I had one day to get a mattress removed from my father-in-laws assisted living facility. Eric came to my rescue!! I left him a message in the morning letting him know I needed the mattress picked up that day. He called back and we scheduled a time to meet that morning. He showed up right on time! While in the facility he was very careful and considerate to everyone as he maneuvered the mattress out of the building. I can’t thank him enough for his help!! This is one efficient business! If you are putting off cleaning your garage, don’t. This is how easy they make it for you. I usually don’t write reviews but they made a dreaded task so easy I had to let them know. I know it must sound like an add but I am truly just a very satisfied customer.

First off, I don’t work for the company. They picked up a Cal King Mattress we needed to get rid of. I called around for estimates and Mattress Removal Express was the best price so we decided to hire them. This may be the best run organization I’ve run across in years. I was waiting for a bed in a box to be delivered from amazon. Was not sure when it would arrive . So i booked online with mattress removal express. The claim of having the fastest online booking was very true. It literally took me 3 mins to book successfully online. Well my bed actually came two days earlier. I just went back online rescheduled for the same day service, and Eric was at my house at scheduled time. He even contacted me 5 mins after I rescheduled to make sure that was what i wanted. In the conversation I told him the situation with the bed in the box coming , and he asked did I have someone to set it up. Actually I had not, and so he informed me he could do the set up also for $20 more. I was like PLEASE DO! Amazon was great for the early arrival however my husband was"nt do home for another few days! I highly recommend Mattress Removal Express!
