To My Surprise is our "Go To" shuttle when flying in & out of Phoenix. Their drivers are always on time and courteous. Our driver this time around was Les. It was great to get a call from him stating he was there at the terminal when we arrived 30min sooner than scheduled. What a relief that we didn't have to wait around. His conversational skills kept us entertained during our 45 minute drive leaving no room for awkward silences. :-D We hope he remains with the company as he is a true uplifter and gentleman. If it were up to me I would give this man a raise just to keep him around. :-)

We have used To My Surprise shuttle service several times and they are always on time and great with communicating!! The drivers have all been very courteous and helpful. Our most recent experience was on Thursday and Les was our driver!! We will definitely be using them again!!

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Offered cool water if desired which was a nice touch and made sure all riders were comfortable with the climate and seating. Joe was our driver on Thursday evening ( Aug 18) and he waited for us since our plane was running a little late. Les was our driver on Tuesday, Aug 23. Very nice gentlemen!!

We just used this service for the first time yesterday. Pick up was prompt with a call the day before to confirm and a text and phone call the morning of. Comfortable vehicle, great service and driving by Les to get us to the airport in plenty of time. When we return next month if the pickup at the airport is anything like this we'll have no worries whatsoever. Thumbs up!

I have always been impressed by To My Surprise Shuttles. But this trip went above and beyond. First, thank goodness they call ahead to confirm. I believe the office person's name is Jody. When she called to confirm we realized that I had marked a 5:00 AM arrival instead of PM when booking. Wow, what a mess that would have been for all of us! Secondly, I arrived about 10 minutes early (3:45 PM) and called to see if there was a 4:00 PM shuttle I could jump on rather than waiting until 5:00 PM. It took her about 30 seconds to confirm that the driver was just a few minutes away and I could jump on it. Thirdly, the driver (didn't catch a name) was great. He got us there in a very timely and safe manner. Thank you To My Surprise and a special thank you to Jody!

Drivers are friendly and stay in touch to update your status. Vehicles are clean & spacious. The driver monitors flight status and texts passengers with information re pickup & drop off details. Reliable and safe, and carpooling is good for the environment.

We have use their service several times and always find them to be top notch. They keep you informed when they will be picking you up, and when you land they immediately contact you to let you know information on where to meet the shuttle and time. We have also on one occasion used their free secure parking at their office so we could catch an earlier shuttle. Drivers are very professional. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with To My Surprise Shuttle has been excellent. The drivers are courteous, on-time, the vehicles are clean, and the price is very reasonable especially for home pickup/drop off. Recently I had to bump my 1:30~2:00 PM pickup time earlier for an emergency (i.e. had to get to airport much earlier than anticipated), and I was able to call ~10 AM and quickly reschedule it to a 11:30 AM~Noon pick-up, on the day of travel (drive arrived ~11:45 AM). This afforded me peace of mind and much more time at the airport to take care of things, and I am grateful for how things turned out. In short, I highly recommend their service, and will use them when I visit Surprise next year as well.

Reliable service with clean, safe vehicles and friendly, helpful drivers! Unfortunately after my ride from the airport, I was stranded at your offices (at midnight) by a Wickenburg car service. Jeff, my shuttle driver allowed me to wait inside while I made phone calls etc, and eventually gave me a ride in his personal car. This service was excellent, this was first class service. They were on time and both drivers named John picked me up and dropped me off at the airport they were amazing. This was my first time in Arizona and they made the experience A+. I will say I am a bit skeptical trying new companies when time is of the essence. This company was absolutely fantastic to work with. My arrival time back here in Arizona was literally in the middle of the night; I was exhausted from the crazy travel. But having constant communication from the company was PRICELESS!!! I will only use them for all of my travel needs. My two drivers were Roberto and Gordon. Yes, I was comfortable and safe traveling with them on a one on one basis!

This was our second time using this service and both times were wonderful! Our driver this trip was Garrick Morrison and he was prompt and very friendly. He offered us cold bottles of water and took us on a more scenic route to the airport. He is an Apache Indian who grew up in Arizona and was able to tell us a brief history of the state. He was not only informative which made our ride interesting, but he was also very personable. Our experiences with To My Surprise Shuttle have always been great and we will definitely use this service in the future!

To My Surprise provided the wow factor for me. The customer service from start to finish is wonderful. When I called in, they were very informative and helpful. The driver was there waiting for me when I arrived and he was very polite & friendly. I sot to the airport with the perfect amount of time to get checked in for my flight. In this day and age when customer serice can be lacking the highest praise for "To My Surprise" shuttle service. From making the reservation to dropping you at your front door the service is superb. They stayed in timely contact from the reservation initiation to the return pickup at the airport. The driver had our return flight info, timed his airport pickup to our flight, and alerted us when he was a few minutes away, including pinpointing the pickup spot. He offered us a bottle of water, helped my wife into the van and made the trip back to Surprise fun.

This was our first time using a shuttle service and it was so much better than using a driver service where the fees are not upfront and so much better than parking at the airport and worrying about our car for a week! Even at 2am, John was such a pleasure and got our vacation off to a great start! Everyone was polite, professional and first class! Gordon even had a very much needed drink of water after an hour delayed flight on the tarmac! Needless to say our flight home was a nightmare but Gordon got us home safe and even let me fall asleep! Fantastic service from the first phone call placed to my door when I returned.To My Surprise totally took care of me! I had a 2 hour delay late at night coming from Washington DC after travelling literally 26 hours from Africa. So I booked them at the last minute. My family couldn't pick me up as planned because they were in a car accident the day before. I was feeling lots of stress. To My Surprise tracked my plane's arrival, texted me to tell me exactly where to go, and I had a voicemail from the driver assuring me that he was waiting for me way past the originally booked time. And he took me to my door at home! I am so thankful for this fantastic customer service!

The driver was courteous and prompt; his friendly demeanor made it a pleasant ride to the airport. We had 6 passengers and their large van was able to hold all of our luggages and carry-ons without a problem. United Airlines screwed up our scheduled flight, but the driver was able to get us to the airport in time for our new earlier flight. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. Will definitely recommend to friends and family if they need a ride to/from Sky Harbor Airport.

These guys go out of their way to accommodate me. I was traveling from Boston a few weeks ago and was due to land in Phoenix at 7:15PM and be picked up by 2 My Surprise at 8:00PM (they run on the hour) Well, thanks to a mechanical problem with our plane, the flight was delayed a few hours and I didn't get into Sky Harbor till 11PM!!! When I landed I anticipated having to ride in a taxi (a cab ride to Surprise is about $100) to get home but to my complete surprise, I got a call on my cell from the 2 My Surprise Shuttle Service driver that he had been "tracking" my flight and knew that I was delayed and he was at the airport now to pick me up. WOW! Talk about above and beyond the call - this company really cares about their customers. I assure you, they will have a customer for life!

Our experience with this company was wonderful. We forgot our taxes in our truck that was parked at the shuttle lot. We were going to Kansas City, without our taxes. We called them when we arrived and told them what happened. They said "no problem, we will send them over night mail". Upon return from Kansas City, we wanted to pay them extra, but they said it was part of their job. Very satisfied about the treatment we received atTO MY SURPRISE SHUTTLE!!!
