This was one of the most professional, clean, and reliable companies I have used in Utah! I highly recommend this company for all of your affordable, high quality transportation needs! The woman that took my reservation (I didn’t catch her name) was kind and worked well with my busy schedule. She made sure to communicate well with her driver (Dustin) my specific requests. Dustin was Profesional as well as knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Dustin consistently made sure I was always on time to all of my engagements as well as making my experience as comfortable as possible with a smooth ride and refreshing ice cold water. I will continue using Black Diamond Limousine in the future. ***Just look at how great this vehicle is!***

Booked in August 2021. Went to the site and left a request. Was immediately contacted to arrange details for two nights for 26 people. First day was a 30 person shuttle that was absolutely clean and comfortable. Driver was on time and willing to wait for our party to gather and travel safely. Picked us up well into the morning and was waiting patiently for us to walk out from the event right up the front. Traveled safely back to two stops no problem. Night two we had two 14 passenger shuttles. Our driver, Bobbie was amazing and accommodating. They even rerouted us due to potential delays from another route which could have been 1-2 hours of delays. That would have been a bummer. Made it there and back perfectly and most importantly safely. Need a limo service? This is the place to go, we tried another place to arrange between Black Diamond and Black Diamond arranged it all much more quickly and with only 4 days notice before a huge event. Well done. Thank you and thanks Dustin for the accommodations. We will definitely use them again in the future. Not to mention they happily allowed a 3rd vehicle because we messed up with drop off destinations and they were so cool about it. I don’t think that is typical but goes to show the care and service level.

They answered the call almost immediately. My company needed me to go from Provo to the SLC airport at 5am. They answered the call promptly, offered me a coffee, and were extremely professional. It was my grandson‘s first Prom. I wanted it to be special for him so I offered to hire a limo to take him and his date to dinner and the Prom. He was so excited he ended up inviting all of his friends to come along! In a short amount of time I was able to find Black Diamond LLC who helped me find a limo that was available and affordable. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. It went off without a hitch and the kids had the time of their life. I would highly recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

THIS WAS SO FUN TO RIDE IN. My best friend had one to ride in for her birthday taking us to the mall. They were very polite and had fun lights in the car. They had water and nice glasses. Definitely would do it again and the chauffeurs and driver opened the door for us and were dressed very nicely. It was very big and fit lots of people. It was a very smooth ride. If you want a good Limousine I would do this one.

Black Diamond Limousine picked up 8 teenage girls to go shopping for a birthday party. The girls had so much fun in the limo and our driver was professional. He opened the doors for us and he made us feel like a million bucks. It was an experience the girls will always remember. They were great to work with and I appreciate the great service.

Dustin was extremely flexible and helpful with our airport transfer to and from Park City. Our flight to SLC was delayed and we missed a connection, they promised to be there whenever we arrived. We also ended up leaving a day early and they were able to accommodate us without missing a beat. The car they used was in excellent condition - heated seats front and back with electrolyte water to help us at elevation. They are friendly and think of everything. You can't go wrong with this company. By way of comparison I used Uber one year - definitely cheaper, but I was in a minivan fishtailing up the pass afraid we would end up in a ditch. I had such a good experience. We called for a same day shuttle (limo) service for my friends and I to get to and from a concert at USANA. Because we all wanted to ride together & Uber only seats 5 passengers with their XL, I had to find something different. Boy, did I luck out!! I called on fairly last minute notice, but they went out of their way to accommodate me & the price wasn’t as astronomical as I would have expected. It was fair, for the services provided. They came to get us in a nice limo with a well dressed and very friendly driver, water bottles and tissues in the limo & fun music! The services provided honestly made the night SO much better. They were waiting for us when we got out of the concert, kept good communication and drove safely. Everything I could ask for in a shuttle type service. Will be recommending to everyone & will choose Black Diamond over other driving services from here on out!!!! Thank you, Black Diamond! You were a big part of an unforgettable evening!!!

I had a last minute Car Service to book - called at 6 AM for 8:30 AM whole day booking for my boss. Must be an SUV. After calling a few, someone referred me to Black Diamond and I was so happy! Spoke to Dustin - he confirmed and booked it. Before I knew it, I had a car for my boss for the day! So easy to talk to!! Then we lost an item in the car, send a message to Dustin and the Chauffer and they found it and send it back to us!! Top Notch Service! totally looking forward to working with this team for any of SLC trips!!

We celebrated our anniversary and birthday with friends with a night on the town and Diamond did not disappoint. Dustin, our driver, was courteous, professional, and very prompt. The car was fully stocked, clean, and bumping with a nice stereo. Dustin took us from our hotel to dinner, then to drinks, and finally back to the hotel. Never had to wait a second.... in fact, when leaving each establishment, we found Dustin waiting right out front with the door open and waiting. We felt like rock stars!!! We definitely will be using them again in the future.

We spent a night out on the town (valley) seeing the Christmas lights. What an amazing experience, being able to sit back and enjoy going from one light show to another while hanging out and partying. We came up with a list of decorated homes throughout the SLC valley and Dustin patiently took us to each one. Never bothered with our many unplanned stops.
