on for 1 year. The drivers are polite, will joke around with you, will let you be in you don't feel like talking. They can charge by the mile or a flat rate. You can request to be picked up at a certain time and are always on time, if not a few minutes early, you can even be scheduled to be picked up several days in advance. The vans are clean too. I honestly prefer Jess Express Taxi over any of the others.

Let me start by saying that Joe, the owner of Jess Express, is a ROCKSTAR! He literally saved my cat, Django. We were camping at a local state park, in our home; a 34’ bus. A snowstorm hit on Christmas night making driving impossible. I called Joe the next day, but the sun had gone down, we are in an isolated place and the roads were impassable. So, I wasn’t offended when Joe told me that he wasn’t going to make the treacherous trip at night. I called Joe the next morning, and although he was already in the middle of a few scheduled trips he agreed to make the drive out to us just as soon as he could. Joe arrived in less than two hours! I was floored. He gladly drove me and Django to the local emergency vet- 30 miles away. He informed me that the standard $2.50 a mile was going to set me back $70. Unbelievable deal! I had spent the two previous days trying to book a Lyft or an Uber and not a single person was willing to make the trip. I don’t blame them, TBH. JOE IS A HERO! He’s also an individual with a great sense of humor, he has fantastic taste in music (classic/hard/prog rock). I can’t say what his usual vehicle is but I was sure grateful that he was driving and 4x4 Jeep. Regardless of the fact that it could have been cleaner- I assume that the Jeep isn’t his usual ride- so am I going to complain if there’s a pair of sandals and other sports stuff kicking around in his car? Absolutely not. Joe is a big hearted guy who went out of his way to help a stranger. Maybe he’s a bit crazy, you’d have to be to trust a person you don’t know and drive 20 miles your way to get them. And to do this with terrible road conditions! But mostly, have faith that they’re going to be good for the fare. Better than that, after we arrived at the animal hospital Joe and I made a plan to have him swing back to the vets office and take me back to the campground, 90 minutes later. He was right on time as we had discussed. He kindly took me to the supermarket around the corner from the vet to get milk and other necessities. He didn’t charge me wait time while I shopped, either. Another great perk was the lack of the $3.00 “drop fee” charged by other cab companies just for showing up. Joe is a fine man, and I do truly owe him a debt of gratitude. He’s a character, Joe. So my thought is that if you’re looking for white glove towncar service, find it elsewhere. But if you want an honest fella to go out on a limb for you when you’re in trouble- then Joe is absolutely THE MAN!

It was late at night, Chris was there to save the day. He was very kind and talkative. I enjoyed the conversation we had. He was very positive!! I wouldn’t of gotten home if it wasn’t for him, I’m glad I called this service because he was so sweet, we laughed and he got me home fast as well. Definitely suggest riding with Chris. He served are country!! He serving you today with bringing you home safely and on time. Thank you again Chris you’re awesome man!! Definitely will be considering riding with him again.

I called in advance for a pick up and asked him to meet me in about 20 minutes. I got to my destination and when I was ready for pick up, I looked to see when I called and it had been about 25 minutes, and the taxi showed up right on time, exactly where I asked! The driver was friendly, personable, the car was clean, the route taken was the shortest available. He drove at a safe speed, no issues at all. It was $14 for about 5 miles, so it was totally worth it to avoid some circuitous and lengthy bus route. Very reliable taxi service for the first time I've ever used it!

I moved from Seattle to Bremerton yesterday. I am still working in Seattle until I find a job here, and don't have a car yet. Anyways, I needed a cab to the ferry this morning. I called over an hour before I needed to be there in case something went wrong (I have bad bad experiences with cabs in Seattle). Whoever I talked to was helpful and polite. They were a few minutes early to my house and got me to the ferry quickly, and the fare was less than I thought it would be. Safe to say this company is reliable and I will use them if I need a cab again.

Joe is really funny outgoing & pleasant. He gives you a lot of extra information about the area. His timing is accurate shows up alittle bit before all the time. His cab is really clean & he has good flat rates.

I have been calling jess express for several reasons and let me say this I have tried all of Kitsap cab company's working at a bar I call for cab services frequently.jess express always has arrived earlier than expected witch is very convenient. The drivers are friendly the cars are nice and clean.But the best part is you can always count on a low flat rate.....I will continue to call Jess Express for all my taxi needs.

Taxi service in Kitsap in impossible to find sometimes but Jess Express is always there for me. Safe, friendly drivers and they don't mind if I have the dog with me. What else could you ask for?

Coming home from visiting family, my son got stranded at the Bremerton Ferry Terminal with 5 bucks in his pocket during a rainstorm. Chris the driver stayed on the phone with me while we figured out how to get him safely back to his cousins house. 10 out of 10 in my book :)
