I would highly recommend VIP limousine to anyone who wants reliable, stress free service! We booked the Black Hummer for an evening to go to a concert along with a couple other stops - the driver was super friendly and very professional. The limousine was very clean & well kept, excellent service. We will definitely book with VIP limousine again in the future! They were so nice and helped make this a wonderful memory to remember. Hands down the best limo service I've used ever. We booked in preparation for entertaining a very important group for a Sunday, and were somewhat nervous as other companies had let us down in the past. However, Sunday morning the Owner (!!) called to let us know that our driver was on the way and we could expect him shortly. Our driver, John, was fun, friendly, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. The car was clean, welcoming, and ready to WOW some of the biggest social event critics I've met in my life. 10/10 will use again.

We used VIP to and from the airport to get to Deer Valley and had a wonderful experience. On the way, the driver let us stop last minute at the grocery store before going to our condo. On the way home I driver had difficulty picking us up because of a wreck on the interstate but he kept us updated constantly and made up time once they cleared the accident. Thankfully we made out flight. Both drivers were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend VIP!

We have used them every year during the Holiday's, they are always prompt & very courteous. If we had one complaint...it would be that some of the vehicles are getting kind of "long in the tooth"! Other than that, highly recommend them.

VIP Limousine helps out with getting me to the airport. I fly odd hours and I have the peace of mind that they will show up on time whereas ride sharing services are much more flakey. Their staff is professional and friendly, and the cars are clean and comfy.

We booked the Hummer Stretch for a surprise birthday party, Hobbit themed "scavenger hunt". The booking always so simple and quick. Leading up to the day of, they emailed a reminder and the driver information. Erik, our driver, arrived a little early and was ready to go at our pickup time. He is a professional, expert driver and I would HIGHLY recommend this service and Erik to anyone looking for a limo experience.

My daughter and her husband used VIP Limousine service to transport them to Park city after their reception. The car was immaculate ready to go and Debbie the driver was totally professional. She helped out quite a bit with ice, Martinelli‘s, wine glasses, and getting everything else into the car and ready to go. Jeff, Kevin and all the guys at VIP took excellent care of our group! We used them for airport transportation, as well as, moving around town for dinner and drinks. Communication was excellent, we never once wondered where they were and if they remembered the pickup. Could not have asked for better service, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. Highly recommend! Actually, don’t waste your time with another service - it doesn’t get any better than these guys!

VIP Limo transports me using their black car service to and from the airport, frequently. They are not only on time but early. Each driver puts my luggage in the car and opens my door for me. The pick up point at the airport is so convenient and I've never had to wait. The vehicles have been clean and each driver dressed impeccably! Lane and Nedzad are very polite and professional. I feel safe and comfortable with them. Mark and Michelle have also been my drivers. They are very courteous and pleasant as well. I have also used VIP stretch limo and the Mercedes for trips to the ballet and out to dinner. We had a wonderful time for my friends birthday. They drove us to dinner, picked us up then drove us to the piano bar and then home. Wow, VIP is awesome. Thank you for making my trips to the airport so stress free.

I wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from VIP Limousine! The driver that picked me up from the airport was the best. I also appreciated the care to get me to my hotel and the door-to-door service. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a very pleasurable and memorable experience. I fly into Salt Lake City a lot and I will use VIP Limousines again. The driver was great and the limo was top of the line and spotless. Working with Sue was great. She was funny, polite, and very detailed. VIP Limousine, they are the best you will not be disappointed I would highly recommend them.

Great experience, they were willing to accommodate the unusual request of picking up our daughter and 7 friends in a stretch limo loaded down with pizzas! The driver Jake was great, immediately contacted me upon arrival, and Remington and the other office crew gave great service up front as well. They were in touch a few times before the big day. The kids all agreed it was the coolest surprise for a 16th birthday...thanks so much! I would not hesitate to use VIP again.

Amazing service. We got thier black car service from the airport when my family flew in for business. I then rented the black H2 stretch Hummer and toured the Christmas lights of Salt Lake. My 4 year old had a great time and the driver a Mr Doug Chamberlain could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable about the city. Would highly recommend this company and this driver to anyone who wants a perfect experience without a flaw. Shout out to Mr. Chamberlain thanks again.

My son and his prom group of 6 couples rented a 2015 Mercedes limo last Saturday night. Philip was the driver and he was outstanding. He was on time and respectful of the entire group, but also had a lot of fun with them. He set clear limits, but was kind and funny. The prom group had a great time! There was extra time at the end of the night (towards our 5 hour limit) and he drove them around so that they had a wonderful ending to the evening. We would definitely rent from SLC Limo again.

We needed a driver to pick up my boss and transport her to a meeting and then bring her back to the airport after the meeting. Of course, it would be the day the airlines was behind schedule. VIP picked my boss up and still got her to the meeting on time, even though her flight arrived 20 minutes late. They were professional, efficient, and very friendly. I am sure we will be contacting them in the future for similar situations. VIP relieved a great deal of stress and hassle. I would highly recommend using VIP for your business travel needs.

Great experience working with these guys! We were in town for the premiere of our Red Bull Media House film and needed the cast/crew transported around town from the hotel, to dinner and then to the premiere. It was easy to get everything set up and the price was very reasonable for what we were asking, and such a last minute request. The limo was really nice and the driver was very helpful and friendly. I was on the fence about taking the regular party bus out to Wendover for a company party but a friend told me their company uses VIP and I've never had a better referral. Their Sprinter was absolutely top of the line and Jake was super helpful after I apologized for some pretty unruly behavior later in the evening. Absolutely incredible night and the party spent more time on the Sprinter than the hotel. The whole shpeel Jake gave about them having the newest and highest class limos in Utah was spot on. It's worth at least taking time to check out their fleet.

We had a wonderful experience with VIP Limousine. We were needing their service to get to and from the SLC airport to pick some family members who were returning from a LDS mission. We provided the flight information with the professionals at VIP Limousine and they took take of the rest. They contacted us earlier than we had originally planned due to the flight coming in was about thirty minutes early. They arrived early and got us out to the airport just on time. Had VIP not been on top of their game our family members returning from their mission would have been waiting around for us. Overall we had a wonderful experience with VIP Limousine.

Disappointed in the limo service we received for our daughter's wedding. The cadillac escalade did not have a working sound system. The wedding party spent much of their 45 min ride trying to get it to work, and the driver also pulled over to assist but could not get it system to work either. So no music for a celebratory event. When this was raised to the manager, the response was - I checked the system beforehand and it worked, and thanked me for raising a coaching issue with his driver? No acknowledgement of the experience we received and that it was not up to their standards. No acknowledgement of the poor customer service that was provided. You shouldn't have to ask if the limo sound system is working as part of your due diligence process. We spent $500 for a 45 min ride (we paid for their time between Salt Lake and Eden) to which there was no sound.

They are on time and professional, but outrageously expensive. On my last trip they charges an extra $20 for early pick-up. Mind you , pick-up was at 7AM.That is a normal working time for most people in the uS. So a 20 min ride to the airport was $110. To make matters worse the driver did not even have a water ready.
