Used this shuttle service from the airport to our hotel and from our hotel to the cruise terminal. Both of our drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage. They both took good care of my power wheelchair. Very professional, safe driving and on time. Excellent service

Set up for them to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel and I must say the ride went flawlessly. We were so impressed that we set them up to pick us up from the cruise ship and take us back to airport. We had set up a 10am pick up time before we boarded the cruise ship with them. We got off the ship early around 9:30 and We called at 9:30 and we were told 30 to 45 minutes so we waited with no problems. Then we called at 10:15 and was told another 30 to 40 minutes. We have flights to catch and could not wait. Guess it just depends on what day you get them will depend on the service. Also had to pay almost double at the cruise terminal since we were scrambling for cabs and they pretty much name their price.

Oliver picked us up from our hotel and took us straight to the pier for our cruise. A week later, he picked us up and took us to downtown Seattle to explore while our flight was delayed. Very reliable, great communication, and great price. Highly recommend.

My company has been utilizing Ace transportation services for a few years, & I’ve yet to have an experience that was below expectations. The company maintains a high quality fleet of vehicles in a range of sizes, all of which are licensed, bonded, & insured. They can accommodate parties of all sizes from a quick a ride to the airport , a van for 15 heading to Vancouver, BC, or even a daily ride for 50 passengers going to a job site. They’re willing to fulfill even the most unusual requests. The drivers are professional and will go the extra mile to meet our client’s transportation needs. I will continue to work with Ace in the future. They are only my recommendation to anyone seeking transportation services in the Seattle area.
