Hall Utah Transportation is worth it!!! I booked transportation for my wife and daughter and they had nothing but great things to say. Both drivers contacted my wife with a photo and detailed information prior to pickup, helped with luggage with both pickup and upon drop off. Thank you both Kevin and Chris for the excellent service, safe driving (especially in the freezing, snowy 24 degree weather) and making the experience very enjoyable. I had some questions regarding booking and i called and i was greeted by Lara, she was prompt, professional, helpful and polite. Lara ensured everything was filled out correctly and verified the correct car seat was ready for my daughter. I could not be any more happier that we went with Hall Utah Transportation !!!!! I wont book Transportation Services with anyone else !!!!!!!!!!

I reached out to Hall Utah Transportation kind of last minute about organizing a bus for 25 people to get home at 2am after an event. They were extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to get us a driver and fun bus in such a short amount of time. I was extremely impressed with the communication with their sales person, communication with the bus driver (Brandi), and the bus itself! It was so nice getting to go home right away with peace of mind while riding in luxury. We would definitely book with them again!!

Hall Utah is always our go to for transportation to and from the airport! We always have a large group with a lot of luggage and their sprinter van makes everything easy. We had such a great day with our amazing driver Chris! I had a group of 14 and we drove through Logan Canyon/Cache Valley which was gorgeous. We stopped at Beaver Mountain and then had a great lunch at Coopers Bar by Bear Lake. Incredible views and good company. On the way back, Chris stopped at a few viewpoints including a giant snowman. The perfect day! The vehicle was safe, roomy and comfortable. Thanks for a great trip! Chris had lots of fun info which made the trip extra special!

Hall saved the day. Our original transport had health issues and couldn’t take us from SLC to Park City. I talked to Tim and he arranged for a Sprinter van to shuttle our party of 6 with typical ski luggage. Katrina was our driver and she was great. She was a wealth of knowledge and super friendly. The ride was safe and very enjoyable. Hall Transportation also had a link/plan on their website to facilitate grocery pickup which we took advantage of. Will be exclusively using them in the future.

I’ve used them twice now for airport transfer from SLC to Park City. Great service. They contact the day before and track your flight. They text once the flight has landed, and say they are five minutes away once you’ve retrieved your luggage. Personable and friendly drivers. We used to rent a car which was expensive because we needed one large enough for our family of four plus ski gear. Now I find it more cost effective (and pleasant) to use Hall Utah from the airport, and then get a smaller car from one of the local car rental places for our driving needs while in PC. Highly recommend.

The night before my trip I already got a text from Vivian! When I landed I got the most detailed instruction how to meet her at SLC airport. Of course it’s that 80’s musics hooked me on and had a wonderful ride up to Park City. She was there looking for the cabin with me in the dark, helping me offload and making sure I got into the cabin before she left. What a 5-star service! I requested a ride back to SLC with her 3 days later and now I have a friend in SLC next time I visit!!! Thank you Vivian and Hall transportation. You rock!
