I had a round trip ride with them to drop off equipment. I would like to thank them for helping me out with carrying the boxes. They are punctual and friendly. I sure recommend their services. I felt like I was riding with my family member. Since I didn't have a credit card and didn't have enough balance in my bank account to use my debit card, I was not able to book any other taxi services. Luckily, I had some cash in hand so I booked them. When we are not able to use cards and still in need of taxi services we can count on them. Reliable and safe. Thank you Ride Share Mamma [Karla]!

⚠️⚠️⚠️This is long but if you have any doubts READ IT!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ During our trip to Phoenix for my husband to play in the World Series, my baby got VERY sick, started vomiting and had diarrhea and quickly became lethargic and dehydrated. We immediately booked a sooner flight home to be able to have her seen by her doctor. However it was at a different airport than we had flown into and rented a car from. Would’ve been fine but we realized after the fact, that the Mesa airport didn’t have a budget car rental or return, like the other airport, for us to return our car. Literally crying and having a full blown panic attack, I called Karla 9:30pm the night before. I was so worried about how my family and I would be able to get from the Phoenix sky harbor airport, where I needed to return our rental car, to the Phoenix Mesa airport where our flight would take off at 6:30am. Meaning that we had to be at the Mesa airport at or before 4:30am. She not only said she would be there but she also took the role of “Momma” and calmed me down, had me take a few deep breath’s and promised me that she would get me too where I needed to be. I know this is long but I truly wanted you, the reader, to understand that this woman is truly the Ride Share Momma and actually does care about what she does! I loved knowing that I had someone I could trust to be there to pick me and my family up at 3:00am on such short notice. God Bless you Karla! You truly are a Godsend!

I called Ride Share Mamma late evening the night before our early morning flight. I was quoted a very reasonable rate. I was able to arrange a 5:00am ride to the Sky Harbor. Our driver, Jodi, was assigned immediately. Jodi called prior to her arrival to let me know she was on her way. She arrived on-time. She was pleasant and courteous. Nice vehicle which was clean and spacious for 3 passengers. Having peace of mind knowing our driver would be on time vs trying to get an Uber/Lyft that early was main reason we tried Rideshare. We will definitely use them again!

Karla Emerson was my driver. I needed a ride from a residence to the airport as I was a visitor. I looked up taxi and Ride Share Mama was the first on the list so I clicked it. Called the number and Karla was very professional as I told her my needs and gave me a time for the pick up 5:30am and would contact me before she left. A confirmation of the pick up site was done right after we hung up and I confirmed it was correct. I was concerned using a taxi as they often don’t like coming out to urban areas. I felt comfortable I had a ride for the following morning. Sure enough I got a text stating she was in route and showed up 5 min early. She was able to stop at a ATM on the way to pay for the ride. I got dropped off at my gate having a pleasant conversation. She was very professional and easy to talk to. Thank you Karla!!!

Great experience with RideShareMamma. From the prompt acknowledgement of my request to the quick confirmation of my pickup address, date/time and destination, everything was very professionally done. The driver, Will, took great care of me, was very personable, and his car was terrific! (The owner calls him theIr “nightrider” but I would call him a “knight in shining armor” driver!) I even had a final confirmation from Will the night before which was very reassuring as I was being picked up at 4:30 a.m.- I got a good night’s sleep secure in the knowledge that my ride would be there as scheduled.

I'm not sure I will ever use Lyft or Uber again! Ride Share Mamma was very reasonably priced less than one half of the others rates. Karla was fast, friendly and efficient. This is a small woman-owned business and I love the idea that they are getting all the proceeds to grow; I'd much rather invest in them, than make Lyft and Uber owners rich. (You know their drivers actually get paid pennies on the dollar...that's why Lyft/Uber drives ask you what your charge for the trip was...they don't know even what we pay, and they are getting minimal pay to provide the ride.) Ride Share Mamma is the best and most affordable ride in The Valley!

Carla answered the phone, friendly, courteous, we set up my pu time and she was delayed but informed me. After being shafted by Lyft and Uber to catch a flight early in the morning, I was scrambling to find an alternative transportation. I luckily found Karla. She answered after 3 rings and I explained the situation. She displayed a sense of urgency, said she would get me to the airport on time for the flight, and quoted me a very fair price. After I entered her car, she was friendly like getting together with an old friend. We had a pleasant conversation on the way to the airport and I made my flight. She saved the day for me! I flew into the Phoenix-Mesa airport and waited over an hour for an Uber, Lyft, or taxi and had ZERO luck. I found Karla on google and she came right over to pick me up! She was timely, friendly, and professional. I called her at the end of my trip to take me back to the airport and had the same terrific service again! I recommend her for your transportation needs.

Was pushing a 16 inch flat tire 10 miles because I couldnt use uber with cash only. Finally after 3 miles I gave up and decided to search the web one more time knowing I wouldnt make it before the shop closed. I found this business who claimed to accept cash. Karla answered and assured me cash was accepted. She was quick to piece together my needs and booked me with ease. She had a driver out within 10 minutes or less. Nice clean SUV spacious enough for a tire 4 sure. There was some miscommunication with the details as to going to the tire shop than back to my van. I assume the driver was under the impression I was just being dropped off. I had to walk a good ways back before I messaged Karla explaing my frustrations. It was a few hours later so she couldnt have came back as I was already home. Karla was calm and assured me this was a mistake but I can be stubborn and I felt differently. she thanked me for my business and mentioned reviews being appreciated i thought to myself your not going to appreciate mine. Through the night we traded several messages and as a business owner myself I feel we both understood something all businesses share and that is we are all humans, accidents will happen" mistake's will happen, but at the end of the day we gave it our best. For a hateful person such as myself I didnt like karla because I couldn't be mad at her as much as I wanted to to she said the right things. lol. She is a very caring professional and I feel she will go far with whatever she wants if she hasn't already. She offered me a refund as well that i didn't want to accept unfortunately being in a tight situation i had to and she may not have known but it was to cover a fee for my financial aid or I would have have not been able to enroll in college and lost 19 thousand dollars. I owe her now and and couldnt thank her enough. Ill repay you soon and be riding with you for all of my future rides

What a lifesaver!! There were no Ubers available in the Mesa area at 4:30 am. I needed a ride to the airport! Luckily, Rideshare Mama popped up on Google!! Karla saved the day! She picked me up within 15 minutes and got me to the airport on time! Karla is very personable and professional!!

I got stranded out at We Ko Pa and Uber was showing no drivers available for hours. My flight has been canceled and I had already checked out so I had to relocate. Rides Share Mamma came and got me and took me to my hotel and then came back the next morning and took me to PHX. Life saver. Knows the area , she isn't slave to an app. Highly recommend.

Rideshare when promised. Friendly attitude, always helpful with walker and packages. She is willing to wait and or come back for you at an agreed upon time. Most rideshare drivers will not give this type of service. It is very refreshing to see in any business!

After having to spend $70 (a ride that was typically $27 pre-pandemic) on an Uber out of necessity, I decided to see if there were any other ride shares in the Mesa area. I found Ride Share Momma. The 25 minute ride cost me about $45 which is way less than what Uber has been charging with their recent lack drivers. Karla arrived on time and was kind. The service is reliable.
